If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also impede reaching an agent.

    I'm sorry but nothing from this you just sent me works...The linke form adobe support to chancel takes me over and over to the same page, and the only thing they do is tell me to write my problem down in a chat for questions...the link with the phone was pretty good but nobody picks up....I really don't know what to do anymore....i've tried everything and nothing happens..im just paying more and more....

From the free Skype-to-Skype calling and free group video calls to great value-added services and inexpensive call rates to phones, it's no wonder why millions of users around the world trust Skype to keep in touch and make the world a smaller, closer place. Skype truly is the trusted name in Internet telephony and, surely, you can see that with the many other users on it every day. Sometimes, it's not meant to be.
    So you really want to depart from Skype. As you wish - let me point you in the right direction so that you can get your account closed for good.
    First and Foremost - You have already completed the first steps to completely wiping out your account by removing all your personal information from your account and cancelled your recurring subscriptions. All you'll need to understand, as a part of the procedure, is that your Skype Credits, Call History, and other account history and data will be wiped as well and it cannot be undone. If you are absolutely fine with this, please proceed with the next step.
    Next - You will need to contact a Skype Customer Service representative. They will be the ones to initiate the complete closure of your account. Here, on the Skype Community, 98% of us, including myself, cannot and do not have the tools to access your account and delete it. However, don't fret - it's not that much of a hassle when you communicate with a great representative who will gladly help you out.

    Not being able to change our e-mail address is exceptionally lame. E-mail addresses do change. Perhaps not in Oracle's networks, but in the real world they do.

    We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
    You cannot delete an account, you can only remove personal info from it and stop using it.
    You should be able to change your payment method and region/address on your account by logging into it via Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone, or via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes.
    If you currently have a South African credit card on your account then you will need to remove it, you can't use a credit card issued by another country's bank

    Apologies the instructions are not clear ... Skype Customer Services uses a web form; when we complete the various stages, we will see a box where we can type notes and more detailed information.  When we click "send," that is the same as sending an e-mail to Skype Customer Service.
    Please note, you may have to try several times to reach Skype Customer Service as I have read people can experience problems reaching them on the first time: try again using a different web browser, and look to approve a browser pop-up dialogue box for Skype's Customer Service instant message chat system.

  • I can't access my old Apple ID, can you please delete the account or posts?

    I can't access my old Apple ID. Before the big account switching, I naively posted my email in a post in a topic here a while back.
    Now it comes up in search results and I don't want to attract any spam. I want to either remove this old account or at least wipe some of the posts I made under the name. Not sure where else I can possibly post this question, totally apologize if it appears rather rude.

    But in that Thread I notified the Hosts of your address removal request.

    Hi, - may I have my account dandreye1 deleted? (or its credentials randomly changed as deletion doesn't seem to be possible) I had to create this additional account when access was broken for my old account dandreye that I want to carry on using, and so don't need dandreye1 anymore - may I also have Lenovo IDs 1300002452570 and 1300003930227 deleted so that I can create a new Lenovo ID and link it to my old account dandreye from scratch again? There's some confusion that I cannot sort on my own by means of editing these 2 accounts.  Many thanks in advance!

    I've just tried logging into Lenovo Support with my Lenovo ID [email protected] and can see the following in My Account / My Profile:

    Create my Forum Account Now
    When I click on the "Create..." I get automatically logged into the forum as dandreye, so looks like my Lenovo ID [email protected] is now linked to my forum account dandreye as I wanted. Just wondering why I'm getting the "You have not created a Forum account" described above: I'd expect the website to display something different there as I do have a forum account.

    I have disabled your free Acrobat.com account.  If you wish to delete this Adobe ID permanently, you'll need to email the request to our Privacy team.  They'll be able to explain the impact of doing this and process the request if you wish to continue.

    I would like to delete my Skype account. Please provide me confirmation that it has been done.
    The Help menus for Skype is aweful! All I want to do is delete my account. Skype's website does not readily have available the information to delete the account in your account settings. To get ANY information you have to dig through the help menu. Once you found the page to delete the account it says "Contact Customer Service". You click on the link and it brings you to the community! I don't want the community/ forums, I want to talk to Skype directly and delete my account! Just provide an email that we can write to to have our account deleted!

    I am assuming that this mail is coming into the Mail App, not another third party app, correct?
    Is the AOL account showing up as its own mailbox in the mail app? (e.g. I see "All inboxes", "iCloud", and a third mailbox that is my second email address.)
    Every "mailbox" except the "all inboxes" are going to be in the settings under mail, Contacts and calendars.
    If the mail is coming into a mailbox that isnt the AOL mailbox, then it sounds like you have your AOL mail being forwarded to another email adress.
