I am trained in SAP Sd, But dont have SAP certification. Now I want to get myself certified. Is there any way to sit for the SAP certification exam directly, without enrolling for the training through siemens or genovate.
Pls do sujjest and inform me asap.

If you fulfill the following creteria you can directly attempt the certification exam. Write to SAP India (neelanjana.chatterjeeATsapDOTcom). In fact I am doing the same and have already deposided the fees ie Rs 28090 (ie Rs 25 K + Service Tax)
- Minimum 2 years of SAP Implementation Experience in the particular module with minimum of 6 months experience in the version in which you wishe to take up certification.
- Out of the 2 years 1 year should be with your present employer
- Your present employer should be a CUSTOMER or PARTNER of SAP in INDIA

I have over 10 years of experience in varied industry including manufacturing, FMCG, aviation, service. I have worked on SAP system predominantly on FI/CO, PS, SD, PP, Security modules. I have a strong background in Accounting and acted as Business Analysts or System Analyst in my previous roles; predominantly the role responsibility includes system enhancements for business and playing an important role in the process of BPR or SAP customisation as per business requirement.
My role requires a good blend of SAP functional side and business financial procedures and principles. In percentage wise my role probably covers 70% SAP functional and 30% of Business processes.
At this stage of my professional carrier, I have learned that my interest and strong point is more inclined towards SAP functional side and which is why I want to start my carrier as SAP consultant in FI/CO.
Could anyone please suggest any training options as I am bit confused as to which training I should attend to kick start my carrier as SAP consultant. Hi sachin,
You can monitor your sattilite systems through solution manager.
If you want to monitor systems in solution manager means you need to configure those systems in solution manager.
Before including the systems in solution manager we need to create a solution using tcode DSWP.
After that you can include the systems using tcode SMSY.
For configuring the systems we have lot of phases its very difficult to explain here.
Try to login to service.sap.com and help.sap.com find the helpfull guides.

Actually the tables u were mentioning were HR Tables right.
But these tables are not maintained in this project. This is an SAP-ISU project.

The user like to have the format of report as follows:
SAP transactions      Transaction desription     CSR 1     CSR 2     CSR 3      u2026etc.
VA01                                     order entry      Yes     No     No
VA02                                     order change     Yes     No     No

( Of course the above entries donu2019t make any sense as u2013 Itu2019s just an example )
1) I think CSR means Customer Service Representative, where it is residing means in which table ?or How can I get CSR1,CSR2.....?
2)How can I get the all SAP transactions available to CSRs ?(first column)
3)How to find the which transaction is available to CSRs ? so that I can mark it is as Yes else NO

User Specific Items Visibility in all SAP Forms

Change Mode terminates All SAP sessions

I am having a strange and Irritating Issue.
SAP sessions are getting closed , Whenever I get into change mode of some transaction
It happened in SE38 and SE12.Some times it is not working for display.
I tried to view a report in display mode but it closes all Sap sessions
I am not able to continue with any development work.
Plz advice.....

What SAP GUI version and patch level are you using? Check for SAP note with this version and there could be a note for this to fix. Otherwise, update GUI patchlevel.

Decision should Not go to all SAP Users if no agent found in rule. How to ?

I am determining user agents in rule , when agent is find decision is going to only the agent sap inbox which is fine.
in some cases no agent is found , at that time decision is going to all SAP users in the system.
I am using Generic Decision task with General task in agent assignment step.
As per our requirement if no agent is found it should do nothing ( means no decision to all users ).
Please help me how can i acheive this .

Hi VeeraBrahmam,
Does you rule call a function or is it a rule with responsibilities?
If it is a responsibility rule then you could create a catch all responsibility so if no user is found in the other responsibilities you could send the work item to a backup user or admin user who could take action.
If you set the flag as Rick suggested it will set the work item to error so make sure you are aware of this and check work items in error on a regualr basis.
You could copy the Generic User task TS00008267 and maybe set more restrictive users rather than have it set as general. However this means more maintainence.

will only run on V8.2 and I have V8, the other is for more than one channel
witch is fine I can always reduce this, but it was the timing feature I was
having difficulty with. I looking to monitor the temperature of a motor until
it has stabilised prior to testing and then to use this temperature as a
reference. Pleas forgive my ignorance if this is a very simple thing but I’ am
learning and really enjoying it. Thank you in advance for your answers.

What I’ am trying to achieve is a vi I can use in a motor
testing setup, a part of this would be to warm the motor up until the exhaust
air temperature has stabilised, this takes approximately 10 minuets. I was
thinking of just letting the motor run for this time and leave it at this, but
some motors warm up quicker that others and. I am basically looking for a vi with
an adjustable temperature window of say ±5 C° in 1° increments, timing wise 1minuet
to 10min the adjustment is so I a can use this for another application. I tried
to adjust the code I found at the link below but had a little difficulty with
the timing. Thank you so much for your help it’s much appreciated.

You can not block all transaction in single transaction notification. I have created for Sale order and just change object code and table for all other transactions.
