Help!!!Can not turn on my Wifi on my macbook pro---tried everything---Help!!!

I have a macbook pro a1286 early 2011
now, it is running mountain lion+Bootcamp windows 7
From last week, evertime i restart it, the wifi will be working for seconds or minites, after that it ll automaticlly turn off and i can not !!!TURN IT ON!!!!!
the 'turn on button' on the Network prefernces page is FRONZEN !!!!!!!!!!
I bought a new airport card on ebay, and it still doent WORK!!!!
WHY!!!!

Is there something more to it? If not learn hardly be any more iPhone for me. Really disappointed. Grateful for help!

If you have tried all of the steps in this support document http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1559 and have completed all of the user troubleshooting, restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new, then make an appointment with the Apple store to have the hardware checked.

Try deleting the printer, deleting the job queue and reinstalling the printer again.

Can not turn on the wifi

My itouch lost its wifi program, an itouch should have a small slider that use to turn on the wifi in general. But my itouch lost it now, it says that "no wifi". On this seletion, there is no slider and the color is gray. How can i solve this program?

Well if its the grey bar in settings under general that says "Wi-Fi" then a switch thats does on and off thats greyed out then, my guess im not fully sure but either your wifi chip inside is broken, disconnected, or you broke your antena, but basicaly that normaly means that the built in wifi is damaged and cant be used. If you are still in warenty you can send it in and have it replaced. Still wait for more replies on this because i am not really sure.

Can not turn on the wifi card in this notebook. The f12 key has worked in the past. Not now

Just ran into this today while updating my virus protection. The g72-250 note book lost connectivity to the wifi network and when i started to reconnect it I noticed that the NIC/wifi led was amber. Toggling the f12 key only disables or turns off the nic and stays amber. It appears that the nic will not turn which is supposed to turn the led blue. How do i troubleshoot this further? or should i order the Realtek RTL8191SE wifi adapter?

Try a Hard Reset as follows.
Shut down the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery. Hold down the Power button for a full minute. Re-insert the battery, plug in the AC Adapter, start the notebook and see if the f12 key will now enable the wireless card.

My iphone 4s is not connecting to shared wifi from my macbook pro. Macbook is connected to ethernet. Plz help

I am using iphone 4s iOS 7.1.2.
My Macbook is connected to internet through ethernet. OS is Mavericks.
I want to use internet sharing from my Macbook so that I can connect my iphone to internet through wifi.
My phone is not connecting or pairing up with my Macbook. Its showing the name of network but not getting connected. It shows its processing and processing is for ever (Small revolving circle).
Iphone is perfectly getting connected to other available wifi networks.
Kindly suggest what and where could be the problem and how can I resolve it.

This is the scenario for my problem,
----------ethernet--------------------|macbook pro|-----wifi----- X ----------|iphone 4s|
The problem is my iphone is not connecting to internet through wifi from Macbook pro, which is connected to internet through ethernet.
Iphone is able to connect to internet through other wifi networks but not to the one from my mac.
Kindly help !

So I restarted my pro, modem and router but nothing happened....
But I can see other networks on the list....
And on my iPhone and iPod touch I can see and use my wifi...
Now I can't find any way to do it...

The issue is that you are unable to see your WiFi SSID when you click on the wireless icon at the top right of the screen?
Have you tried going down to 'Join Other Network' and entering in your network name and password? Just because it doesn't show up in the list doesn't mean that your wireless card is not detecting it. It should go to the top after you do this.

Is there any dependency between osx version and boot environment???? I can not boot my bootabe software on my macbook pro with osx 10.8!!!!

Can not set up messages to send from Macbook Pro to Ipad

I am having trouble sending from MacBook pro Messages to Ipad. If I send a message from Ipad, it shows up in Macbook, however if I try to send from Macbook, it tells me "Your message could not be sent. Your message account is not signed in " SO I press sign in and a dialoque window pops up and I can see that I am actually signed in with my apple ID, and the acount is enabled. However it also shows that "Messages Inactive" and when I go to Messages menue, I can not even change my status.
I have checked the firewall, its off. Please enlighten me, I am starting to feel like I am loosing it with technology

I am having the same problem. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I called apple restored my phone to its original and it did not work :-( Now it seems like it worked for a bit than stopped again. Now I have to contact Apple again to set up an appointment at an Apple store because it may be an issue with my phone. I have only had it for a week and half!

How can I turn off my password on my MacBook Pro?

I (somehow) created a password whenever my MacBook Pro is either turned on or awaken from sleep mode because I was having issues with my roommates. They have since moved out, and I cannot remember how I created the password, or how to turn it off completely. I went into System Preferences>Security & Privacy, but don't see any option of turning it off completely, just changing the time it goes to sleep and asks for a password to turn back on.

You're going to have to get the disc(s) back from your brother or call Apple at 1-800-MYAPPLE and havethem mail you the machine specific disc(s) that shipped with your model.
