Upgrading to Snow Leopard

Upgrading to Lion
If your computer does not meet the requirements to install Mavericks, it may still meet the requirements to install Lion.

You will get an email containing a redemption code that you then use at the Mac App Store to download Lion. Save a copy of that installer to your Downloads folder because the installer deletes itself at the end of the installation.

Start iTunes on the computer you normally sync with. Connect your phone. Select your phone in iTunes on your computer and select the General tab in iTunes. Then scroll down to check for updates. iTunes will update your phone to the latest version of the iOS that is availablele.

Last night I aded a few plug-ins to block ads including Google's--after restarting my computer (Mac OS X 10.6.8), my firefox no longer opened, i.e. it hangs/freeze when I open it--I have tried to restart, open in safe mode, even deleted firefox altogether and downloaded a new version, to no avail! Please advise! I have been trying to revive Firefox for hours today--

Have you tried starting Firefox in Safe Mode? Hold down "option" while Firefox is starting up. If the crash doesn't happen in Safe Mode, you should read [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]].
There is also a lot of useful stuff in the [[Firefox crashes]] Knowledge Base article. If you've recently upgraded, you might want to check out [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/latest-firefox-issues#w_firefox-crashes-when-i-start-it this article] as well.

Okay , you should only delete EMPTY DUPLICATED folders, not preview folders or any others. I would put them all back. Then just delete any DUPLICATED EMPTY folders, do not disturb any other folders. On iOS switch off DOCUMENTS AND DATA under ICLOUD in SETTINGS. Do this on all iOS devices not just the one. Once deleted DUPLICATE FOLDERS on the mac in MOBILE FOLDERS then exit the LIBRARY. Open PAGES on your MAC and view folders on icloud. Check everything is all there as expected. If okay then DELETE and re-install PAGES app on iOS - THEN switch on DATA and DOCUMENTS in ICLOUD. Now open PAGES. If you have Time Machine on you can recover any 'lost' doc files and restore them from your mac from pages application. Try the process again and do not disturb any folders other than ones I mentioned as this is the system files LIBRARY. It is not a place to be over zealous in moving, altering and deleting folders and files. Take care please.

New version of app with subscription and newsstand support not visible in App Store
This might be more question aimed on Apple Support, but maybe someone had similar experience. Today at morning i've released new version of App for customer. This version have two main news - support for newsstand and subscription. Old version disappeared from App Store, but new one is not visible on any market. i'm quite confused, anyone have idea what happened?

I have this porblem now. My app is out from app store, because I delete the subscription in my app with newsstabd enable.
I'm a little confused, because I submit a new subscription - with a new product ID - because I can't reuse the first.
Apple don´t allow me update a new app without newsstand. Until now I hadn´t answer from apple about the new subscription and my app continuous nor visible in app store, but the status is "ready to sale".
At least, Apple should me send a message about this issue.
All the problem started because I set the tier price to subscription the same value to retail price (tier 3), then when I changed the tier price to amount the period subscription - 6 months (tier 90). This price (tier 90) was set to the retail folios too, so my magazine turned the most expensive in App Store!!!
Please, I'd like and I need to understand better how set differents prices to retail and subscription, because something happened wrong in my first try -

Please update to the latest version>, but when I try to update the app, creative cloud says Muse is up to date and there is no option to update it. You can go back to the old view with the left-hand sidebar via View > Show Sidebar (if you are on windows then alt-v should show the View drop-down menu) - which is what I'm currently doing as I'm familiar with that way.
Or, on the new view you can click on the library type at the top left and select Apps and then Check For Updates at the bottom right of the screen. When you've downloaded the updates to your computer, click on Library top right to go back to your library view from the store, then select the iPad (top right) and Sync at the bottom right should then copy the updates to your iPad. -
I purchased Photoshop and Premiere Elements 10 as a package in 2012. I now want to update the Premiere to the 13 edition, without updating Photoshop. Can I do this? Will you please tell me the steps I need to take?

Even if you don't get the "upgrade" price, you can probably find it for about that cost on sites like Amazon.com.
You can keep Photo Elements 13 if you'd like. The only downside is that Premiere Elements 13 and Photo Elements 10 won't share the same Organizer catalog. Otherwise, they'll get along just fine.
