Check System Preferences > Flash Player > Advanced
Click: Delete All under Browsing Data and Settings
Then empty the Safari cache.
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Advanced tab.
Select: Show develop menu in menu bar
Now click Develop > Empty Caches
Quit and relaunch Safari then try Flash on a website for sound.

Possible disable sound from internal speaekrs?

I have a strange request I need to disable sound from the internal speakers. I wanted to ask if this was possible?

I've tried that by muting the output in system preferences. But it can be unmuted via the keyboard. I need to be able ti disable the internal speaekrs indefinitely. Is there a hack or a preference that I can get rid of?
There's also no alternative output device.

No sound from websites?

Good evening.
I'm not getting any sound from websites when I click to view videos, etc. (i.e., cnet, Rokr site)
I'm getting sound when I play music through iTunes, or even move the slider bar on my speaker icon (the "click" sound to let you know you've changed volume).
Anyone know what's going on or how to fix it?

No sound from websites.Sound Ok on computer hard Drive!!

All music and vocal programs from websites i.e: BBC. ITV etc cannot be heard!
Music that is loaded on to the Hard Drive does not have a problem.
This is a problem with the internet some how and I'm lost for answers as to how rectify it.
Any suggestions would be apreciated.

Try to clear the Flash local storage and settings.
*Windows Control Panel > Flash Player > Storage: Local Storage Settings
**Remove a specific domain: Local Storage Settings by site
**Remove all domains: Delete All and Delete Data

As Benjamin said, some more info will help to understand your problem.
In the meanwhile, you can try the next modifications:
Using a sound recordig example from labview, in the "Si config" change the "device ID" 0 ( sound card) for 1,2,3.... until you get the sound from the webcam mic. This should help if the webcam driver installs, too ,the mic driver as anothe windows sound device.

No add-on sounds, but sounds from websites [video, etc] are just fine.

But the download completed sound from download status bar or down them all are not working. I've already looked at my 'mixer' under the volume control on Win7, I also went from Firefox 11.0 to Aurora 12.0a2 with still no sound. All add-ons are up to date as are the plug-ins.

Yes I sure did. The problem was the E1 licence. The search webparts are not functional for this type of licence so if you want to use them you need E2 licences (or E1 wth SP plan 2)

What I can do on my Pearl 8130, and possibly you can on your BlackBerry, is this:
1. Separate email from SMS/MMS: Do Messages > Options > General Options > SMS and Email Inboxes: Separate. This will create a new Home Screen icon--a folder named SMS And MMS.
2. Now you can (optionally) hide the Messages icon since SMS/MMS messages go to their own folder. For your email messages...
3. You should have icons for each of the email accounts you have set up on your BlackBerry. I assume you have one or more personal accounts and one or more business accounts. When a message arrives, the icons will tell you which contains the new message. And messages will be kept separate.

Help no sound from my Ipod Mini

Battery is charged, worked fine for the longest time, but turned it on today and even with volume all the way up I can barely hear anything. Tried exterior speakers, same result. Never been dropped or damaged.

Nope no answer yet, I was told to do the same thing I already had...reset,update, etc. Finally I called Apple & they said to send it in & they would fix or replace it. Fortunately mine is under the original 12 mos. from purchase so it only costs me the shipping of 29.95. They sent a box with instructions to send in the iPod & I pay for the return shipping. If you have it less than 6 mos, there's no shipping charge at all. I hope this helps. Coach

Upgraded to Windows 7 and no sound from built-in monitor speakers

I've upgraded my HP Pavilion Media Center a1450n Desktop PC to Windows 7 successfully with the exception of sound. My speakers are built-in to my HP vs17e 17 inch LCD Monitor and Windows 7 cannot detect my built in speakers, I have downloaded most every sound driver out there currently is there something I'm missing? Can somebody help draw sound from my built-in monitor speakers on OS Windows 7?

No sound from my real VCR!

Hi all,
I've got a MSI TV Anywhere Master.
Its connected to my TV Antenna (terrestrial Not digital) and its detected all 4 channels fine (yep I still can't channel 5 in this area! ). And sound and picture is fine.
I can see video just fine, but no audio. From live TV or recorded VCR cassette!
But when I tune to the channel my VCR is on. All I can hear is a popping/clicking sound!!
The VCR is connected through the Coax antenna connection.
I've tried another VCR and still no sound, just pops/clicks! But its outputting the TV signal down the same cable!!
So any help getting sound from the VCR to the card will be very well appreciated?

We don't have Channel 5 on our local TV transmitter, at all! We can't even get Digital/Freeview.
But it could be that this VCR wasn't re-tuned for Ch5 though. And its picking up some reception! Someday I'll try and do a retune on it and see what happens
I'll report back here if it works. So if I've not wrote a success in here then I'm still trying to get it working!
Also tips for others:
If your remote control isn't working, make sure the InterVideo WinCinema Manager program is running! I don't like programs running I don't know anything about, so one day I stopped it. And then I found out my remote didn't work. So the remote needs that program to work.
Also if your card every now and then looses sound for a second or less. It could be from interference! My card here cuts the sound for a second if a broadband transmission has happened. A broadband transmission can be from a Light turning on, a Motor... otherwords an Electrical Spark. My old TV card just did a loud crackle when it happened. But this one cuts the sound off.

With the iPad, why can't I get sound from a website?

On my iPad, I am not able to hear sound from a website that I can hear on my desktop. I've reviewed the settings, but I still am not getting it. What might I be missing?

Is it all browsers that you are having problems with, or is just Safari (and I assume that your last post means that other apps are ok) ?
If only Safari then try clearing its cache : Settings > Safari > Clear History And Website Data (Clear Cookies And Data on iOS 5, 6, 7 and also Clear History)
Close Safari via the iPad's taskbar (I'm assuming that your iPad is on iOS 7+) : double-click the home button to open the taskbar and then swipe or drag the Safari app's 'screen' up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar.
And do a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
And then retry playing the videos.

Google show that you have to cut what you want to print and then paste it into a new app and print from that app.
