Help for purchasing photoshop touch

I have recently become really interested in photo editing and projects. I was browsing the Apple App Store and came across photoshop touch, a perfect way to get my feet wet. I immediately tried purchase it, yet informed me I had to have a flash on my phone to buy it. I have an iPod touch 4th gen because I prefer a simple phone for use as one. If I were to use photoshop I would not be using iPod shots but rather Nikon shots so this no-flash absurdity would not apply to me. If it is a hardware issue I have no problem with it but if it is not than hopefully it can be adjusted to a warning or something. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am sure you are eager to extend photoshop touch to as many as possible so hopefully this was just an overlook and can be adjusted in the future. Thanks again.

Firstly, thank you for such a speedy and quick reply. Secondly, I'm very sorry as I know realize how unclear I was. The error message refers to camera flash, not Adobe Flash. This is why it seemed very strange to me and why I was so curious about the requirement. It is purchase able with an IPhone, just not with my iPod touch 4G which does have a camera flash. No, Photoshop Touch is a different software and isn't part of Adobe's Creative Cloud (CC) series of software you can get with their monthly subscription.
Photoshop Touch is a mobile version of Photoshop you can get for just $9.99, and then you'll have it for life.
It's a great, must-have tool in my opinion, but it's very limited and won't give you all the things you would get with a regular Photoshop desktop-version, like the one you get when you subscribe to Creative Cloud.

Request help for purchasing HD webcams using iMac, OSX &Lion

I am requesting help for purchasing a HD webcam using iMac, OSX &Lion. Any suggestions would help. The following is what I've done so far...
I purchased Logitech's HD C910 webcam. It was a mess in requards to freezing up, no zoom and most of all no adjustments in: contrast, hue, color, etc. You're stuck just like a car with no engine or wheels who wants that. The other Logitech products i.e. Pro 9000 is being discontinued with no software updates in the future and the same with the other products. Most of the other manufactures do not provide software that is really compatible provideing true HD with full features. I'm willing to spend around $199,00 or so. Any suggestions?

Well I found my own answer to the webcam concern that I had ....I bought the Logitech C-910...Yes, I know the Logitech states their software is not compatible with OS X ...That's OK, I only use the basics supplied by Logitech to open the cam...Logitech does supply HD settings which are useful. I like the wide angle which is there to play around. Then I use a software program called "Webcams Settings" found at Apple's App Store. There is a small charge for this download but more than worth it to have a fully functioning system. The best way to get there is obliviously via your "Dock." Click on the icon and type in "Webcam Settings" in the top right portion of the page and presto....you have all the goodies to play like a professional. i.e.: zoom, pan, tilt, aperture. etc. of course your webcam camera(s) must have the capability to perform these options in order to use them.
Note I have used my webcam for everything you can imagine and have a 60 foot cord (several cords linked together) to go outside (LOL) 'Just love the goodies with "Webcam Settings". I take outstanding pics too if I do say so, please. Funny, I rarely use my cam to Skype but knowing the option is there for me anytime I wish. I my cam to photograph orchids and misc. even portraits and family play photos with my tripod in hand. Just because there is a big road block in your path doesn't mean there aren't other avenues. In the corporate life it's called take a negative and make it a positive or else.......and if you have to gripe then you better have an idea on how to turn it around. -So- I did Logitech and Apple.

Do I have to purchase Photoshop Touch or other touch apps for my phone with active CC subscription?

I signed up for photographer program combo PSCC and LR5. Touch apps downlouad was enabled in CC desktop. But now I wonder if I have to pay for download to my phone from Play Store

Manual download for purchased ipod touch firmware update?

I'm in the Army National Guard, and I deployed a couple of months ago. My internet connection is extremely slow, and typically cuts out for at least a few minutes every hour. I purchased a firmware update for my ipod touch, but the update times out every single time I attempt to download it within iTunes.
Is there any way to get a link to manually download the update? I have a download manager on my computer that can handle the slow link and frequent loss of internet.

Thanks for the response. I now have a slightly more serious problem, though, which I doubt can be helped, but I figure I may as well ask anyway. Here goes:
I was looking for a program to extract my music off the ipod to make a backup as you suggest. (Back before I had an iPod touch, I used yamipod, but that doesn't have touch / iPhone support.)
One that looked promising was called Sharepod, so I downloaded it, and launched it. It told me that I shouldn't run both iTunes and sharepod simultaneously, so I closed iTunes. Then it told me that it didn't detect any iPod, so I should re-open iTunes with the iPod connected, then restart Sharepod.
When I opened iTunes back up, it told me that it couldn't read the data on the iPod, and that I should do a factory reset to fix the problem. (This of course will erase the data.)
So now I'm pretty much stuck. I can't get iTunes to read my iPod, and as long as it can't, neither can sharepod. The only way I can get iTunes to see the iPod is to wipe the data, which is what I downloaded sharepod to prevent in the first place. In the meantime, the iPod works just fine, I just can't sync/update it until I wipe it, which I would like to avoid. Do you know of any way I could possibly fix this error without losing my data? I've rebooted both the iPod and the computer, and even re-installed iTunes, but no luck.
Any help is much appreciated.

I would right click on 1.jpg. Select Open with... Select Choose default program... Pick Photoshop and make sure you check "always use the selected program to open this kind of file."
D:\1.jpg
Would then open photoshop.

Search help for purchase group in redistribute workload

I know you can buy in bulk via Google's Google Play for Education program; there might be restrictions though.

It would probably be even more helpful to see the complete log, you can send it to me privately as well as giving some info about which ROM (version) you are using and where you got it from.
All ROM's don't work the same way, which is part of the concept, although some change things that we PS Touch depend on which can make it malfunction.
Did you try it out with the update (1.1.1)?

I just bought touch on my note 4, went to also install it on my tablet, and it does not show as purchased!
Google play purchases are supposed to be available on all your devices...what gives?

HELP for installing photoshop cc

When I use adobe creative cloud to install cc, it succeed. But there are 32 and 64 bits both installed in my computer. I certainly just need one to save my room. Help! BTW after installing does acc remain the files for installing and if where?

No there is no uninstall option available to remove the 32-bit version. You could try removing it manually but it would not be suggested and could lead to failures to update the application later on.
Also the download files are stored in your computers temporary directory. The installation files are then deleted after they are utilized.
