Help dynamic view ???

Question

Hi,
How can I create a view with Vairables
like ex:
CREATE or replace VIEW MYvew
AS
SELECT * FROM xyz where val=VARIABLEsthanks in advance

You can use a table function:
SQL> create or replace type emprec_t as object (
  2  empno number(4),
  3  ename VARCHAR2(10),
  4  sal NUMBER(7,2));
  5  /
Type created.
SQL> create type empview_t is table of emprec_t;
  2  /
Type created.
SQL> create or replace function emp_by_sal (p_sal in number) return empview_t is
  2  r empview_t;
  3  begin
  4    select emprec_t(empno, ename, sal)
  5     bulk collect into r
  6     from emp
  7     where sal > p_sal;
  8 
  9    return r;
10  end;
11  /
Function created.
SQL> select *
  2  from table(emp_by_sal(1000));
     EMPNO ENAME             SAL
      7499 ALLEN            1600
      7521 WARD             1250
      7566 JONES            2975
      7654 MARTIN           1250
      7698 BLAKE            2850
      7782 CLARK            2450
      7788 SCOTT            3000
      7839 KING             5000
      7844 TURNER           1500
      7876 ADAMS            1100

SQL> select *
