Help - Clone causes image to move

When I move the clone stamp over the image it moves the whole image and shows a duplicate image beneath. This is a new problem as i have used this tool often.

You probably have the Clone Source Overlay on.
Most people set it to clipped so you can still see a preview of the clone source or you can turn it off.
There is a button on the tool options bar to get to the clone source options:

FYI: You've not stated which of your listed Macs is having the problem. However, the following may help in any case:
1. Did you install Front Row using the Front Row hack on a Mac that did not ship from the factory with Front Row installed? If so, See my "Uninstalling the Front Row hack" FAQ. This has been known to cause a variety of problems, including the menu bar (Clock, Spotlight) issues you noted.
2. If you did not install the Front Row Hack, an incompatible or corrupted Startup or Login Item may be partly to blame for the problems with the menu bar. My "Troubleshooting Startup and Login Items" FAQ can help you pin that down if such an item is causing the problem.
3. As a general check, run the procedure specified in my "Resolving Disk, Permission, and Cache Corruption" FAQ. Perform the steps therein in the order specified.
4. Re: Safari and Mail, if not sorted by any of the above, see also:• "Safari: Blank icon after installing Security Update 2006-002 v1.0."

Need to clone an Image created with MDT

Hi All,
I have a custom image which I created in VMWare with MTD 2013. The MDT server is local, I am the only one using it and it is not on the network or available in other sites. I was asked to provide an Acronis or Northon Ghost cloned image so that other admins
can image workstations/laptops without having to ship the device to me, to deploy with MDT. I thought about imaging a workstation and cloning the drive before sysprep starts, but the problem is that I run a task sequence at the end
Final Configuration for MDT 2013 LT created by Jonan, to delete any leftover by MDT (C:\MININT, C:\_SMSTaskSequence) and auto login the first time. I might be wrong, but I believe that the workstation needs to be connected to the MDT server for all task
sequence to complete.
What is the best way to clone this image?

Hi,
The simplest option IMHO would be to completely deploy a simalar machine using MDT and then, after deployment completes, run sysprep manually. Used with the option "shut down", your machine sould be off and in a syprepped state. Than manually create
the Acronis/Ghost image and distribut that.
Even better howerver would be to provide MDT deployment in your other sites. You can utilize DFS Replication to maintain a single point of administration, while still proving a coherent deployment method throughout your network.

Sync image with movie hands movement.

I have a video with a guy dancing . I would like to attach to his hand an image. How will I synchronize the image to move along his hand?
Do I have to go frame by frame moving the image or there is a better way?

Depending on your footage, you'll have better and faster result by using AE's matchmoving/tracking tools, that doing it by hand.
Here are the docs on how to use these tools, and here is a quick search on community help that will point you to tutorials and extra info.

Images I move from one folder into another are disappearing, at first it was occurring immediately if I did not copy and paste the images. Today however I found out that images I had been using for days just up and vanished from their new location.

Today however I found out that images I had been using for days just up and vanished from their new location. A few of these images had copies in another folder that remained and the ones I couldn't find may or may not have ever had copies. I had backed up my system with time machine recently as well, so I went into the backup to retreive the lost images. When I searched and found the backup copies I got the error "the file alias cannot be opened because the original cannot be located". The crazy thing is that the images that remained on my computer did not give me the same error and opened like they should.
In short images that I am creating, saving, and using are disapearing so epically that even time machine versions are affected when retrieval is attempted. Any suggestions as to what I could be doing wrong without realizing it? Or perhaps other people have had similar bugs that are software related and have a solution?

I understand what you tried to do but it doesn't work that way. Swapping drive names will just mess things up.
You should be able to reconnect the files though: in the Locate Referenced Files dialog make sure you click the Show Reconnect Options button — this will give you access to all the connected drives. Locate one of the files and hit Reconnect All. Should do the trick.

Use the Organizer backup & restore method, starting the restore from the TLY file. Probably best to use a custom location as the XP file structure will be different. See this link for further help:

The first image I use is a JPG 72dpi 1500px x1500px and I want to downsize it to 600x600px same res, but it keeps pixelating, this has never happened before. Any suggestions, thoughts?

I wouldn't say pixelated; more like blurry.
Like ConnectedCreative said, what steps are you using? Are you using "bicubic sharper" when resizing down?

Easiest way to find time machine files is to open up the folder or application(works for email and iphoto) they were in - then click on time machine ICON or enter time machine from the time machine menu to go back through the files.

Monitor widescreen causes image distortion

My new 19" monitor causes images in Photoshop to appear elongated, and when I go to print, the display showing what should represent a sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 paper looks more like an 8 1/2 x 8 1/2. Can I do anything about this?

Ed,
In general, setting the screen resolution of the display to match the "native" resolution of the display will get rid of the distortion. For example, if the display has a native resolution of 1280 x 1024, you should set the screen resolution to the same. Setting it to a lower resolution (e.g. 1024 x 768) could also get rid of the distortion, but images will look fuzzier.
In Windows XP, you set the resolution via Start > Control Panel > Display (Vista is similar).

You should be able to change the product name in Google Cloud. The ChromeBook uses Google Cloud to print (Google Cloud uses HP ePrint). Log into your google account and change the printer name there.

That will not work. Why?Because you can't add key listeners to Images - as you could have easily found out if you had checked the API docs. It's like adding a key listener to a String. Both aren't designed to take key input. How about adding it to the component that is supposed to take the input instead?

I just install the OATS 12.4.0.2.129, no problem at all, but when I try to start recording an EBS Functional test, I'm getting this message:

I have JRE 1.6.0_45, Firefox 24. I have already run the OpenScript Diagnosis Tool and solve the issues listed, but still have the same problem. Can anyone help me with this?
FYI: When I start record a functional test, no EBS, but Web, I have no trouble.
