Help for retrieve xml data from database.

Hello friends,
I am inserting xml file into oracle database.
column name is xyz_xml and data type is XMLType.
I have successfully inserted that.
But My problem is How can i retrieve that xml file from database and can view in explorer as a text.
If any one have any idea than let me know.

Ive seen this before.
If this is a new environment could you create a blank database and configure it as your System database? Then try again and you should be fine.
I think you may have some invalid entries in your sys database.

Xml data from database using jdbc

I should get the xml data from database. Is this scenario possible using jdbc adapter ? If possible, how can I get it ?. Plz help me

I suppose that probably, xml data are stored in a BlobImage Field.
You can use a Stored Procedure on Database Side, to select and put out the xml data structured in output fields or structures.
From JDBC Sender channel, you can call the SP, that raise out a Structure formatted like the XML Data stored in Xml Database field.
In your opinion, this should be a possible way to achieve this issue?

Programmatically generate password for pdf with data from database

Good day everyone,
I would like to know is it possible to programmatically generate passwords for pdf??
The main idea is to enable an automated process of pdf acquiring individualised password from a database (Excel, Access, you name it) and finally sending the pdf to individual recipient. Can I use javascript for this? And if yes, how?? If not, pls do advice me on the appropriate steps.
Background (for clarity's sake):
Currently I am working on developing an automated process for the sending customised, password encrypted payslip to about 80 staff. The entire procedure is pretty much summarized as below:
mail merg (UBS output in) excel to words -> convert words to pdf -> programmatically password encrypt the pdf -> email to individual recipients.
Well my current status is - I am quite done with the batch mail merge and convertion part. And batch proccessing of password encryption is not a problem, but the idea is to allow acrobat to retrieve password automatically from a database and not key-in each and every password manually. The batch email for now is another problem but for now I have to work stepwise. (Any ideas on how to do it would equally be valued though! =D)

Basically I need to automate the password generation from database extract
e.g. Excel database with StaffID, StaffName, PayMonth, etc. Then when the pdf is created, its password would be <StaffID>_<PayMonth> which is extracted from excel.
Is it possible for this to happen?? I dont mine using Javascript, I'll just have to learn it.
Or how about recommending a program which does that??

Error while Retrieving view data from database

I am running an application ,in which I have used Apache Derby as a backend with the Hibernate mapping to achieve Object Oriented mapping.
I have created one view from which I want to retrieve data.
When I query the view as a VIEW, I am able to achieve that.
But while retrieving it through an object to that view if the Resultset is empty it doesnt give any Error.
but if there is a ResultSet found it gives an Error as follows.
Can anyone suggest me where the thing may be going wrong?

I have written vo.executeQuery for the table...My page is running but i m not getting the data....I have to select two LOV's and when I click on Go button the data has to display in the table...After the selection of LOV's when I click on Go in the table "No data exists" message is appearing...the table has the data and the query is also executing...please give info where i did the mistake....

Adobe Form with XML interface cannot retrieve all data from SAP

hi all
I want to use the Adobe forms for the real estate module.
I had seen that adobe forms can have an interface with XML input and output as parameter.
In the interface type only the /DOCPARAMS an the DOCXML are INPUT parameters which are available.
No other INPUT parameter can be added to it.
When i try to retrieve the data in real estate there are some default function modules for retrieving the data from real estate.
But this function modules also are going to find out if the form which asks for this information has a IMPORT parameter
for the required data. For example, the SENDER data is retrieved, but before the default function module retrieve this data
the function module checks if the form has a INPUT parameter SENDER.
And that is not the case. And i cannot create the SENDER parameter to it, because this INTERFACE type does not allow it.
Does anybody know a solution herefore?

It is a long time ago, almost 2 years.
I created my own custom development for calling the Adobe form. This custom development uses the correct function module interface with the IMPORT XML.
The XML which i sent as IMPORT PARAMETER to the form is also created by own custom development. Via the default XML class of SAP
So that was my solution

This will fetch records your lower and upper limit..

This doesn't seem to have anything to do with Eclipse, but I'd guess that a server-side error message is being returned a HTML rather than the JSON you expect.
