Help...Cut list don't match

We're about to use FCP and Cinema tool edit a film. Since it's our first time doing this, we are experimenting the workflow first. However, one problem has occured.When simulating the whole process(from importing the flex file to exporting the change list/film list), the keycode is sometimes 1 or 2 frames off. This worried us a lot. What did we do wrong. Here's our procedure:
1. Cinema Tools > New Database
2. Import > Telecine log
3. Export > Batch capture
4. Final Cut Por > Import > Batch List at 23.98 fps
5. Choose Clip > Batch Capture
6. Choose Database > Connect Clip
7. Edit
8. Export Cinema Tool Change list

Same issue here. Every cut in the film list is off by 4 frames. It is consistent, but strange. My CMX edl is perfect with the video timecode.

Member Lists Don't Match & Unable to Delete Member

In the Oracle Beehive online URL (https://beehiveonline-apex.oracle.com) there is a list of my groups. When I select one by clicking "View group members", I see a member I wish to delete. However, that member is "verified", so to delete the instructions are to use the Beehive online Admin tool (https://beehiveonline.oracle.com/BOLAdmin.html). In that location I see the group, but the group lists don't match between the two locations. The group member I want to delete is "verified" in the first web site, but does not exist in the 2nd.
How do I delete this group member?

The groups should match unless someone has deleted the user from the group using the previous version of the delete user - it did not propagate into the APEX app the way the new one does.
If the user is not in the group in the BOLAdmin tool and not in the associated workspaxce they have probably been removed and if you let me know the name of the user I will tidy up the APEX app.
If the 2 viewsof the group are very different send me the details of the group name offline and I will see why they are so different - [email protected]

The help instructions here don't match my 31.3.0 tbird. Where is help at?

When I come here for help in doing something I find unusual, I get instructions that don't match the menu choices I have on my desktop client Thunderbird 31.3.0. I'm lost trying to find instructions that match my version. What am I missing here?

Probably a menu is my guess.
Right click the tool bar and select menu bar if it does not have a tick beside it.

Contacts on Phone Don't Match Contacts on Gmail

My DroidX is set up to sync calendar and contacts every night, but my phone contacts are not going into my gmail account, thus, the contact lists don't match. I "unchecked" and "rechecked" sync to see if it would reset itself, but it did not. When I transferred (or should I say, the Verizon rep transferred) my contacts from my BlackBerry to my Droid, about 25% of the contacts didn't make it. It took me over two hours to compare the contact lists to make sure I had everyone on my new phone. Any ideas?

Thanks. No, I have 10.7 nowadays, have had it for a while. I discovered in Contact preferences that Icould was not activated. Now it is and the contacts are syncing again, although they appear twice, if I have both "on my Mac" and ""ICloud" activated. Any way to avoid this?

What you can redownload will depend upon what country that you are in - music, films and TV programmes can't be redownloaded in all countries, audiobooks and ringtones are one-time only downloads. What you can redownload will show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes (if content providers/rights-holder have removed items from the store then they also won't show for redownloading)

Can't create a PKCS#12 Digital Signature. Passwords don't match. Help!

I cannot create a PKCS# 12 Digital Signature in Adobe Acrobat Pro. It says the passwords don't match when I create it. The problem is, I never was asked to confirm the P/W when I created it. It asked once for the P/W and then the only thing I can do is click "Finish" and then it says my P/W don't match. I have re-booted my computer and still it will not work.

You'll need to ask in the Acrobat Pro forum. There are people there with expertise who can answer this. I use Acrobat myself, but I'm a novice when it comes to signature settings.

Initial Time Machine Backup. Event Store UUIDs Don't Match.

This is an initial backup and 25% (about 100 GBs) of the backup completed in 1 Hour. The remaining 75% (about 300 GBs) is stuck at the same place for 9 hours now.
I'm working on a MBP Mid-2009 15", 3.06 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo, Mac OS X 10.5.8.
All software is up-to-date.
Backup Drive is a Seagate 2GB (USB), Formatted for Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
No 3rd Party Backup Software or 3rd Party Security installed.
Spotlight has already been re-indexed.
Name of Computer is: MBP 2013
Time Machine Buddy indicates only that the Event Store UUIDs Don't Match. No error messages. Other discussion posts say wait. Any other suggestions? Is there a way to reset the Event Store UUIDs?

Well, I dislike TM myself, never use it due to all it's quirks, & even IF it appears to work, when it comes time to use it/relly on it, you may find more quirks or nearly impossible to use.
If you wish o continue trying TM, I'll certainbly try to help, or even ask for help from others, but...

Back up all data before making any changes. Please take each of the following steps until the problem is resolved.
Step 1
If Adobe Reader or Acrobat is installed, and the problem is just that you can't print or save PDF's displayed in Safari, you may be able to do so by moving the cursor to the the bottom edge of the page, somewhere near the middle. A black toolbar should appear under the cursor. Click the printer or disk icon.
Step 2
There should be a setting in its preferences of the Adobe application such as Display PDF in Browser. I don't use those applications myself, so I can't be more precise. Deselect that setting, if it's selected.
Step 3
If you get a message such as ""Adobe Reader blocked for this website," then from the Safari menu bar, select
          Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Security
and check the box marked
          Allow Plug-ins
Then click
          Manage Website Settings...
and make any required changes to the security settings for the Adobe PDF plugin.
Step 4
Triple-click anywhere in the line of text below on this page to select it, the copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C:

In the Finder, select
          Go ▹ Go to Folder
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-G. Paste into the text box that opens by pressing command-V, then press return.
From the folder that opens, move to the Trash any items that have "Adobe" or “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then quit and relaunch Safari.
Step 5
The "Silverlight" web plugin distributed by Microsoft can interfere with PDF display in Safari, so you may need to remove it, if it's present. The same goes for a plugin called "iGetter," and perhaps others—I don't have a complete list. Don't remove Silverlight if you use the "Netflix" video-streaming service.
Step 6
Do as in Step 4 with this line:
~/Library/Internet Plug-ins
If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari.

Payments and Bills don't match

Hi,
the activation fee for my verizon double play bundle was supposed to be split in three parts. I have made the three respective payments as shown in the payment history.
However, under Bill & Payment, I can only find two bills and the third is still due including the third activation fee payment.
Could you please elaborate why these bills don't match my payment history?

Geofence locations in "Reminders" don't match address book

If I go into "Reminders" and try set a location-based reminder for Home or Work, the addresses listed aren't the same as the ones in my address book. They're within a mile of me, but never close enough that I reliably enter that location when I'm at home or at work. The post code shown in Reminders is just the first four characters of the post code listed in my address book, and the addresses it gives me do lie within that postcode region.

Video/sound don't match all of a sudden!

Adding some sound and music to a 20 minute movie using Logic. Things were fine for a while but now the video is slightly behind the audio. Can't figure for the life of me why. Any help?

Songs and album covers don't match up?

On my 4s, when I enabled Icloud and downloaded my music library something got out of sync. Now, most songs don't match up to the album cover etc. displayed on my screen. I have tried deleting and downloading again and the problem remains. Any suggestions?

Album cover images depend on whether you downloaded the album/song off the pre-installed iTunes store on the iPod or you downloaded an mp3 from your computer into iTunes then synced it to the device, the only solution in this case without consulting apple help directly would be to try purchasing a song or album from the on-device iTunes store and seeing if you get a cover image then, otherwise I'd seek help from apple themselves as it may be a software issue and you could possibly get your device looked at or replaced under your 1 year warrantee. That is if your still covered.

From and/or subject don't match msg body

Hello all. Two weeks ago I posted this problem under a different head, but got no replies, so let me try again as it is messing up maybe 5% of my email.
Every morning I collect email--from 40 to 70 messages, many forwarded from Gmail--and message filtering usually works efficiently to transfer from Inbox to folders. But somewhere along the line, 1 to 3 emails get muddled together: the from and/or subject don't match the text, and sometimes the displayed text includes the Msg Source, including text, from some other, unrelated email.
I've been using FF and TB for more than 10 years now, and believe this kind of email muddling dates only to the last couple months. I use the latest Thunderbird under Windows 7 on a Dell desktop. I have 4 hopefully innocent addons. Of course I can send screenshots and forward the message source for analysis.

This is an indication of file corruption. Lack of maintenance on your email folders is the usual cause of this.
You can try to repair the file tables and see if that helps. Be prepared to lose messages if the corruption is too bad.
Right click the problem folder. Select Properties and then Repair Folder.
Then read this article about best practices to help prevent this in the future.

How do I add a Message Box if calculations don't match?

I am developing a form where the user inputs an amount on field Amt, then distributes that amount into up to six "funds" fields (Budget1, Budget2, Budget3...), which determine where the money will come from. I created a screen-only verification field (AmtVerif) that allows the user to see if the divided funds add up to the total shown on Amt.
I want AmtVerif to:
1. add up the amounts on fields Budget 1-6 (which I managed to do using FormCalc)
2. match the total with the entered value on Amt
3. pop-up an error message that says "You went over the total", or "Please verify the allocation of funds" in case totals don't match.
I tried using "if" expressions with FormCalc in the Validate and Exit Events, and although they seem to be correct, they do not show the error message. What am I doing wrong? Please help!

Thank you for responding! I just re-created my fields in the same form you attached, so now you can see exactly what I did.
The last field (AmtVerify) contains the calculation piece, but now I need to match that total with the amount on the first field, and enable the error messages in case it goes above or below the original amount.

IPhoto thumbnails & images don't match

Yesterday when I opened iPhotos a message came up warning that I needed to rebuild my thumbnails. I wasn't worried about this (I have gotten the message before) & clicked OK. Today while adding some photos to iPhoto I noticed thumbnail images don't match the actual images on file. What can I do to restore things so that all matches.
I am running iPhoto 6.0.6
