I don't have a technical question. Can anyone recommend a good forum for movie-making issues?
I am making a video for my daughter's coach with pictures from the last 4 years he's coached the team and I need suggestions for music.

Hi, thanks for respoding.
I need suggestions on what type of music to use or even specific songs. I am sure I can get it either at e-music, apple or any of many other music sites. Or I may already have it.
I am just at a loss, I want something light and fun that 10 year olds might relate to, nothing to sappy or over-orchestrated. I thought of "you've got a friend in me" (toy Story) but it does not apply to a gift from a team to their coach.
I hope this clarifies my request a bit.

I need to upgrade my version and can't find help or any other way

I got a message saying I was using an old and insecure version of firefox. I was directed to click on help. I can't find help.
When I clicked the free download a message said it didn't exist. Try another version.
I have been having problems with viruses and would like to clean firefox or load a new version while keeping my homepage.
I keep hearing firefox is known for not protecting users from viruses.

When I try to install the free app I get three boxes that seem simple enough to follow EXCEPT the first box opens with 62% downloaded and never changes. When I try to click here it doesn't move. Once it opened the choice of open with or file . When I chose open it went to a bunch of apps that are not related. How do I select what to open it with? Why is it stuck at 62%

Find/search doesn't work in Finder - help!?

I go into finder and I type in a file name to search my computer for. No matter what volume or folder I select, nothing pops up in the search window - no files, no folders, nothing. Finder just sits there. The find command doesn't seem to work. Can anyone help me fix this? I really need to find files on my computer and don't have time to sift through every folder one by one. Thanks!!!

Welcome to Apple Discussions.
I'll assume that you're talking about using Spotlight via the Finder »» Find (⌘-F) command. If I'm wrong about this, please post back to clarify the specifics.
If nothing at all can be found, it's possible that you have inadvertently included your HD (or a significant Volume, your Documents folder, etc.) in the Privacy tab of Spotlight's preferences — which keeps it from being indexed. If the "metadata" associated with a file or folder aren't included in the indexing, they can't be searched and included in results.
To check this, look first in System Preferences »» Spotlight »» Results — are any of the boxes checked? Only those that are will be searched. Are they in the order you'd like to see results reported? Next, look in System Preferences »» Spotlight »» Privacy. Does anything appear in this window? Anything that does will not be indexed, and thus won't be included in a search. If it is the Volume (or folders, etc.) that you want to be searched, select its name and click on to remove it.
Spotlight will then begin to index whatever had been set as "private" — which essentially means "don't search." Note that this may take some time. The Spotlight icon at the far right side of your menu bar will show a tiny "pulsing" dot while indexing is ongoing.
You may want to go to Finder »» Help »» Mac Help, type in "Spotlight find," and hit return. Several useful articles on this subject will appear that will help to explain this. Here is a list of corresponding Apple "Help" articles online.

Can't find "help" in Acrobat 9.0 Pro

Just installed Acrobat 9.0 Pro. when I click on the drop down menu for help and click 9.0 help, nothing happens. Even when I click "online support", nothing happens then. Can someone help me find "help"?

Is there some reason you cannot provide the exact title here as was requested?
If the book is not in the Apple store, you will have to get it from another one, such as Amazon, Nook, Kobo, Google, Sony. Each of them has apps to read the books you get from them.

Help Required In Finding Help

I've slowly been trying to learn flash on my own with
tutorials and such along the way, but one thing I have never been
able to accomplish is how to create some sort of navigation through
flash.
What I mean, if I a making a flash website I can never have a
user click on a button, and within the same fla go to a different
screen.

got to free-webmaster-resource.com click on tutorials. You
will see in the left hand corner, make sure that the first one has
all selected and in the second window enter this phrase creating a
full flash web site. It has to read like that, other wise you will
get a return of no files found. This will take you step by step.
you will create a fla file that has navigation within itself. I
sure hope this helps.

I need help finding NW WAS 6.40 SP9 preview edition for Java from the SDN downloads or the SAP Service Marketplace. Can someone point me to where this is located in detail? Is it even possible to download SP9 now that SP11+ are the latest?

I do not want SP11 (default password length issue on install among other issues exist with this SP). I have 3 other development machines with SP9 and I want to have SP9 to match those other installs. I could not locate the original install that I downloaded from the SDN downloads FTP in May.
Does SAP provide a download of SP9 anywhere? (the service marketplace seems to only have SP13 and SP12 - the SDN only have SP11)

I need help finding an old library that it states my ipod is already linked to. My computer recently had a terrible virus and needed to be wiped clean. I had to redownload itunes and I bought several songs. I want to add them to my old library because I had several cd's that I had uploaded. Is there a way to find that old library and combine them without having to erase all the songs that are currently on my ipod??? Thanks

Umm. If you wiped the hard drive, then all old libraries are gone unless you have them on backup.

Can you provide us with your computer model number? Take a look in Device Manager to see if there is an Imaging Devices group that includes the webcam. If not, is there an Unknown Device listed?
