Help. Adobe won't let me cancel my subscription. Why?

I have tried everything to try to cancel my subscription. I go to where I can cancel it but the site tells me that I need to update my Internet Explorer. I have the latest version. I can't update to anything else. But all I want to do is have someone cancel my subscription. Why does Acrobat make this so hard to do?

I canceled my annual subscription last month. It took half an hour to find the chat person that could do this. There is no way to cancel online except chat. The cancel was at 1 pm and I received an email saying the subscription was canceled. At 10:30 pm I now see that ADOBE re-activated the damn subscription so I'm waiting again to CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION. You charged me again! I already paid $240 to use your product for one month and NOW YOU WON'T LET GO OF MY MONEY. CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL

    When I try to follow links for support I get a page error...
    It also won't let me delete my credit card until I delete my subscription...so I am stuck going in circles...

    The iPad was plugged into the iMac to transfer apps etc and asked to update the macs OS. The result is that the last 12 months of emails have gone ( emails not working) as have whatever files were on the desktop. The calendar has also reverted to 2011.
    Worse still is adobe software I use for work won't let me open.
    Any ideas?

  • I can't get rid of the set voicemail password page and it won't let me cancel to get to the keypad so how do I operate the phone?

    I have been left a voicemail message, but the phone keeps asking me to set a voicemail password, fails to save it, (says voicemail unavailable), then won't let me cancel, so I can't get to the keypad or use the phone to make calls! help!

  • Acrobat/adobe won't let me convert files

    It keeps telling me I have to buy the program.  I pay for the Cloud on a monthly subscription and I really need to get this file converted so I can make changes for a meeting tomorrow!

    I am logged in and am registered.  It will simply not let me convert most PDF's to word, whether I open it with adobe, acrobat or pro 11.  When I download documents from the school library, I can convert them, anything else I can't.  And I really need to.  What else can I try?

    When you close Adobe Acrobat and launch it again if this is not registered yet.
    It will ask you to either use serial number or you may see option subscribe .
    You can choose subscribe or register and use your Adobe Id (email id registered with Adobe). As you said you have already purchased subscription then you should be able to activate the subscription the moment you
    login with your Adobe id.

  • Won't let me cancel scheduled recording

    Hello,
    I scheduled a TV show to record by going to the TV listings, selecting the show, and then clicking on "record it." I want to cancel it because it turns out that it's conflicting with 2 other shows I have taping at the same time. So I went to my scheduled recordings and clicked on the "cancel" button but nothing happens. I have tried refreshing the page, going to another page and then coming back, just giving it some time, etc. I've canceled programs plenty of times before without a problem so can anyone tell me why it won't let me cancel this show? (It's not on for several hours so that's not the problem.)

    this is happening to me too.  I scheduled a recording through my tv, but i decided that i didn't want it recorded anymore, so when i was on the computer, i tried to cancel the recording and it wouldn't allow me either.  Since verizon went to this new screen, i havent been able to cancel recordings

    Did anything happen to the computer?  It appears that you are trying to sync to another iTunes library since in that case you can only sync with one iTunes library.

  • It won't let me cancel my photoshop membership and my 30 day window runs out in 2 HOURS!!

    I have had my photoshop annual membership for the past 29 days and decided I do not need it anymore (it will be 30 days in 2 hours), and when I try to cancel my membership I am bombarded with different links that just sends me going round in circles!! I have tried to find an e-mail address or telephone number I can contact to get direct help as it is urgent, but can't find any. I have tried to cancel it by going on my account, clicking manage plan under plans and products, then cancel plan, but this does not work. I have also tried the 'contact us' link then 'still need help? contact us', but when I am prompted to log in nothing happens. I have researched different ways and nothing seems to work!! I know that after 30 days if I want to cancel my subscription I will be billed 50%, and I will be very angry if this happens to me because it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to cancel it within the 30 days!!   • PLease help: pages won't let me save a document

    My problem: I type a text, hit 'save as' , name the file and trouble starts:
    A window pops up saying it is a locked document or file in use. Of course after
    checking it, none of it is the case, well, theoretical yeah the file is in use as I want to save it (!!!)
    Does anybody know if SL has an issue with the application of pages ?
    I thought there would only be an issue with apple works in that respect.
    I'm not a computer person but appreciate any help with this. I tried to save anything but it won't let me save a document at all...the same window pops up.

    Those are two different products. Acrobat XI can merge pdf files, Reader cannot.
    Since you're on a Mac, I believe Mac Preview (free) has this ability doesn't it?

  • Adobe won't let me download any more trials? I need to try Photoshop CC.....

    For some reason, Adobe will not let me download any more trials, and I really need to download Photoshop CC. It has been exactly one day since I've started the other trials. I click the "try" in the stupid window for the creative cloud, but nothing happens.

  • I follow the instructions for canceling my membership, but it is a dead end.  Won't let me cancel.

    And now this box pops up.  Am I supposed repeat my question here also?  Ok
    I want to cancel my membership as I don't want to pay $49 a month for CC.  Following the instructions still doesn't allow me to cancel.

  • Skype won't let me cancel my monthly subscription!

    I followed the steps:
    1) Went to my subscription page and clicked on settings. New page opened.
    2) There I had two options: View your stored payment details or Cancel subscription. I clicked on Cancel subscription. New page opened.
    3) Skype asks if I'm sure I want to give up my subscription. I have two options: Ok, Ill stay or Thanks but no thanks, I still want to cancel. I click on the latter. I click on Thanks but no thanks, I still want to cancel. It couldn't be more clear that i click on that option since that it my entire purpose of being there in the first place. And guess what happened. New page opened. Only this page is my subscription page (see step 1). It is as if skype doesn't acknowledge step 2 and 3. as if my whole journey through page after page never happened and I have to redo the whole thing again and again....with the same devastating results.
    I want to CANCEL MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. The link to cancel the subscription,  seems to me, is a freaking illusion. And skype is making money off me against my consent.
    So I am here begging and pleading with the almighty skype to just cancel my *edited for profanity* monthly subscription before I lose my mind.
