Help Error 2122

Question

I can no longer burn CD's in iTunes. I have version 6.04. I was able to burn CD's before I upgraded. I have an Aopen DUW 1616/ARR with firmware verison 1.03 installed. I have all the correct drivers installed. I am a computer tech and this is actually what I get paid to do. I have been doing tech work for about 7 years...long enough to be able to fix any NORMAL problem. So what I am basically saying it, I know that it is NOT a hardware issue. It is something wrong with the software. I can use Nero to burn CD's fine. But iTunes no longer works. Both programs used to work fine together. I have all the latest windows updates and drivers. I have contacted the Apple support and I have Apple Care on Both my iPods. They told me the same thing. When I told them everything was updated they just kind of said oh well not much we can do then. They suggested I buy a new burner. Anyone here have any other suggestions???

I forgot to include my diagnostics for whatever help that might be...also let me state that Nero will not burn music purchased from iTunes. Everything else it burns fine. I am just looking for a way to burn my iTunes purchased music.

If you have multiple drives on the same IDE or SCSI bus, these drives may interfere with each other.
