Help finding Video FX

I have been searching for weeks for help on how to get a certain effect in one of my videos. Im trying to make the motion in my video lag where it looks like each frame is off by like one second and kinda warps and twists... its really hard to explain but the effect in this video is what im looking for:

I'm not seeing anything apart from some ramped slow motion. The lag effects you see I suspect are just frame blending as it was shot in 'normal' time and slowed down in post so frames have to be made up to fill the gaps.

in my Usage it says i have over 40 gb of movies when i only have about 9gb which i can see using spotlight search. i really hope the other amount is my missing videos! these are videos of my kids as babies.

Read this post and do the migration again, putting the library in a portable shape first if necessary.

I have the same problem with my Lap Top, which is an Equium M40X-189. I have also been unable to find the driver, even using your helpful comments and link. The website is denying knowledge of any appropriate drivers for 'display' 'screen' 'graphic' 'video'. I'm also slightly struggling because my PC model also doesn't appear on the drop down list (presumably because it's too old).
Any other thoughts or suggestions on how to find the appropriate driver? Many thanks

Need to find Video Effect Button cuz its not in Inspector

In my iMovie 11 i have audio effect instead of video effects in the inspector.
i don't know how to change it/ or find video effects button. Help? thanks

It seems that you are opening the Inspector from a clip in the Event Library. Video effects are not available for Event clips. You need to create a Project, then drag clips (or segments of clips) from the Event to the project timeline. For a new Project, select from the menu File > New Project.
Double-click on a clip in the Project to open the Inspector. In the Inspector's Clip tab you will see the following:

Help I video my kids presentation on iPhone transferred to iPhoto and now want to download it to flash drive

Help I video a 7-8 minute of soemthing at school and it has been transferrred to iphoto from my iphone BUT now otehr parents want a copy and I cannot email it so I am trying a flash drive and still cannot import it to the flashdrive.
Any suggestions would be great

In iPhotos you will find the Export command, if you cannot locate it use the Help Menu and type in the word "Export" and iPhoto will show you where the command is. Of course you will need the file selected within iPhoto. Once you choose Export it will ask where you want to Export it to, select the Desktop so you can easily locate it.
As for the type of CD almost any will work, just got to your local office supply store (Wallmart or Target or any computer store will have them too) , and get a small stack of them. Don't get too tied up on brands and sizes, just get a recongnized name brand and you should be fine.

I have CS3 Master suite and just reciently started having proiblems with Premiere Pro and Encode where I get an error: "Could not find video play modules, please reinstall and try again"
I HAVE reinstalled, and still no luck! I have even used the CS3 clean utility, blew away everything ADOBE I could think of, reinstalled - and that hasn't helped.
I have a Windows XP (32 bit) SP3 box
4 GB Ram
3.167 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo processor
Nvidia GeForce GTX 285 video card.
All drivers are up to date.
I heard it could be a CODEC problem, but I do not know where or how to get the correct or missing CODECs. I also have AVID Media Composer 3.5 insalled on the box, but I'm not sure if that is creating conflict (it used to work before - not sure what happened).
Any help would be appreciated!

Ryan,
Could be a CODEC issue. First, get G-Spot and install/run it on your files. It will tell you exactly what they are, and what you need, if it shows them as not being installed.
Might be as simple as going to, say MainConcept's site, downloading and installing just the right CODEC. Without the info from G-Spot, we'd only be guessing.

Tip: always install JUST the CODEC's that are required. Do not install any CODEC "packs." They will most likely give you problems someplace.

If you downloaded it to your iTunes library it will be in the Movies folder. If the device is not connected to WiFi, you can't find it. If it is, go to your iCloud.com account on a computer or use the Find My iPhone app on any iOS device and log in and look for it.
You have to be signed in to find your own devices.

5800 not finding videos anymore

Did a firmware update & now the video center is not finding videos. They are in E:Memory card/download and I use iplayer and it puts them in this download folder and I can't seem to change that, moved them to the E:Memory card/My Videos and still not picking them up
