Help emails from Apple won't send

I got an iPad for Christmas and I could download apps and music and everything fine but I just tried to and it said that because it was a new device I had to verify my account so I had to put my email in but then it asked me for my security questions and my mom made them and wont give me the answers so I don't know the answers and when I clicked for it to send reset security info it said that it sent but I did it like an hour ago and I have done it at least 4 times and it keeps saying that it sent but I don't get the email its not in my spam folder either

The email for what ? If you are trying to reset your account's password or security questions and you aren't receiving the email to your rescue email accpint ( and you've checked the spam folder on the account as well as the inbox, and tried clicking the reset link again) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the password/questions reset.

Click Your Stuff in the upper right and select Profile. In your profile there is a link to the right to manage email notifications.

help - when i open an email from apple, I can't see the message. i get a few words, I can see areas where an image should be. I click on those space trying to see if there is a link somehow.

You've checked the spam folder on your rescue email account and tried clicking the reset link again to re-request it ? You could also contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

Help! Strange email from apple

Hi! I've just received today an email from Apple that told me that they had send me a new Iphone..
I've asked for support in november 2011 because my home bottom had some several problems.
But the problem is that I've already received a new Iphone 4 in november at the same week that i ask for the support...
So what It mean this email that I received from apple today?!?!?
Also if I click to the link for seeing the current status of my shipping the result is that the product has been delivered!
So?!?! I dont'understand??
Did they send me another Iphone 4??

I keep getting an email from Apple telling me that my Apple Id has been successfully reset. I did not reset it. Since early June 2013 to now i have had to reset it 3 times. It is not an easy one to remember either. Initally I thought it was some pfishing expedition but no purchases have been confirmed by my visa. My kids use my Apple Id to download APs and I am informed when this happens. Nothing strange happening on the financial site at all. Just frustrating as we have to keep updating the ID to use messenger, I cloud etc on all of the devices. I called Apple Support and the girl initally said she knew nothing about this but then spoke to someone else and they are aware of this ongoing problem and are working on it. Any suggestions? Are others having the same problems?

I recieved a scam email from apple. then sent me the same email using my own email account. how do I report this to apple. can't find any contact details.

hi over the past month have received maybe 5 scam emails from apple.
I opened one the other day cause I thought well maybe it is from apple.
went through the steps and it was amazed at how well they did at copying apple website. you could even go to the apple shop page from their page!
what set me off that it was fake was that I tried to open the other apple pages along the top and it wouldn't let me. so I opened my own apple page and logged in. and realised that they don't ask for your bank details in your Apple ID account.
anyways so now what has happened is I got an email today " from myself" with this same scam email. it is as if they have hacked my email account and sending me these emails. I want to report this to apple but am unable to find any contact details apart from call back options. does any one have any advice on this.

I've had that same exact issue, I received the first e-mail claiming to be from Apple last night (though over the past week I've received two other scam e-mails from different addresses claiming that my bank transactions have been aborted). It said it was from my own address, and I checked it closely to make sure it wasn't a spoof account but found it was indeed my own e-mail address. Five minutes ago I changed my password, and I have just now received a second e-mail exactly the same, still coming from my own account. My best guess at an explanation is that it may have been sent before I changed my password and there was just a delay in the message sending, resulting in it coming through after changing my password.
I've now forwarded the e-mail on as an attachment to the [email protected] address, however this still doesn't help me with regards to stopping these e-mails. It concerns me that even though I changed my password they still possibly have access to my account. I tried checking my account activity but as opening the mail app on my iPhone is considered as a log in and I check it almost twice an hour, it's impossible to tell which could possible be an intruder logging in.

Apple won't send me my forgotten passwords!

I just purchased a new Macbook and I am having trouble authorizing a lot of my purchased iTunes songs. I have used 3 different apple accounts to purchase iTunes songs, one of the e-mails was an @sbcglobal.net domain, which doesn't even work anymore, the other is an @verizon.net domain. I cannot remember my password for these accounts, so I cannot authorize the songs that I purchased with them. I clicked the "send password" option, but I never receive an email from Apple to my verizon account, and I can't recieve any emails on my sbcglobal account. Please help! There are a lot of songs that I can't authorize! Thanks
