Help ! cant use my movies or tv shows i bought :(

I had to get a new mother board for my computer but i redownloaded itunes and everything else is here except my movies and tv shows i bought ...!!!! how do i fix this and get them back without having to buy them again ? i had tv shows and movies that arent here on my purchase history it shows i bought them .. but so far cant get them to redownload any suggestions please!!!

If movies or tv shows aren't playing in iTunes, I'd first make sure that the computer is authorized with the Apple ID used to make iTunes Store purchases. You may want to try de-authorizing and authorizing the computer again:

I have a cable 3 broadband connection with 100mbps download and 2.33mbps upload. On Windows 7 Home premium SP1 system on my desktop.
My internet connection is personal connection.
Since posting this issue I have uninstalled my creative cloud software and reinstalled it, and it seems to working now, with the exception of having to always sign in to my account all the time.

Help - Cant use CS3 after Hard Drive replaced and software had to be reinstalled

My iMac needed a new Hard Drive so had this replaced by licensed Apple repairer. All software was lost and was told to reinstall CS3 which I did successfully. I have the original CD's. Serial number accepted. When I opened up Illustrator, Photoshop or indesign I get a message saying I am trying to upgrade ( which I am not) and that I need to choose the version premium 1 or 2 or standard 1 or 2. I chose standard 1. The am asked to put serial number in again then hit enter button. It comes up with an "x" saying I cannot access or upgrade. I then can't go forward or do anything except click back button or quit. Please can anyone help?? I tried calling Australian customer support but CS is not supported by phone which is very frustrating.

Purdy123 did you migrate or transfer over your applications from the other drive? If so then this is likely causing your current error. Please run the available uninstallers located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder. Once you have done this then please also use the CC Cleaner Tool to ensure complete removal. You can find instructions and the download at Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.
Once you have completed the removal process you should then be able to reinstall the software successfully. If you need a fresh copy of the installation files then you can download them from Download CS3 products.

FRUSTRATED! With Update - Please help cant use itunes at all

I have tried to update my itunes to the latest version it does not work and now i can not even open the old version - let me explain what pops up as I try to do the update.
After I have saved and open the itunes set up the following things happen
I click install and a box opens that reads
- the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailabe. Click ok to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'itunes.msi' in the box below.
I click ok and another window pops up that says
- The path 'c\documentsandsettings\Becky\Localsettings\applicationdata\apple\applesoftware update\itunes.msi' can not be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package 'itunes.msi'in a folder from which you can install the product itunes.
the next thing that happens is I click ok (because this is the only option that it gives me)then it goes back to the first message that it gave me. Then when I try to close the window it tells me
- the older version of itunes can not be removed contact your technical support group.
CAN ANY ONE HELP ME WITH THIS PLEASE - I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE MY IPOD AND ADD SOME MORE MUSIC TO IT.

When you get messages about problems with msi files, you need to clean up your installer files with the Microsoft Installer cleanup utility. Here is a method for removal of the old iTunes, clean up and reinstall:
== uninstall with cleanup ==
Download a fresh copy of iTunes and the stand alone version of Quicktime (the one without iTunes)

Download and install Microsoft Installer cleanup utility, there are instructions on the page as well as the download. Note that what you download is the installer not the program – you have to run it to install the program. The installer doesn't give any message to confirm the installation.

Now use the following method to remove iTunes and its components:

*If you hit a problem with one of the uninstalls don't worry*, carry on with the deleting of files and folders as directed in the method.
When you get to deleting Quicktime files in the system32 folder as advised in the method, you can delete any file or folder with Quicktime in the name.
Restart your PC.
Run the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility. (Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up)
Remove any references you find to the programs you removed - strictly speaking you only need to worry about those programs where the uninstall failed.
If you don’t see an entry for one of the programs that did not uninstall, look out for blank entries or numeric entries that look like version numbers e.g. 7.x for Quicktime or 1.x for Bonjour.
restart your PC
Install the stand alone Quicktime and check that it works.
If it does, install iTunes.

Help, cant use iPod on PC from a Mac

I tried using an ipod on a PC computer after its been formatted to use from a mac. i ran the updated software. now when i restarted my computer, the ipod isnt being recognized by my computers USB. it says like the usb drive is malfunctioning. i run windows xp and i am under the 2nd windows service update (whatever it is). i just got this computer that cost me 1000$, so i dont see why it isnt being found. if anyone had this problem and can figure this it, it'd be much appreciated. thanx

$1000 for your new PC? Pretty expensive compared to a Mac mini.
Anyway, download the latest version of the iPod software updater, install it, and run it. Connect the iPod when told, and choose to restore. See if this helps.

Does the printer you get for free with the macbook work with airport....

There is an option, but it's a rather complicated process. If you feel you're up to the task, read on.
You can try using the hpijs driver. You won't get access to printer status or the card reader, but you can at least print over the network. In addition to downloading and installing the two packages from this page, you may have to download the PPD file for the 3100 from this page and install in the /Library/Printers/PPDs/Contents/Resources/en.lproj folder (or the .lproj folder connesponding to your primary language). A new printer model called "HP Photosmart 3100 Foomatic/hpijs" will be available in the Print Using popup.
If Bonjour printing doesn't work, the process gets even more complicated: you may have to use the Advanced mode in the Printer Setup Utility to configure the printer for AppSocket/HP JetDirect printing to port 9100 of the Express. To get access to the Advanced settings, go through the motions of adding a printer in Printer Setup Utility but instead of selecting a printer from the browser, hold down the option key while pressing "More Printers...".
In the resultant dialog, select "AppSocket/HP JetDirect" from the Device popup, give the printer a name, enter a Device URI of "socket://<address>:9100". Replace <address> with either the Express's IP address or its Bonjour host name, which will be the Express's name with punctuation removed, spaces replaced by dashes, and ".local" appended. If you want to be sure to get the right address, use a utility like iStumbler to get the Bonjour host name (minus the ".local", which will still need to be appended). Finally, select the printer model and click on Add.

My ipod (160g classic) won't play some movies and tv shows I bought on itunes. they play fine on my mac and sometimes when I resync my ipod they will show up and play and sometimes they don't? anybody got a clue as to what is going on????

stupid ipod wont sync some of my tv shows. they worked before i updated it then i erased everything on it tried restoring it to factory setting that didn't work. some of them say that it isn't compatable and they were downloaded on it before. does anybody have an answer to what the problem could be?

no not really the means it cant find the song so since there scattered you would need to find each one of those individually and if that doesn't fix it ur lookin at removing and reinstalling

TS1702 I cant use facetime on I-pod touch 4g - bought in Saudia Arabia

I bought my daughter an Ipod touch 4g in Saudi Arabia and went back to UK. She can't use facetime on her device even with the latest iOS5 as facetime is banned in Saudi Arabia.
Is there any way I can upgrade the device with some software to enable it to use facetime

IOS devices purchased in Saudi Arabia are physically blocked by hardware ID from legally installing FaceTime.

You can't delete them from iCloud because they aren't stored in your personal account (and don't use any of your storage). You are only seeing download links so they can be redownloaded from the iTunes store. You can't delete anything from this list of previously purchased media, but if you don't want to see them on your device you can hide them in iTunes on your computer as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919. After hiding them, you won't see them on your device unless you unhide them again.

My new Ipod touch will not sync movies and tv shows from Itunes

When I try to transfer movies and tv shows I bought from Itunes I get the message saying that my device is not compatible.
I have been on the phone to Itune support for about 30hours++ . I have been reissued a new Ipod touch but this problem is reoccuring.
I registered my new Ipod touch under another account but I have activated home sharing on my computer.
Can anyone suggest anything that Apple support cannot solve Thanks

What happens when you try to connect to the Wi-Fi? Any error messages? Have you tried a hard reset of the iPod? To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
Otherwise, work through the remaining troubleshooting suggestions in this Apple support document.

Turn your phone off and connect your cable to the computer, but not the device just yet. Start up iTunes. Now, hold down the home button on your phone and plug it in to the cable - don't let go of the button until iTunes tells you it's detected a phone in recovery mode. Now you can restore to factory settings.
Unfortunately, the data on your phone is already gone if you're seeing the connect to iTunes logo.

From the message you are receiving, it sounds like you either, 1) haven't synced your iPhone with that computer before, 2) are using two different iTunes accounts, or 3) both. If you have purchased music or movies through your iPhone with a certain iTunes account and purchased books through iBooks on your MacBook through a different iTunes account then there is no having both on the phone.
Apple doesn't allow content from two different accounts on a device at the same time. Also if two "libraries" have been created, one on the iPhone and one on the Macbook then syncing will erase data that is not associated with that particular library.
If you are using the same iTunes account for both, then you should be able to redownload any purchased items (music, books, etc.) from iCloud, assuming you have set that up.
