HELP! Can Any Version of Photoshop Make a Blurry Pic Clear???

This is a common problem that needs a fix for... Any suggestions?? Using Auto Fix Or Manual doesn't seem to help with this; I've tried on several pics...

Any suggestions on the best (in most people's opinion) "somewhat professional quality" Application/Photo Editing Product that can fix common problems like this (blurry pics)/others, that will also store/catalog your photos like "Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Ed. 3.0"-That won't "break the bank" for someone on a "McDonald's budget"? Also, Am I correct to say that "Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Ed. 3.0", is made more for "storing" pics, than "Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0"?-Isn't the latter more for photo "editing"? I look forward to your prompt reply-please try 2 address all the issues... Thank you.

Some of the less popular formats, such as JPEG2000 and EPS have since been dropped, but standard JPEGS, TIFFS, PSD, GIF, PNG, BMP, PDF should all open in PSE12. There is a free plug-in if you do have JPEG2000 files that you want to open.

Can any version of Excel save to a CSV file that is either UTF-8 or UTF-16 encoded (unicode)?

Are there any versions of Excel (chinese, japanese, russian... 2003, 2007, 2010...) that can save CSV files in Unicode (either UTF-8 or UTF-16)?
If not, is the only solution to go with tab-delimited files (save as Unicode-text option)?

I have the same problem. Trying to save my CSV file in UTF8 encoding. After several hours in searching and trying this also in my VSTO Add-In I got nothing. Saving file as Unicode option in Excel creates file as TAB separated. Because I'd like to save the
file in my Add-In application, the best to do is (for my problem) saving file as unicode tab delimited and then replacing all tabs with commas in the file automatically.
I don't think there is a direct way to save CSV as unicode in Excel. And I don't understand why.

Begginer needs help with what version of Photoshop?

Let me clarify.....
Back in 2008, I bought an E-Machine Desktop that had "Adobe Photoshop" bundled on it.
I bought a new HP 6719C computer last year.
It has no Photoishop program whatsoever.
I LOVED my old version of Photoshop.
The feature I liked most was the erasing Tool, were you could put your head on someone elses boday, and the "Clone" feature, to take out unwanted items in your pictures.e to Download a version of Adobe Photoshop, that closely resembles the Features I described above.
Not looking for anything, super-dooper fancy.
Just pretty much the Basics.
So what is this "Adobe Elements" program all about.
What would be the simpelest, least complicated program, to get me started after a 5 year Hiatus without Adobe Photoshop?

You could download a thirty day trial and see if it does what you need.

When I try to install IAS 6.0 SP3 Testdrive on Windows XP the install aborts with the message that the "System not support. Supported system is Win NT 4.0 SP5/6 " .

The latest version iAS is iAS SP4 which is certified with Win2K Adv Server only. Although I did not have opportunity to test XP & iAS, I believe for trouble free working it is best to stick with the certified products and the support also would help you only if you stick with them. Please feel free to raise more questions on this regard.

I think the warning is very clear.
What warning? Where do you say that this plan you suggest will lose at least some, and possibly a whole lot of metadata, plus the original files of edited photos. This is significant dataloss. And you should warn people that this is the case.
While your metadata and originals may not be important to you, that is not necessarily the case for other users.

This is nonsense. The iPhoto Library has no need of "cleaning" and certainly not in any way that trashes a whole lot of data.
I'm very impressed that you assess the application based on the sound of the name. It's not a common way to review applications, but I'm sure it has some merit.
FWIW it has been recommended on this - and other - sites for many years and has proven safe and effective.

I wouldn't use Photoshop to make posters, though of course I'd use it with the photos that are part of the poster. For text work I'd use Illustrator or InDesign as appropriate.

Selling Old Versions of Photoshop On Ebay

Sorry if this has been asked before, but i couldn't find the answer on the Adobe Forums.
Am I legally allowed to sell my old versions of Adobe Photoshop on ebay as second hand items under the terms of the Adobe Licence Agreement ?
I have been using Photoshop since version 4 and I'm now running CS5 Extended (latest version). Each time i have upgraded to the latest version, my older versions of Photoshop just sit and gather dust.
Would like to know legalities as i can maybe recover some of my expense.

Saving to earlier versions of photoshop

I'm working with a programmer who has an earlier version of photoshop (CS2). I've put together the files for a website using CS6. He's getting a number of error messages, which I figure is related to the version he's using. In lieu of him updating is there anything else I can do on my end to give him the ability to use the files?

If the images are for the web, and if no further pixel or vector editing is required, just go ahead and flatten a copy of the file and generate a JPEG file which any version of Photoshop can open.
The programmer is totally outside the upgrade loop with CS2, so he'd have to buy a full version of CS6 at full price or subscribe to CC.

try to press the sleep/wake button + home button at the same time and hold them until the apple logo appears. that should help.

Updated to Oct 2014 version of photoshop CC. since that time cannot save ANY work. I can work on files but when I hit 'save as" every time it says "photoshop has quit working and needs to close."

Do not know about 5, but, just installed PE 6 on I7 64 bit and it works.
