i get the following error when i tried to execute a RFC.I have already check the JCO connection and tested it,everything is working fine.Any idea gurus? thx

The problem migh be, that the RFC does not get executed.[as there is no design time error] some of the reasons might be
You have not set the mandatory input parameters.
(try inputting these parameters through inputFields rather than just setting them through the code.)
The other reason can be that you have changed some datatype of some mandatory fields( change in the logic would not cause any problme as it is an adaptive rfc). In this case you will need a model re-import.

Hi,
It looks to me like the RFC Hrmss_Cat_Wd_Approval does not exist. Is your back-end system ECC 6.0? If not then I don't believe this will work. See page 93 of the document at this link:

Short Dump, Exception condition "NOT_EXIST" raised

Dear Colleagues!
I am having a problem with short dump, I am getting the message Exception condition "NOT_EXIST" raised.
I am trying to load data to ODS with full load and filtering via a DTP.
In the monitoring the load doesn't even get started.
I have already loaded data succesfully in this ODS... But now it doesn't work anymore..
I also tried to replicate and active all the rules and objects again.
And in the source system if I test the extractor it works fine.
I saw an earlier thread on this issue, and it recommended programs ZDMDELTAREPAIR or RSBDELTAREPAIR, but this thread was especially for BW 3.5. We are using 7.0 and have SP10. Are these programs still valid or is there another note for 7.0?

We have been getting short dumps in our production system daily. I was unable to locate the problem by looking at the dump. The dump says that CONVERSION_ERROR raised.
Which application raised this exception? Again no clue on the same. Please find the text of the dump.

What can you do?
 Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.
 To process the problem further, contact you SAP system

 keep them for a long time.
Error analysis

 Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior
 program, processing was terminated.
 Short description of exception condition:

 If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to

Hi,
U will receive this error when ever it is not possible to achieve runtime conversion.
i.e When u r passing the data from one type variable to another type if the conversion is not defined or not possible u will get this dump. Just analyze the dump in ST22.
Look at this simple example. Here i am trying to assign 101.23 to l_p for which length is not sufficient. So i will get dump. But if u do the same with character variable it will truncate the data.
DATA: l_p(2) TYPE P DECIMALS 2.
l_p = '103.23'.
WRITE l_p.
So check the place where u r getting the dump. It must be some assignment statement.

Error in BEx Analyzer Exception condition "HIERARCHY_NOT_FOUND" raised.

When i run report 0FIAA_C02_Q1001 with input variable as "My controlling area" i get this error.

                                         ->hierarchy tab->i see hierarchy tables are enabled.But when i click on
                                             "MaintainHierachy" there are no hierrachies in it.
For 0CO_AREA infoobject->attribute tab->0CCA_HIENM,0PCA_HIENM hierarchies are there.

My issue is very similar as the one described in thread : HIERARCHY_NOT_FOUND, but not solved in the other thread.
I tried to update the system to SP21 as told in the topic, but the issue is still present :
when I open a query with the query designer, I'm still having the same issue. Via the RSRT transaction I get the following error message :

 The current ABAP/4 program encountered an unexpected
 situation.

 A RAISE statement in the program "SAPLRRHI" raised the exception

First of all, thanks Maxim to spend time on my issue, it is really appreciated (and sorry for the late answer, I did not have any computers during the week-end).
I checked both tables (SE16 then "number of entries" button) : RSHIEDIR has 5 entries and RSRHIEDIR_OLAP has 9.
So I go to my info-object 0cust_sales, hierarchy tab, "maintain hierarchy" button and reactivate the hierarchy (I only have one line available) and I get the message "There is no modified version for this hierarchy." When I check again the entries number in both tables : no change, (still 5 and 9).

Hi,
I am trying to create an Opportunity in CRM 7.0 WEB UI. The moment i click on the create opportunity, i am getting a pop window, showing the transaction types which i have created in spro. But when i am selecting any one of them, i am getting a dump error mention in the subject matter.
I did ST22 & checked the notes on service marketplace based in the description, but could not find anything relevant to this error.

Go to transaction BSP_WB_CMPWB and open the compoenent BT111H_OPPT.
Select the view you have modified and click on configuration tab. click on edit and select the custom config
you have created.either you can remove the entries you have added which caused the dump or if you are not sure delete the
custom configuration.This should fix the issue.

ERROR MESSAGE : Exception condition "OBJECT_ID_NOT_FOUND" raised

We are on SRM 5.0.When I execute the report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER to
transfer the PR's from R/3 into SRM Sourcing cockpit . The entries get
stuck in the outbound queue in R/3.I get the error as SYSFAIL-
"Exception condition "OBJECT_ID_NOT_FOUND" raised."
We have checked the user and the org structure.

check / do the following:
- Local POrg --> Function: Tick box "POrg; everything else blank
- Local PGroup --> Function Tab: Tick box "Pgroup; everything else blank
As you already have the RFC User assigned to the Entry Channel, just create a new SRM user via the Web and select the Local PGroup as the Org Unit to assign the user. You then should have a "normal" entry in the Org Structure, like for all other users.

I am trying to replicate the materials from Backend to SRM and every time I get the message "Exception condition "INTERNAL_ERROR" raised" in the backend system and the Outbound queue in R/3 system gets stuck.
I have maintained the middleware tables correctly and was able to download other objects.
Can someone kindly help me out in determining the error.

Customer Relationship Management > Master data > Condition Technique
Create general configuration parameters
Maintain here the TIMEZONE_MASTER_DATA_DB -> pls read the documentation for this point in customizing.

--Unable to lock Table/view V_TVAK. while going for tcode VOV8 as well as Path.

not only this 3 but all the screen.
Unable to open a screen neithor through tcode nor through path, not a single one.

I have a Hirarchy data in my Object level as below

-> X1
->-> X001 (Values or at this level)
I have created a variable on this object in the query level ( Entry is Optional) and executing the query.then I am getting the error mesage Exception Condition "Table_not_Exist" raised.
If I am putting the Variable Value as x* then query is displaying values properly .If i am not giving any values then error is coming. and without variable also executing but values in the output showing X001 lvel.
So plz get back to me with the solution.

Whenever I try to open Web Dynpro Comp./Intf->Views using transaction SE80, I am getting a short dump showing message "Exception condition 'CNHT_ERROR_PARAMETER' raised'. In the analysis, I have found that A RAISE statement in the program "CL_GUI_HTML_VIEWER============CP" raised the exception condition "CNHT_ERROR_PARAMETER". Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior program, processing was terminated. Can anyone help to get rid of this problem?

Looks like, ITS services are not fully active or not compeltely published.
Check whether webgui services are active in SICF.(test service).
Also, check all the ICM parameters.

Check the SP level for ABAP and Basis. Download the latest SP level from SWDC and apply it on the system
This error is related to ABAP program.
Currently the latest available patch level is 16. Please download both ABAP and BASIS SP 16 and apply them on the system.
