Help can't edit music or change anything old on external now on new comp

when i updated on my old laptop it actually did the same thing. I cannot edit any of my info in my songs or add lyrics or anything. i downloaded it on the one i just got and my music has always been editable when on the external hard drive. i dont know what wrong its not the new version i looked up to c if i just ****** up and didnt know what i was doing but i was doing it right. im new with vista so i dont know if its that. cuz i imported songs earlier on this computer and i can edit them is that the reason cuz i dont want to redownload over 600 songs!! god im going to cry this is ******* me off, should i redownload itunes? move my music? what? i just really need help if anyone here cant help im going right to apple. I use an external hard drive so i can put all my music on it and it wont crash my laptop and slow it down. Plz give any advice u have,
i also cant edit them on media player eather they were all downloaded to itunes through it to harddrive. I cant find the import setting eather i searched all options and preferences and they are missing so is my itunes store setting, i know itunes has 2 different setting things pref and options but pref is the only one working options is just what it shows on the top bar in my library.

I just synced my phone with the new computer and allowed it to wipe previous music off and i still am unable to add anything to my phone and now i have no music on it at all!!!...all my apps, tones & books are gone

How can I edit icloud information from an old/lost phone on my new device?

I recenly had to update my iphone as my old iphone 5 fot fried. I had backed the phone up so have managed to get everything onto my new device.
The probelm is my icloud storage is now full, I have 15GB storage plan with 3GB created from my new phone and 11.5 on my old which I dont know how to edit on the new device.

You can change the primary email address on an account by logging into it via the 'manage your apple id' button on http://appleid.apple.com, or via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, or by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone and logging into it.
You won't be able to change it to an email address that is being used an alternate or rescue email address on the account (they can be viewed/changed/removed via http://appleid.apple.com), nor to one that is currently being used as the primary email address on an account

Go to Settings>Store>Apple ID, tap the ID shown, sign out, sign back in with the new ID. However, app updates for your apps purchased with your older ID will always ask for the password for this ID. (Apps are permanently tied to the Apple ID used to purchase them.)

If you sell your 3GS prior to visiting the store, you can use the money gained against the cost of a new iPhone.
Apple won't just change it for you, just like any other shop won't just change any old product for a new one.

If you are only updating apps, that's normal Apps and other purchased media are permanently tied to the ID used to purchase them. You also don't back up apps or music to iCloud, the only thing backed up to iCloud is your app data, which is part of your iCloud backup by default.

I do not remember it because when I bought the my iPhone 4s in 2011 I didn't understand how it works and asked a representative to set it up for me. The representative helped me and gave a piece of paper with login and password but I lost it a long time ago.
Before resetting the settings I turned off "Find my iPhone" function, but it anyway asks me to enter my old Apple ID and password. I have the original box, documents, receipt. So how can I solve this problem?

Settings > Message > imessage > select the Old Apple id and make " Disconenct "
The make " Reconnect " and enter there your new Apple id.

Contacts should be in your supported computer contacts application.
Did you sync with your computer befor? Check your computer's Address book/Contacts/Outlook or some other contacts application.

Open System Preferences > iCloud, and turn off each service individually if you don't want to lose contacts, calendars, notes and reminders. If you don't want to be kept, just select Sign Out.
Then, you will be able to log in with a new Apple ID, so do it and follow the steps
