Help Does these figures indicate a problem

Hi
Been on Infinity 1 a few months and was getting speed of 36 Mbps download and 8 Mbps up.
Now getting 25 Mbps and 5 Mbps, not very pleased about this as I am quite close to the exchange.
I got the figures off the Hub and some of the figures don't look right, too me at least!!
Can you give me an idea if they mean anything?

the bottom half will detach if you remove the 2 screws and the inner part with MK3 on it can also be removed without removing any more screws.
is it the backplate that is loose - the plate which is screwed to the wall? if so you need engineer back or have you tried just tightening the screws which hold backplate to wall box?

Help! I figured out the problem - sort of.

So I posted my problem two days ago. I found that only some of my pages were loading in Firefox 3. I didn't know why (see below for original posting).
With a little experimenting, I have found that republishing the pages that "work" actually causes them to no longer work. I'm pretty sure I published these pages that worked with previous versions of iWeb. Now that I'm using the latest version of iWeb, any new pages (blogs) cannot be viewed by Firefox 3.
Is there anyone out there with a work around? Solution? Anyone?

Here are links to my pages: the first link doesn't load in Firefox 3. The second link loads fine. I can't figure out the difference between the two pages. Any web gurus out there that can determine my problem? I really want people using firefox to be able to view my site.

I installed oracle apps 11.5.10.2 using steps given in thread and I didnt have any problems. I then installed it on my friends laptop and it worked fine. but recenly it stopped working in my laptop, i was not able to open login page from main url (http://www.msb.ora:8000) it gave error : page cannot be found
So i reinstalled it on fresh system again.. but since then it not working. I have tried atleast 9-10 times and everytime it ends up with same error "jsp is not responding", I am able to open the rapid install main page but I am not able to open login page. it says page cannot be found. i followed all the steps suggested by you guys in this thread to solve this error, but still have no luck.
I have tried following steps to solve the issue
1) As its recommended to installed apps on fressh os without jdk i did the same, as i didnt worked i tried installation with jdk preinstalled,
2) i have tried on both windows server 2003 and win xp professional
3) I tried to change the jdk path in jser.properties file
I will really appriciate any help to solve this problem. Below is system details:
os: windows server 2003
ram : 1gb
processor: 1.83ghz core 2 duo
Oracle apps 11.5.10.2
java version: 1.4.2_04 ( installed by rapidwiz)

i have gtx 560 ti twin frozr II OC and 2 weeks ago i noticed some strange freezing under any settings(low/ultra) for bf3 or dirt3 or some other applications and games. the strange thing that i dont have them(freezes) running 3dmark and the card dont overheat at all(31 in idle max 73 at full after 15mins of furmark)...i post an example of the issue in hope to make you undestand the problem that the card has.... you can clearly see at the end of the video...sorry i didnt register it in fraps to avoid further fps drop.

You probably haven't done any overclocking to the CPU have you? Try to go into your BIOS and disable the energy saving options. I believe it is called Quiet and Cool look for that option and disable it and report back!
edit: Bf3 on the other hand from the improvements of disabling Cool and Quiet or Quiet and Cool whatever AMD calls it is all you are going to get that game is a bit more taxing on the CPU and unless you don't overclock you won't get any better performance out of it. To be sure check your cpu and gpu usage in that one as well.

memory leakage problems ?To an extent yes. During the mark phase it will be easier for the GC to identify the nullified objects on the heap while doing reference analysis.

??Same answer as earlier, Eventhough you nullify the object you cannot eliminate the reference analysis phase of GC which definitelely would take some time.

problems on devices ??There is nothing like soft/weak reference stuffs that you get in J2SE as far as J2ME is concerned with. Also, user is not allowed to control GC behavior. Even if you use System.gc() call you are never sure when it would trigger the GC thread. Kindly as far as possible do not create new object instances or try to reuse the instantiated objects.

My Ipod classic wont play TED, The Grid, Techzilla and other video podcasts (but not all video podcasts). The genious bar could not figure out the problem. Instead, the Apple store gave me credit towards a new classic, which produced the same problem. This problem is not isolated to a single computer. Secondly, the convert to ipod version feature in Itunes does not resolve the problem. Lastly, I tried restoring the ipod to no avail. I've heard this is a video codec problem.

Well when the indsatalltion failed I was given instructions to select Download Only from Tools and then install manually. When I did it, I window popped up with the following items: - AppleApplicationSupport

Search help does not work when view context is mapped to comp context

Hello,
I am trying to display search help for an input field of a view. The context to which the input field is bound is a node with an attribute. I have specified Dictionary Search help for the attribute. Now when I execute the application, I am able to get the search help in the screen.
But, I need to map this view context node to its comp controller context. When I do the mapping, the search help does not appear when executed.
It would be a great help if someone can point out an answer to this.

Hi Maya
Follow these steps:
1.Delete the context node/attribute which is bound to search help from the View.
2.Now Save metadata.
3.Perform Context mapping again .In the Edit Context Mapping window drag the node/attribute FROM RIGHT PANE TO LEFT PANE and select the entry.
4.Delete the Input Field from the view.
5.Save again
6.Close NWDS and reopen it.
7.Create input field again and bind it to the context element.
Hope this solves the problem.

I like the way the titles drop out and fade and the video color effects added.
I know how to add titles but I currently use Sony Vegas and I can not make the titles drop and fall like this video. I can't add video effects to change how the footage appears. I wan to do these things to make my YouTube videos stand out and look more professional. Please help me to figure out which product is best. Thanks!

The Color effects are easiest to achieve with stock footage overlays which can be done in any NLE that uses layers and blend modes. The titling effects are motion graphics best done in an app like After Effects. After Effects has a steep learning curve and the right way to use the program is to use AE to create shots that you edit in your NLE. If you decide to jump into AE you MUST commit a fair amount of time to learn the basics of the interface, rendering, and gain an understanding of layering. There is no one click fits all solution to the animated title effects that are in your sample video but AE does come with a bunch of animation presets for text that will get you started.
You can also do the color effects in AE. 3rd party plug-ins and stock footage will make things easier but nothing in your videos cannot be reproduced in AE.
