Help cancel monthly subscription

I've tried cancelling my subscription for two fricken days and it keeps getting stuck on 'manage account' every blinking time! No support or nothing. Can someone help other than giving me the stupid prompts and steps to go through, because if you give me the steps again I'm gonna break my f$&king phone!

    Every link on the site about canceling a subscription leads me into a circular "please contact us!" loop without actually providing any means by which to contact you, except for a "Chat with an agent" link that doesn't do anything when clicked, and a reference to a Twitter account.

    You can cancel, but Adobe will charge you a pro-rated amount based on (I think) what it would cost if you had used the month by month option. So for 2 months you would have been charged $150 so taking out what you've already payed, $60, you're out should cost you $90. Check with Adobe though, that pro-rate formula might be different from what I remember reading.
