Help configuring Arch (Solved)

I have just installed arch and got some problems:
1.- Everything is in english, how can I change it to spanish, do I need any packages for gnome, and all packages use spanish as default?
2.- When I scroll in a webpage and got to the top and continue scrolling the mouse wheel, it goes back to the latest page, and when scrolling down, it goes forward, how can I disable this?
3.- When I install a nwe program, it doesn't appear in the gnome menu, I left click the menu and select "Edit Menus" and the new program appears on the list, but it is not visible when entering the menu normally, also happens when removing a packages, it continues in the menu, but when selecting "Edit Menus" it is not there, they appear after I restart gnome, how do I fix it?
4-. What is the File Alteration Monitor?, when the system boots, it says FAILED when loading that, and gives a line saying "fam is not active", what is that and how do I fi it?

2. I think maybe firefox can use events for web buttons, and that your xorg.conf is mistaking and thinking that your scroll wheel = web buttons... Cross your fingers and try messing around with ZAxisMapping in /etc/X11/xorg.conf - try changing this:
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5 6 7"
to this:
Option "ZAxisMapping" "6 7"
3. Run "killall gnome-panel" in a terminal, and gnome-terminal will restart with the new menus

my application is deployed on the weblogic 9.0. I am using the VB DLL through which i am sending the request to the servlet.
When i am pressing the "Color" button in VBDLL to retrieve the color information, server takes the long time nearly 10-12 minutes to return back the color information but it throws the following error

if you can't compile the webutil.pll in your forms developer you need to set the forms_builder_classpath in you windows registry. You have to add the frmwebutil.jar,jacob.jar to the registry key. The configuration files you mention are for running the forms.

Please help me to understand the mistake what i did in below query and help to resolve that.
Actually i am trying to create a query to filter the records from db based on my input parameter.
If my input parameter is 1(@showallrecords) then i need to show all the records which has the IsLatest as 1
If my input parameter is 0(@showallrecords) then i need to show all the records which has the IsLatest as 0
select * from tabel1 INNER JOIN tabel2
ON tabel1.KeyId = tabel2.KeyId
and (@showallrecords = 1 and tabel1.IsLatest = 1 )
and (@showallrecords = 0 and tabel1.IsLatest = 0 )
when i am executing the above query with the parameter @showallrecords = 1 ,db is returning 0 rows.If i am executing the above query after removed the last line and (@showallrecords = 0 and tabel1.IsLatest = 0 ) then records are coming.
i understand that 1=0(last line) and the condition is not true.So its affecting the result.
Please help me to solve this.

Most common cause of the problem: JAVA_HOME environment variable not set, or set incorrectly.
It should point to your java directory: ie C:\java1_4\ NOT C:\java1_4\bin
Another possible cause is spaces in the path names where you have installed applications.

As far as trying to power up your device, make sure it has a good charge and then hold the button on the top of the phone and the home button on the faceplate together until the apple appears on the screen.

Hi Experts,
I am facing Split mapping created no messages when i run my scenario.
My Scenario is : Proxy to FILE.
I am triggering Proxy and based on one condition i am generating different Flat Files.
Now when i do this i am getting error :Split mapping created no messages in SXI_MONITOR.
When i check this in Message Mapping by taking data from SXI_MONI its working fine...
but when i trigger the data from RUNTIME WORKBENCH its throughing the error.
When i remove the NameSpaces <ns0:message>
and <ns0:messages1> its working fine.
How can i solve this issue.
Even though i removed Namespace in Message Type, i am getting the error.
I changed occurance of Target message to O..unbounded both in Message Mapping and Interface Mapping.
Its working fine in Message Mapping, problem occurs only when i run end-to-end scenario.
So please help me to solve this issue.

The following should be verified:
(1) check what DB instances the listener currently is aware of. This can be done with the command 'lsnrctl services'.
(in case you listener does not have the default name LISTENER, then use 'lsnrctl services <listener name>' )
(2) Perhaps there is an issue with the dynamic instance registration, even though the error code is different, you should nevertheless check the points from note #563574.
(3) Verfiy the value of the parameter local_listener (see mentioned note). Since you have changed the listener, the parameter might still be wrong.
In case local_listener is correcly set you should give the command
ALTER SYSTEM REGISTER;
a try.

1) I wrote two different client and server program, (Using UDP)
2) In the server side for testig I wrote some code like when a client sending message to server
a) server find on the database only senders IP address then server return the message to sender
b) Again if server find out other IP address too then it returns to them too
3) but it working for (a) , but not for (b)
4) Actually, its sending message but client not getting it
So, can some tell me, how to modify server or client side
Server wont reply the msg to the same IP address/ Sender who sent the message.
Server will reply the message to other person..
For example, Alace, Bob and Carrry are three clients. Alace, Bob, and Carry are online now. When they get online server save there IP address.
Now, Bob sends a message to server , then server will send the message to Alace and Carry. Not to the sender Bob.
