I "was" littleshoulders.
Last February I suffered some serious medical setbacks which resulted in some memory loss and am having quite a time trying to regain my old account login info. I'm doing much better now and would like to return to posting. I won't go into a lot of detail about that but was hoping you could help me.
I was trying to remember my old account id and password and haven't been able to. I now have a new email address and cannot access the old email account that was on file with you. Unfortunately, I also cannot remember my old password.
I can post back my new email if you can discuss what I can do at this point if anything. I could not find any contact for you folks to send my new email and explain so I came here to post to let you know what is happening.
I may have really botched things up trying to reset my info and eventually was only able to set up a new account to post.
Thanks for any advice/help you can give...

Try this:
Select the appropriate document Recover Apple ID name linked to in this KB Article Apple ID Support.
Or follow the instructions below.
The posted links below are for illustration. Do not use them to perform the procedure.
If needed print the instructions below to use as a guide.
Delete the browser's Apple Cookies, and clear the browser Cache.
On the Discussions Sign In Page, do not enter any info in the text fields.
Instead, under "Did you forget your password?", click on "Click here for assistance".
On the page that opens, click on "Forget your Apple ID?".
Enter the required info, click Continue and complete the process.
That should rectify the situation.

If you can't restore from your backup you could try 3rd party software such as iPhone Backup Extractor to see if you could extract your notes from the backup.

After refresh I would like to get my system back.
After refresh required when system would not come out of repair after allowing 2 HP epdates--- I have lost most software and would like to get my system back. I have a windows.old directory with about 24 days left before it self destructs.
How can I use this to get back to a useful machine?
I have backed up My Documents etc on Nero backup but that is one of the programs knocked over by the refresh.

My wife got me an iTunes card today and as soon as I redeemed it a music album that I did not order downloaded and deducted the cost from my iTunes card. I did this happen and how can I get my money back? I do not listen to the type of music that was downloaded and feel like I was robbed in a way cause the only way things are suppose to download is if I click on them and enter my password. Please let me know if there is anything I can do and am I the only person this has happened to?

My wife loaded her ITunes card right after I loaded mine and the album did not and still has not loaded onto her phone so we think it could be in my settings we are going to check into that but I did have money removed my account so thank you for the link to the form. -
I was charged for supposed to be "free games" atleast $10.97 and i didn't know that i will be charged and if i knew i would not downloaded this games. So therefore i would like to request for a refund. Thanks!

Why did my charger from Verizon already go bad..bought another one and it went bad..now the phone will not charge..what a disappointment and a hassle..should have stuck with Apple..only had the phone 2 months. Hope they will exchange it!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is either a Phone issue or an Electrical issue in your home.! when charging Do you always use the same electrical outlet? or did you try others..
You will know or should know if there are any issues with your other Electronics.. that you Plug into it..
If it is the s5 which it sounds like it could be then the Local Verizon store at there Discretion will determined if replacement is needed you have a 1 year Manufactures Warranty that covers for things like what your Describing I would take it too your local store see if they'll get you a Replacement or you may have to go through Samsung..
But I would Try another OUTLET just to see if your phone charges with it.. And Good Luck b33 -

It does not matter whether a song is matched or uploaded from your iTunes library. The only way the songs on iTunes match will play on your iPad is if they are downloaded. This is not a streaming service, so if you start to play a song, it is downloading as you play it.
You should, however, make certain that in your iPad's music settings, you don't have "show all music" turned on. If you turn it off, it will show you only what you have downloaded to the iPad. If you have, indeed, somehow downloaded 16gb of music (which would take a lot of time to download, even over wifi), you can always delete them by swiping across the song or the entire album. -

Do a backup, preferably 2 seperate ones.
Revert to a Previous OS X
Revert Yosemite to Mavericks
If you do revert, I'd use Setup Assistant to restore your data. This process takes a while, so do it when you won't need the computer for several hours, based on my experience. -

I have downloaded a tv episode from itunes, I would like to watch it on my tv, not the computer.
My tv has a usb port, what I would like to do is copy tv episode to usb flash drive and then play on my tv.
I have tried dragging the episode from the library to the usb drive, I thought I had been successful but when I looked it was just text.
Can anyone advise if it is possible please ?It won't work, they are linked to your account and can only be played via iTunes on a computer, an iOS device or Apple TV. You might be able to get a cable to link your Mac to your TV so that you can play/mirror it through your TV e.g. if it's a Macbook with an HDMI socket and your TV also has an HDMI socket then you could try an HDMI to HDMI cable (Apple do them, and electrical stores should also have them) - I've used one to play iTunes TV programmes on my TV (though I don't think that I got sound through my TV, only my Mac).

Fix Some Browser Pop-ups That Take Over Safari.
Common pop-ups include a message saying the government has seized your computer and you must pay to have it released (often called "Moneypak"), or a phony message saying that your computer has been infected, and you need to call a tech support number (sometimes claiming to be Apple) to get it resolved. First, understand that these pop-ups are not caused by a virus and your computer has not been affected. This "hijack" is limited to your web browser. Also understand that these messages are scams, so do not pay any money, call the listed number, or provide any personal information. This article will outline the solution to dismiss the pop-up.
Quit Safari
Usually, these pop-ups will not go away by either clicking "OK" or "Cancel." Furthermore, several menus in the menu bar may become disabled and show in gray, including the option to quit Safari. You will likely have to force quit Safari. To do this, press Command + option + esc, select Safari, and press Force Quit.
Relaunch Safari
If you relaunch Safari, the page will reopen. To prevent this from happening, hold down the 'Shift' key while opening Safari. This will prevent windows from the last time Safari was running from reopening.

is it possible ?Well, distribution groups don't really have a concept of "in" or "out". They only serve to distribute messages sent to them -- unless you're asking to know who was a member of the distribution group at the time a message was sent to the DL.
Message tracking logs hold the information you want, though. You'd have to look for EXPAND events that reference the distribution group and take the sender's e-mail address from that event. If the DL is a simple one that's not a member of any other groups
you could also look for RECEIVE events sent to the e-mail address of the group and get the sender's name from that event.
You can use Powershell extract the rows of data from the logs, but you'll have to write the code to get the data out of those rows and into a format you want. Perhaps LogParser could be useful in place of Powershell?
