Have you tried a soft-reset to see if it that gets it to boot up ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds after which the Apple logo will hopefully appear and it will boot up.
If that doesn’t fix it then have you got a different cable, and possibly charger, that you could try ?

Have just installed PE12 with no install problems. Share preference does not show any email preferences, just the default Adobe.

PE12 just installed, but Organizer share preference for emailing photos does not show any email preferences except the default Adobe. Have Visa with Windows Mail. Previous PE worked OK. How to resolve?

I have a MacBook Early 2009, when I open Adobe Reader and try to put text in the blanks, which I used to be able to do. It always closes on me. I am running OS 10.7.5 and Adobe 11.0.04. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am trying to place text in an Adobe Reader document. I have done this hundreds of times. Everytime I click on the text icon it Adobe crashes. How can I fix this.
I have also had a couple of apps do the same thing. They work once or twice then crash.

Impossible to say. All we can know is that it is NOT a valid PDF file.
You could take a look. Try this.
1. Open the file in Microsoft Word (or NotePad).
2. If the file is good, use it - it was a Word (or text) file.
3. Otherwise, look at the first few lines. These will probably be gobbledegook.
4. Copy and paste the first few lines into your reply, perhaps someone will recognise what the file really is.

Downloaded Firefox it does not show but is open for when I uninstall it I am requested to close ff which cannot be done as it does not show

After a check on compatibility of Add Ons by FF after opening it, it stopped working. I re installed FF and the same happened. Open Adobe Reader without Tools menu or Fill & Sign menu

Windows 7 Ultimate SP 1 (x64)
Adobe Reader XI 11.0.10
When I open a PDF file, I often get a menu down the right side of the Adobe Reader window. Usually, it is the Tools menu; but if the PDF file is a fill-in form, I get the Fill & Sign Tools menu. Rarely do I need these menus. Is there an option to launch Adobe Reader without these menus?

We ended up finding a registry key which forces this menu to come up each time:

HT1386 My Iphone has stopped importing new photos to my computer when I connect and does not show a photos option under the device when in itunes. I don't have any access to the photos except directly through the phone.

It seems after my latest upgrade that my phone has stopped importing new photos and vids when I link up to my computer. It always would ask me if I wanted to tag new photos and then would import to computer. Now it does not and when I am in Itunes the options under my device does not include photos so i can't even import them manually. Any ideas on what is up?

iTunes doesn't import photos from your device, in only syncs photos from your computer to your device.
You may need to adjust your autoplay settings as outlined here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1500 (except to enable digital camera notification, not disable it) in order to restore automatic prompts to import photos.
