Hello, when I tried to restart and diagnose my computer it would not catch my wifi. Is there another way I can do it?
I tried to do diagnostic test on my macbook pro mid 2012. But when I got to the internet connection screen it would not catch my wifi. Is there another way I can do it? Also, when I click on about this mac it does not open up.
you can try signing out and back in. if you are on mac i've seen posts here where they had to do something to fix, but i cant remember what exactly.

As the iPad isn't a phone, it will not have a phone number. If you purchased the wifi + cellular model, this will give you access to the internet using the cellular data network (with a supported data plan), but it won't give you a cellular number. (You can still make FaceTime calls, but those use wifi or cellular data, with a supported plan.)

You will also need to authorise that computer so you can play the content.
Ctrl B to turn on the top menu
Store > Authorise this Computer...
Type in your Apple ID and password and authorise. -
I had photoshop on my hp and it stopped working, it says error 16. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and nothing works. Also I just bought a Mac, is there any way i can transfer photoshop to my new computer?

I don't know what version you have, but you cannot install a Windows edition on a Mac, you need the Mac edition.
If you have Photoshop CS6, you can swap it for a Mac version, otherwise you would have to purchase a full Mac version ($700) or enroll in the $10 per month Photography program from Adobe to use Photoshop CC.

I have an itunes gift card which I cannot redeem. I enter the code correctly and am prompted to sign in over and over again. I have tried resetting the iPhone but the laptop I had itunes on is broken, is there another way?

I just downloaded a video in HD, but I found out after the download was over my computer doesn't play HD videos. Is there any way I can return the video and get the SD version, or upgrade my computer so it will play the HD video?

When you purchase an HD video on a supported device or computer, only HD video will be downloaded. To download the SD version, you need to download the video again from your Purchased page. Conversely, if you purchase an HD video on an unsupported device, the SD version will be downloaded. Then, you will need to download the HD version from your Purchased page. My 7 year old daughter has an iPod Touch 4 and she used the wrong password too many times. She thinks she remembers her password now but we have already exceeded the attempts and it says "iPod is disabled" connect to iTunes. Is there any way we can get the device to allow another attempt? We are traveling this week so don't have access to the serial number or the computer that was used to originally set up her iTouch. I don't even know what operating system it's on and can only see the home screen.
Restoring the iPod will do nothing to his iPhone.
When you restore it wipes the iPod clean no matter what computer you use.
The only plus to doing it form your home computer is if you have a backup stored there, then you can restore from the backup once it's done wiping.

Sorry, but as KP guessed, Apple will not exchange the card, and you are correct that you can't use a US iTunes card in Canada. You will need to give or sell it to someone in the US.

My ex-boyfriend stole my email address and credit card information to make purchases with Apple and now my Apple ID has a balance. Is there any way I can retract the purchases so I don't have to pay for his theft? You need to immediately pull credit reports to see what else he has done. Then "freeze" the credit report at all three agencies. That way even you need to lift the freeze to add credit cards or other credit items to your SSN.

I bought my iPhone 5 C last week and is still all brand new. My phone was alright thses days but suddendly when i pressed the Home button to get out of an app, it didn't respond and also when i want to see the time I press the Home button but it doesn't show the lock screen. Do I need to go to an Apple Store or is there another way to fix this problem? I have read the Helping Center in the Apple Web but still it didn't help to solve my problem. I have an old iPod touch with songs from CD's I no longer have (so they weren't purchased on iTunes). The computer that the songs were synced on crashed a while ago. Is there a way I can sync my old iPod to my new computer and retrieve those songs to get them on my new iPhone? They share an Apple ID and iTuens account.
Most Windows users don't.
Purchase an external hard drive and use the backup software that comes with it to backup files from your computer.
Buy TouchCopy and install it on your new computer, connect your old iPod and transfer your songs to your computer. -
My Ipod touch is set to manually manage music. I have put music from my computer and iTunes account onto it, and music from other people's computer and iTunes accounts on it. Unfortunately I dropped my iPod and the screen cracked. It still plays music and everything just fine, but it has problems with it's battery life so I'd like to just get a completely new iPod nano. Is there any way I can transfer all the music from my iPod touch onto a new iPod nano? From what I can tell it won't let me sync any of the music on my iPod touch that is from other people's computers onto my laptop, and so I wouldn't be able to put it on a new iPod nano. Hopefully that makes sense. I'd just really really like to be able to keep all that music and not lose 2/3 of my iPod touch music library because I want to put it on a newer Ipod.

I had to reformat the hard drive on my old desktop. It is runninf Windows XP. I can't get Internet Explorer to work so I can connect to the internet via wireless. Is there a way I can download firefox from my new desktop onto a flas drive and then install Firefox from the flash drive onto my old desktop? If so, please explain the procedure.

Download firefox, use the save option rather than install.
Save it directly to the flash drive, or to somewhere on your computer and copy/move it the flash drive.
However if IE is not working possibly you have some sort of setup problem so firefox may not work either.
