Help finding Serial Number

Please can someone help me. A couple of years ago I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 and had it installed on my computer. I've now bought a new computer and would like to re-install the program on my new computer. It starts going through the setup but then asks for the product serial number ? I don't know this as although I have the original box and books I don't have the cd sleeve and there's nothing on the cd itself. How can I get around this ? There is a PN nu,mber on the base of the box but I've tried this and it won't accept. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can't call the 800 number as it won't accept from outside the US and I'm in England.

Janieron if you registered your product then you can complete the following steps to locate your serial number:
Sign in to your Adobe account with your Adobe ID (your email address) and password.
Click My Adobe, and then click My Products. 
If you did not register your product do you still have the proof of purchase for Photoshop Element 7?  This is the only way we will be able to generate a new serial number for you.

  • Cannot find serial number on Photoshop Elements 13 box?

    I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 from Amazon, received the box, but cannot find a serial code.
    There was no insert in the box, it's not on the DVD sleeve, and the Adobe sticker on the back of the box was covered by another barcode sticker.  When I tried to carefully remove the top sticker it tore the lower one and now I cannot read that either.  What do I do?

    Apple provide limited phone support with their hardware, not iTunes. If it is an iTunes issue then describe it here and perhaps we can help.     Normally you can find your serial registered to your AdobeId. To find it please login to the Adobe website and check if you did register it to your account.

    In general you will go true a educational verification afterwards you get the serial. So its in your email or account. If you still have issues get in contact with the chat team to get help.

    I briefly dunked my Iphone GS3 Iphone into the dog dish of water. it doesn't boot now. Had no service message . No initials like recognizing my phone.  i had it in dried rice for two days when it finally booted up this far. Do you think there is any hope to keep drying it out. It was only in water a second and i dried to outside off. I had just done cpr on my elderly mother and was nervous when i dunked it in the dog dish.

They will send me a new phone but haven't told me the cost.  i want a newer IPHONE and have to wait till May 2012 to upgrade per ATT.  My mom has a no contract phone. I am her Power of attorney. i could buy her a phone with her money. Does anyone know if i can put the phone in my name as i am only one who uses a cell phone. I am the caretaker . If i do it this way I would be paying for an att phone that doesn't work.  Am so confused. Don't know how to find serial number. i called apple they set up a call. i gave them the phone number on chat but on the online call back one is requried to insert the serial number of the phone . i can't open it up. is there a video showing how to open the phone.  Any help appreciated.     One of the best ways to dry everything out is to continue what you were doing, let it dry in a bag of uncooked rice for several more days.

    You likely have a redemption code on the box that you have to enter into an Adobe website to convert that into a serial number.
