Help creating rasterized images for all level 1 toc for epub ebook

I am creating an ebook (epub) for a course that I had previously made in iBooks Author, but iBA files do not open on iPhones. So I have decided to recreate it as an epub 2.0.1 in InDesign. There are 2 levels to my Table of Contents, each week and then multiple pages underneath each of the 9 different weeks. I am creating essentially an intro cover image for each week, so when you click on "week 1" in the toc it directs you to a "rasterized image" discussing what each student will be learning in that specific week. I've tried so many different ways but I still haven't gotten it to work the way I want. The rasterized intro cover image shows up in the book, but usually adds another blank page after it, and sometimes I can get it to show up in the toc in level 1 and sometimes it disappears. I get confused on whether it should be a paragraph style with the export tagging "split document (epub only)", or changing the objects export options. Ultimately, I feel like I've tried a combination of everything and confused myself even more. I haven't found any information on anyone executing this before, so even if anyone knows any links to help me or if anyone has done this before, your help would be appreciated!
I hope this makes sense, because honestly I don't even know what to call these rasterized intro cover pages for each week (let alone what to search for), Colin Fleming from Adobe InDesign calls the cover pages "title images" so maybe that is a more appropriate name, however I don't want these images at the beggining of the book, I want them spread out before each week.

Quite likely, this cannot be exported directly from InDesign but will have to be done by editing the CSS after you've exported the EPUB so I hope you're good at HTML/CSS.

In an ASO cube you can only load to level zero
The consider all levels if used for aggregation hints. It allows you to tell the aggregation optimizer to look at all levels when deciding if aggregation needs to be done on the dimension

"The rasterized image exceeded the maximum bounds for saving to the PNG format"

Hi everyone, I'm using Illustrator CS4 and encountering the following problem:
I made a level map in illustrator that exceeds 10000x10000 pixels. When I try to export the image as a PNG, I get the error "Could not complete this operation. The rasterized image exceeded the maximum bounds for saving to the PNG format". I tried saving in JPG and others as well, but got similar errors.
How can I get around this?

-- although the dimensions there are way larger than your paltry 10K x 10K. It appearts not to be a limitation of the PNG format, but solely from the software used.

Yes you can load data for all levels in an ASO cube in any version HOWEVER, none of the upper level data in any cube will be there when you look for it. You will get a warning message in the load because ASO cubes don't store data at upper levels. It is the same as loading data into dynamic calc members in BSO cube. It will do the load without compalints, but there will be no data there (At least you get the warning in ASO)

MPS run, planned orders were created for all levels ?

I ran a small scenario
material    MRP Type     Low Level    SG           M/T Type
A      M0         000             40              FERT
B               PD              001              40             HALB
c               PD              002               10             ROH
Maintained PIRs(MD61) for material A, and ran MD41( Single Item Multi level Planning)
As material A is an MPS item, I was expecting that it should create planned orders only for material A, but in this MPS run it created planned orders for material B & C. (Looked into MD04, where I see planned orders were created
for all the levels)
As per the MPS run, it will plan only for one level of BOM (in this scenario for material A)
Any suggestions, why planned orders were created for material B & C
please clarify

Just check
System must have created a dependent requirement planned order and not the planned order for requirement you put in demand management for B and C
i.e. if you enter a demand in MD61 for B and C, run the transaction, system will not consider this requirement during MPS run. MPS run will consider the requirement if the requirement for the child is comming from parement where parent is MPS item.
Hence you need to run MRPm for B amd C if teh requirement(not dependdent requirement from A) is to be considered.

PR release date capturing for all levels

I have activated PR release strategy at Header level. There are about 4 levels of release are there. In custom PR print program, I want to capture the details of all levels corresponding release dates. Can you help me how I can go about it.

PR release date is not relevant to Release strategy.
Purchase Requisition Release Date
Specifies the date on which the purchase order should be initiated on the basis of the purchase requisition.
The release date is based on:
The purchasing department processing time defined for the plant
The planned delivery time from the material master record or purchasing info record
The delivery date
The goods receipt processing time from the material master record
Note
The planned delivery time from the purchasing info record and the GR processing time are only taken into account if the purchase requisition was generated via materials planning.
Example

Date required:                     10.01.96
GR processing time:                 2 days (working days)
Planned delivery time:             10 days (calendar days)

For the material to be available on the date it is needed, the purchase requisition must be released on 09.11.96 (requirement date less GR processing time, planned delivery time, and purchasing department processing time).

MDX missing out 'All' level results for attribute joined to leaf level of a hierarchy

I have an MDX query with a cross-join of a hierarchy and a simple attribute on rows. The leaf level of the hierarchy maps one-to-one with the simple hierarchy, while the other levels map onto multiple values of the simple attribute. In the results,
an 'All' level row of the simple hierarchy is produced for all values of the hierarchy. However:
1. if the rows are numbered using Rank, the row number that the 'All' rows of the root level values of the hierarchy should have is skipped, and the rows that should have it have a repeat of the single child's row number.
2. in SSRS no 'All' level of the simple attribute is found for the root level of the hierarchy.
My reading of this is that the All level is not being produced for the one-to-one root level relationship, and the query is reading the first non-empty value.
Any thoughts on (1) how to force the production of the missing 'All' level values; and (2) how to use Scope or some other means to place values in the positions where they are missing.

Help creating an image/shape

Hi,
I'm looking for some help to create something similar to the below shape on the box (the pic in the top right). I am just looking to create the shape--I know how to add my own text. I am beginner when it comes to CS6 and learning the ropes. Any help would be greatly appreciate!

Thanks, this was helpful. I didn't even think to try to create a few shapes to get what I wanted. I just played around with it and ended up creating one rectangle and 2 circles and manipulating them to get a shape close to what I was looking for.

Hi,
Do you create more than one production order per sales order line? If not, you could change the match to look at table AFPO for fields KDAUF = sales order number) and KDPOS = salse item number.
If you are going down to serial number level, after this select (fields are indexed in index AFPO~3, by default I think), then you could use your additional serial number field match after getting the list of production order numbers for the sales order/item.

Adobe is presenting various option (creation, video, photo pack) but you can't choose the softwares you're using one by one, I mean at a reasonable price because 20€ each app is quite expensive if you compare it with the 60€ for all of them.
I don't do any video, so I just don't need Premiere, After effetcs, Audtion and all these related softwares…
Why don't you offer the users the choice to buy just what they need ?

I'm writting this as my real time observations, therotically it might be not true.
In second case, you are creating instance of Listener for every component. So this is overhead to JVM to keep those many number of inner classes in memory, so it will decrease performance. But if you use first type, and follow if-else conditions to get which component is having event, will be efficient.

While implementing listeners will make only one class to load in memory. This sipmly makes performance slower,specially in GUI and paint kind of applications.

Help creating a smart playlist - all video from one group and fill to size

I have two classifications of videos:
A) current videos added randomly to iTunes
B) old videos I'm trying to work through in chronological order but are less important than 'A'
I have a 8GB Touch so space is limited. I always have 2500 MB available for videos.
It was easy enough to separate the two classes of videos into two smart playlists, A and B.
Now I need your help to create a third Smart playlist that contains everything from A , then fills whatever is left of the 2500 MB with videos from B.
Or, if playlists aren't an option, do you have any other ideas?

Vacation Rule works for ALL but not for particular notification in Item typ

Hi,
I have a situation where Vacation Rule is Ignored when choose the select option in notification page of vacation rule and notifications were being sent to Original Approver (who created the vacation Rule) instead of delegate.
Vacation rule is working perfectly when choose the notification as ALL but is not working when given a particular message(Timecard Approved,Approve Requisition).
Below is some example of this inconsistent behavior:
1. Selected Item type as OTL Workflows for Employees, For this Item Type there are 3 Notifications as
TIMECARD_APPROVED,ERROR_MESSAGE,TIMECARD_APPROVAL_INLINE in select opition.
If i select the TIMECARD_APPROVAL_INLINE notifications are going to delegate, and for TIMECARD_APPROVED not going to delegate.
2. Selected PO Approval, It contains only one Notification(PO_PO_APPROVE). So it is working fine.
3 Selected PO Requisition Approval,it contains the 4 notifications.
PO_REQ_APPROVE_SIMPLE_JRAD, PO_REQ_APPROVE,PO_REQ_INVALID_FORWARD,PO_REQ_NO_APPROVER.
If i select the PO_REQ_APPROVE_SIMPLE_JRAD notifications are going to delegate, and for PO_REQ_APPROVE not going to delegate.
Any inputs on this.

Hi,
on problem I spot is that all your components created by the forEach loop have the same ID value. I suggest you change the ID to e.g. id="soc_#{item.index}" for zhe select one choices. In addition, I don't see where you refresh components after the change
