Hello. This afternoon my iPhone stopped working.

The screen went blank and the device will not come back on. I have tried resetting it by holding down the round button and the on off button down but this doesn't do anything. The white apple symbol flashes intermitently. The phone was fully charged when it stopped working and is only a few weeks old, certinaly less than two months. Can anyone give me any advice?

If you are able to get your iPhone to show the Apple logo for a brief moment, you may be able to restore it by following the steps in the article below. Once restore, if you have a back up though iTunes or iCloud, you could always put that back up back on it.

After installing Maverick on my macbook pro, imessage on my ipad and Iphone stopped working properly. Is there a fix/test.

After installing Maverick on my macbook pro, imessage on my ipad and Iphone stopped working properly.
What I get is a RED exclamation and "Not Delivered". It happens even if i resend it over and over.
I have made sure that the 3 devices all have the same settins in iMessage.
I have made sure to try doing it from the same network and from the cell provider network.
I have tried rebooting all three devices.
The only way to get it to work on my iphone and iPad is to dissable it in Mavericks on my MacBook Pro.
Is this a "feature" of the new OS?

Hi,
On the iOS devices remove the Apple ID.
Set the device in to Airplane Mode (this breaks with the server)
Start with the iPhone to add back the Apple ID - only after you see the iPhone Number is Verified.
The Restart the Mac Version
Accept the pops ups that state what the iPhone is using.
Do same on iPad.

Can someone please help. My IPhoneS stopped working right after I did the latest update which was yesterday. Now, the phone does not work at all. When turned on, the screen shows a picture of USB cable pointing to the ITunes logo. I have tried just about everything, and cannot get it working. It's like it is frozon. My ITunes does not recognize my device. Cannot dial out either. I desperately need to get it working. Can someone please help me.

The update did not do anything.
AT&T cannot and will not do anything, they do not provide support for iPhones, Apple does.
The issue is not with the iPhone or iOS if you've reset network settings and tried forgetting the Wi-Fi Network, it is specific to the network.
Check the settings on the router, try disabling the security settings first... that will clarify the issue is not with the device but rather the Network.

Quiet a lot of my tracks do not play on my iPhone 4 after I upgraded to iOS 5. The the seeker bar does not progress and it looks stuck.

I am currently having the same problem, since I upgraded my iPhone 4 to iOS 5, many tracks don't work. They were working before. Some are working but half isn't.
Tried to restore, remake playlist, delete every tracks et put them back. Same prob.

What security software is installed on the computer? Have you tried testing in an admin account or after uninstalling tthe security software?

I recently noticed that my app find my iphone stopped working and i could like to discover why?
It was working with no problem until i tried to test for it. I've checked all the configurationand everything seems fine!
I also test the app on a ipad friend to see if the problem was from de apple service but it worked. So i guess its something with my phone.
can anyone help? My location is Portugal

Try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod.
There's more to try but let's go a bit at a time.

Youre iphone has not stopped working.You will have to put your iphone in DFU mode.
CAUTION:IF YOU DO NOT PERFORM THE FOLLOWING STEPS CAREFULLY YOUR IPHONE WILL BE IN A LOOP OF RECOVERY MODE.
To get the iphone into DFU mode,you will first have to :
1)Connect iphone to itunes
2)Hold down the power button and the home button at the same time
3)Keep holding both the buttons,first the apple logo will disappear and appear again.Keep holding both buttons until the screen turns black and then leave the power button and continue to hold the home button.Then plug the phone into the computer.
4)Itunes will recognize the iphone in DFU mode.
5)You will then have to follow the steps prescribed by itunes and restore the iphone.
