[Help] BB z10 is frozen

Hi, I have a BB z10 Dev Preview, and the last week i tried to restore it but i dont connected to computer, i just click Restore Data into the bb, and right now looks like that
BlackBerry Link doesn't recognize it

Not sure I understand this .... You did not connect you Z10 to the computer but you clicked on restore data in bb?
BB you mean Blackberry Link? Why did you try to restore it? What happened before you tried to restore?

Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)

Help with set up frozen on Quick Voice Set Up

I have a new Macbook Pro. I haven't gotten to do anything because the page is frozen on the Quick Voice Set Up with a colorwheel spinning and nothing I do will exit the page. Help! I'm a PC person. I've tried Command Q and that didn't work.

HELP!! Screen frozen w' gray screen + apple..threw out mach kernel file

I made a bad mistake and threw out a mach kernel file from an ibook G4 with osx 10.3.9, thinking I was cleaning up. (I had a lot of files that appeared and cluttered up my HD) Anyway, now the System Disk is stuck in the computer. I had read I could try to do an Archive Install, so put in the System Disk. Now, it starts up and stays frozen on a gray screen with the apple logo. I can not get the disk out by starting up with the mouse button down.
Please help, any suggestions appreciated!

What you have done, is described in this KB Article "Broken folder" icon, prohibitory sign, or kernel panic when computer starts.
You will also find instructions there, on how to recover from your mistake.

Help! Z10 Battery issues with 10.1.0.4181

I had to start a separate thread for this, because everyone is reporting different issues and I cannot seem to get any resolution for the problem I am having...
Since updating to 4181 everything has been fine, except my battery life on the Z10 has been cut in half! I used to enjoy about 16 hours of battery life, but since updating I only get around 8 or 9 now. This is driving me nuts, as I cannot go a full day, since updating on Monday, without my phone dying on me.
Some people have said my phone is indexing, but should it take this long?
Please someone help!!!

Need help with z10

My BlackBerry z10 only working now over wifi. The 3g is not capital
I have checked with Stc they told me my service is working ok
Any one have any idea.

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Browsing.
It sounds like your data plan is not active if you are not getting the 3G in capital and cannot Browse without being connected to Wi-Fi.

Connect to the wall outlet charger and let it charge an hour, and then with it STILL CONNECTED to the charger, remove the battery a minute, replace and see if it reboots.

HELP! iPod has frozen

I need urgent help. My iPod was working fine this afternoon, I plugged it into my comp and now has completely frozen on the Do Not Disconnect screen. It is not charging and even when disconnected it still has the same screen. When plugged back in it says the same. My computer isn't recognising it either. Please help as I need it for a long haul flight tomorrow!

Let the iPod battery die. After it has died, plug it back in and it should be fine. You night not have it for your flight, but it should work again.
There's always that old portable CD player.

HT1766 Help my Iphone is frozen?

While I was charging and I thought syncing my Iphone with my desk top, it has frozen up there is an Icon on my phone of itunes and a charger with an arrow pointing toward itunes. When I went to itunes, I was told to update Itunes and I think that is where the trouble begin. Can you help me?

ok, i always put my Ipod on hold when i turn it off... well anyways, i guess when i put the USB cord in, i accidently switched it to hold and now its completly frozen in hold... i tried takin it off hold but its still frozen. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!

HELP with Z10

I have a Z10 it hasn't made a year as yet since I bought it. I got my 10.2.1 OS update on Tuesday and since then my contacts have been deleted and it refuses to save any new contacts. When I select my contacts icon it shows add new contact. I saw on the forum that an OS reload should fix it but I have done this three times and all three times the following message is received when the status reaches 98% "An error has occurred while downloading software for your device. Please verify your internet connection or try again later, if it persists." This is done via Blackberry Link
On my phone screen I am now seeing www.bberror.com/bb10-0015.
I tried the following from Blackkbery site

I have no issues with the new update hopefully someone can help you but before you do an update always preform an back up.
If issues still persist you can always just reload your previous OS!
Also you might want to remove your # this is public forum. "My Settings" then go to "Personal Information" then scroll down "My carrier" then remove your # add your service provider!

HELP! iMac is FROZEN for past two hours.

imac is frozen for past two hours. I was doing a reinstall of the OS because mail searches were not working. I'm afraid of shutting off and restarting for fears of losing my hard drive which I understood would be ok except for a fresh install of system.
WHat can I do?

If I'm recalling correctly, to disable extensions, boot up while holding down the shift key. You'll then be able to open the extensions manager to revert the set-up. After getting that airport issue resolved, then, due to the hard shutdowns, don't forget to run an os 9 disk utility to repair the hard drive prior to downloading any update.
