Help for creative suite 5.5

Hello,
I have buy creative suite 5.5.
It works, but not indesign.
The problem is that on the screen the left, up and right side not working.
I can work with my keybord or file.

Ask in the ID forum and provide the necesary technical details like system info.

  • Does anyone know where I can get a download for Creative Suite 3? Please Help!

    I have been
    asking everywhere and so far haven't found a download site for Creative Suite 3.  My computer crashed and I lost all of my files.  When I went to try to reinstall my program I found everything to do it except the install disc (I have the code and serial number and the two other discs).  I have called customer service and they were absolutely no help at all... the only thing they could do was try to sell me CS5... there is no way I can aford to buy a new program.  I looking for someone who is willing to share a download or their install disc.  Can some one please help me?

    You cannot as there is no legal way to purchase a downloadable version of Logic Pro 9 any longer. Apple no longer sell it...
    However you could purchase a used copy of the FULL boxed version (Make sure it is not the more common upgrade version) of Logic Studio 2.0 which included Logic Pro 9 via ebay or somewhere similar...

    I've updated the list to add the remaining CS6 Help PDFs:
    Illustrator is now available in Français, Deutsch, Japanese (日本語).

    As I'm satisfied with what I've got. I would like to avoid purchasing a new license for almost exactly the same thing.

    Welcome to Adobe Forum,
    Please delete the C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater directory.
    Rename the C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE\OPM.db to OPM.old
    Then please try reopening your web browser and downloading and installing the Creative Cloud application fromhttps://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
    Or you can try:
    Until this gets sorted out, here are the Creative Cloud direct download links...  As/when needed, you can use these to download the Windows or Mac OS installers for any CC program without using the Adobe Desktop App manager.

  • Need help downloading Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium

    I bought the software a few years back. I have the disk, the serial code, and the product code. This year for Christmas, I replace my old laptop with one of the new macbooks. It does not have a disk drive. The only way for me to install the software is to download a free trial of Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium and then punch in the serial code, but I am not able to download a trial anywhere.
    Help please?

    Jenjwoods first you can copy the installation files from the disc to a USB drive and then install from the USB drive.

  • Need replacement disc for Creative Suite CS3 Design Standard

    My hard drive on my MacBook Pro is crapping out on me and refuses to let me make a full bootable backup so I can replace the disk. Problem is that I've foolishly managed to lose my physical disks for Creative Suite CS3 Design Standard so I can't do a reinstall. Can anyone on the forum help? Thanks in advance.

    If you still have your serial number somewhere, you may call Adobe Tech Support and provide them with the details that you have. If you are really nice to them, they may send you a replacement disc. Good Luck.

    Hi Patricia,
    In order to support the new Omniture workflows, we had to use some new CSXS features and Flash Pro features that were implemented in CS5 only for these extensions to work. Specifically, in Flash Pro, to enable new communication workflows between the design view and CSXS panels, we've introduced several new events that are triggered from design view to update the panels.
    We cannot backport these events to CS4, as this would be a very costly endeavor with limited applicability. In order to use the extensions, we recommend you moving to CS5. Aside from the extensions, you'll get also more than 250 great features, more speed, etc.
    Regarding the AS2 or AS3 support - we have both for the Flash Pro Test&Target extension, and we only support AS3 for the SiteCatalyst extension.

  • Help with Creative Suite 6 without a disk drive

    I have a new mac and bought adobe creative suite 6 design standard, teacher/student edition. I do not have a disk drive so I installed creative cloud to download the products on adobe design standard and then license them as adobe does NOT have a direct download for Creative Suite 6: Design Standard which is the problem because the serial code I received from adobe support after identifying my proof of eligibility did not work on the products I PURCHASED. Very frustrated here, please help!

    Did you ever install Acrobat? It is not installed automatically with CS, but requires an extra installation step.

    How do I fix an activation failure for Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard? I uninstalled this from my old XP computer and re-installed it on Windows 8.1 two weeks ago. I am in NZ and got error message #129.17. I used the recommended fix of changing the time zone when I did the transfer and this seemed to work, but today when I tried to use Acrobat Pro I got the activation failure message with the same error code again. This time the fix doesn't seem to work. Is there anything else I can try?
