Hello-oooow! Can't Find Help Online For My Problem!

"iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
The message above is the one I get whenever I try to open the new downloaded version of iTunes. Very frustrating, because now I can't go back to the previous 7 version that was working perfectly alright. Tried support by the phone and got a pretty nice girl which after 30 minutes trying to help me unistalling and re-installing it back, asked me to go to iTunes.com to get online support. Well, I don't know what's wrong with me, but I couldn't find it at all. There's help for everything from iTunes store to iTunes purchasing but nothing about iTunes Software Troubleshooting. I figure that this site was designed for cool guys only. So I better be patient and wait for a new version o iTunes. Meanwhile I'll go back to my old and ugly pal MSI MP3 player that allows me to download files with an easy drag and drop without the agravation of depending on a specific program that if fails, you're out of business. Now I'm relieved. Thank you.

  • Can't find help files for Premiere Elements 4.0

    I tried this procedure and it made no difference at all. I contacted tech support and they suggested re-installing the software. That didn't help so I tried this fix again and still had no access to help withing Premiere Elements 4.0.
    Then I got an idea ...
    What if I used a help client from some other adobe software such as acrobat reader 8 for example.
    Low and behold, I now have hlep running in Premiere Elements 4.0.

  • Where can I find software online for Canon Pixma mg5420 when my Mac OS 10.9.5 does not have CD slot?

    I am trying to scan articles and photos to email on my Mac.  I overlooked using the setup CD-ROM that came with the printer because my computer has no CD/DVD slot, but wonder if that is why the directions on the printer LCD screen don't tell me how to do it.  I don't understand why the upper cassette tray has a place to insert a CD on the bottom of it and that that part of the tray can be removed.  If someone can tell me what web address to go to, and what software I need to download, I would be very appreciative!

    If I understand you correctly ,you have had various people Who are not Apple Emplyees poking around in your iPhone
    Apple does not repair iPhones they exchange them so if you have had the iPhone 4 tampered with by unauthorised technicians ,Apple will NOT assist you in any way with that iPhone

    Reminders is automatically installed with 10.8 or above. A new Mac should have 10.9; it's possible that, with a third-party vendor, you have an earlier OS. Check under the Apple menu in the top left and click About This Mac. That will tell you what version of OS X you have.

    I have an iLife 11 disc that doesn't work very well so I tried creating a disk image of it with Disk Utility.  It took two tries but finally got a disk image that I could use to install the iLife 11 applications. Give it a try.

    I recommend to check www.icloud.com, are your contacts shown there?
    If not -> Something might be not set up correctly on you iOS devices.
    Also.. Simple but maybe occuring: Contacts -> Preferences -> Accounts -> iCloud is enabled? (Should be by default if you have iCloud setup via the system preferences, but you never know..)

    I recently bought a new MacBook Pro (10.6.8) but to date, haven't been able to find any software/driver to use for my scanner, including the Microtek site. I have a Microtek Scanmaker 3600 that still works perfectly. I have searched forums and online sites for software to use the scanner on the new laptop and hate to think I need to buy a new scanner when the 3600 works fine. I have an HP Deskjet 930C and was able to find the software/driver to use on the new laptop. Does anyone know where I can find the software/driver to get my scanner to work?

    I downloaded it and it keeps telling me "No Scanner Detected." I looked on their website under supported scanners, found my Microtek ScanMaker 3600 and it says "NO" for Mac.

    If you installed Oracle9iDS you'll have everything configured for you. (It basically work the same way as the Oracle9iAS Forms Services so all the documents are still relevant).     If you create an Apple ID for your daughter, signing out of the existing Apple ID with the iTunes & App Store on her iPhone will not change anything on your iPhone.
    All apps include DRM protection which is tied to the Apple ID that was used to download the apps.
    If she starts using her Apple ID to download apps, when there is an app update for an app on her iPhone that was downloaded with the current shared Apple ID, she will need to use that Apple ID and password to download the app updates.

    Cindecka I cannot believe you cannot install this LAN driver, I mean it cannot be so complicated. All offered drivers are the same as in recovery image and they must work properly.
    I would like to have your notebook in front of me and try to do it myself and see what happen exactly.
