Help! Digital publishing creative cloud

I am trying to preview an app that I am desiging in indesign and everytime I try to preview it only the first page shows I need help

One thread is enough! What do you mean it deletes it? You're going to have to do a better job in describing this problem along with what you've done.

    I had the free trial of creative cloud and decided to buy the one year membership. It says that everything is up to date on the website, but when I try to open any of the apps, it says to renew my membership. What am I doing wrong?

    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

    I am a student in highschool. Last year, i bought Creative Cloud for one year and it has now expired. After looking around adobe.com, i found this option: http://www.adobe.com/offer-terms/edu_puf_promo.html. Does this mean I can buy Creative cloud for 12 months at 20.00$ a month, then cancel my contract for the upcoming year? I really only need Photoshop and Premiere pro for this year, no need for it next year too. Thanks in advance!

    I had the same problem with no updates found for my Creative Cloud Illustrator installation.
    Here's how I was able to finally update it.
    Uninstall Illustrator
    Reinstall Illustrator, which will still be 16.0.0
    Check for updates in newly installed Illustrator
    Update found
    Install update
    Note: I found the new package feature doesn't package linked images that are in opacity masks. Reported it as a bug.

    The heading says it all. I am not always connected to the internet and, in any event, I find the on-line help annoying and tedious. I can only find PDF help files for CS4, where can I get them for CS6?

    That is not off-line help, it is simply a PDF file full of links to on-line resources. It is next to useless. I want to be able to look at teh help document and get answers to questions, not links to answers.
