Help!- can't pay for my father's skype account
I helped my father ( who is currently in china) set up a skype account and link that account to one of my credit card set as auto-recharge. So that he can talk to me or his other friend in NA.
It worked fine until my credit card expired. I am trying logged in as him on skype website and updated the credit card infomation, but it always link to chinese version website, which has totally different way to get credit and I can't use any of my credit card pay for that. (Cause they are all the banks from china)
I just want to do same thing as i am here, $14 purchase, once it is lower than $4, re-charge!
(I also don't want he ends up paying cause it is kinda a gift from me.)

It seems such Skype account would have been tied up with Chinese Partner's business and will not be able to be free from that tie.
I suggest that your father will use that account until Skype Credit comes down to zero, then forget about that account. On the other hand, you, a good person not living in China, will do the things all from the beginning, such as:-
1. create new account and
2. buy initial Skype Credit with your new Credit Card details with such an important feature, auto-recharge, ON.
Then this new account will be a new gift to your father.

If you don't have a rescue email address, or you don't know what it is (you won't be able to add/view it until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

I used to live in Hong Kong, so my iCloud ID is under HK.
Recently I moved to Canada, so I made an account for the Canadian App Store, and only have a credit card on that account.
I wanted to buy 20GB on iCloud, but it's showing me the rates in HKD. How can I get it to pay with the CA account in CA rates? If this involves switching iClout account, how do I do it and how can I transfer the back up?
Also is it possible to pay using debit? I would much prefer to pay with debit.

Payment for Subscriptions using credit isn't available to all users. If the option isn't presented it means that it's not available to you.

No. Reason being you purchased the app using your Apple ID. It would not work on his computer.
If you click the gray arrow to the right of the purchase price of an app, if you see, "Gift This App", then you can send that as a "gift" but only apps with that option.
If he doesn't have one, he will need to setup an iTunes account > Apple - My Apple ID

I've had my mac for a couple of years,
I've had my one to ones and I went to 1 Aperture workshop which was ruined by 2 domineering women - I complained afterwards but
got nowhere.
Can I pay for additional workshops with Apple UK?Not sure about the UK, usually I'd say for any Pro App to contact an Apple Certified Pro and schedule a one-on-one with them, but there doesn't appear to be any Aperture-certified pros in the UK.
Over at ApertureExpert.com, they do have a collection of Live Training Sessions delivered via their website, and they do a free live one every few weeks. If you can follow along online, it's a fairly inexpensive way to learn, and there's a few low rez samples that you can look at to see if you like it.
Oh, and Apple does have a few how-to videos on their website. These helped me out when I was first learning Aperture. -

I'm a little confused and want to purchase a monthly subscription through Skype, but when my credit was under a dollar, it wouldn't allow me to purchase it. So, I recharged my credit. Now, when I go to sign up for a subscription, it wants to charge my credit card again. Why can't I use the credit that it just made me sign up for? Can I purchase the monthly subscription and get a refund on my $14?

Having had recently a problem with my credit card with itunes (the only place I ever used that particular card), and several fraudulent charges, I no longer wish to give my credit card information to itunes or any other apple outfit. Can we pay for icloud by cheque, or money order, or some other way, perhaps a bank account where I would leave just enough money to cover the payment. This would be the only I would pay for icloud. I realize what I am about to write sounds a bit weird: to change the term of a Skype Number subscription, we need to permit it to expire, or in other words, reach the end of its term. Your Skype Number will be held on account for you for 90 days following the expiration date, so you can sign in even on the same day you receive the e-mail stating your Skype Number subscription has expired, to reinstate the subscription and change the term.
I had to ensure I had enough credit on account so my renewal would process successfully; if you plan to renew for a year and use credit for your payment method, remember to add enough credit to cover the cost of the annual subscription. You could also change your payment method at the time you reinstate/renew your Skype Number subscription.
