HELP get my account back!
HEY, my account, [Redacted for safety and security]...I can't get back onto it. I accidently unlinked it from my microsoft account because I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing. I tried to log into my account to merge them together, but I can't seem to remember my password. Logging into skype via my microsoft account doesn't help because it just asks me to merge (which I can't do because i forgot password), or make a new account (which is the one I am currently on). I pressed forgot username, but that just sends me an email with a code to change my password FOR MY MICROSOFT ACCOUNT. So it doesn't help me. I kept trying but now it refuses to send anymore codes, I HAVE TO WAIT AND ENTIRE DAY, and I can't keep trying different passwords because it keeps saying I've entered my password wrong too much! What a hassle! PLease help. ;.;

The following Knowledge Base article explains and offers up some troubleshooting recommendations for issues with email acounts showing offline on Mac Mail:

Lightning bolt icons next to mailboxes in the Mail sidebar identify accounts that are offline.
To take an account online, click the lightning bolt icon. Or choose Mailbox > Online Status > Take [account name] Online, or Mailbox > Take All Accounts Online.
If you can’t take an account online, make sure you’re connected to the Internet. If a warning icon appears after the account name, click it for more information.
Use Connection Doctor
Some mailbox names can appear dimmed if you don’t have permission to access them, such as “public” mailboxes on a server, or if the mail server is unavailable.

I went on a trip and when I came back almost all my ipad apps were gone(I suspect my dad). When I went to go look at my account it was as the same as the ipad, it had none of my other games on there. How do I get my account back to how it was
I kind of ran into the same issue when I checked my purchased apps on my iPad in the iTunes store. A bunch were not there. I then looked at iTunes on my computer and again, a bunch were missing. I realized I had not synched in quite a while. Once I synched everything was ok. As the poster above said, iTunes knows you have already purchased them so you can redownload for free. However, be aware that when you do red own load you will be asked to pay again, just say ok and the next popup will say that you have already purchased the app.
Lesson I learned - synch more often. Boy, I can't wait for IOS5...... -
How do I get my account back after 10.4.10 update?
After I updated my intel mini to 10.4.10 it now starts up to a virgin account instead of mine. I can see my music, photos and desktop are still present on the HD. How can I get my account back?
G5 imac, G3 ibook, intel mini, iphone Mac OS X (10.4.10)I have gone in to Prefs/accts and my password unlocks the lock. The only startup option is my acct, Steve. When the mini actually starts up it uses an acct with a little house next to it, miniwalker. This is the lower of the names shown on my account. If I open my HD/users I see miniwalker with the house icon and Steve with the folder icon. My music, photos, desktop and documents are all in Steve while miniwalker contains empty default files.

My husband plugged my iPhone into his computer, created an account and now when I want to add apps it asks for his password not mine. How do I get my account back? Tried plugging it into his computer again. No prompt to change account back to mine.

At the top of the iTunes Store window, you will see who is logged into iTunes. I'm guessing from your description, that it is your husband. If it is, click on the name to display the dropdown, log him out and sign yourself back in:\

Title says all. I can't remember my security question because it was 5 or 6 years ago and the answer to that has long changed. I have about $200 worth or more purchases on there and when you're 15 that's a lot :/
My Yahoo! email address got permanently banned from Yahoo so I cannot get an email verification.
Is there any possible way of getting my account back at all?

Help get my speed back to what it was.

Last month the mods reset my profile as due to a series of power cuts etc my speed had dropped. At the time my speed was about 1.5M but after help from the mods it was back up to about 3M and has been like that since. However, today my speed seems to have dropped again even though router has been up continuously for 9 days. Can someone help get my line back to its top speed? Thanks
For info here are my current stats..Just to add to my own post, here are the router logs from this morning which I guess is when my line dropped and when it cam back up the speed had dropped..
Why did the link go down and why when it came back up had my speed dropped by a meg?

How can i get my account back if blocked?
If i accidentally blocked my account because i forgot my security questions. I need to know how to get it back. Can anyone please help me?
If it's disabled then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
If you can't remember your answers to your questions then if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 (you can also try the link for your country to get your account re-enabled if the above doesn't work).
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use -
My daughter accidentally purchased something from an in app purchase, I haven't got the £2.99 in my account until tuesday, and do not want the in app purchase, my account wont log in now even to download free apps. How do I get my account to log in again and function properly, I shouldn't have to wait until I have a meagre £2.99 in my account again do I because I need the app store for other apps etc and updating, even if it is only 3 days I want my account back, I do not want nor did I give permission for the in-app purchase and would be happy for it to be returned/credited back so I can have MY account available for my IPhone.
Please can someone give me more information or let me know how else I can get my account working again, before pay day on tuesday.

Am using a non-mac keyboard. Usually use the delete and up/down arrows on the numbers area, and can do this by unclicking the numbers lock.
But once i attached the keyboard to my mac it is no longer possible to undo the num lock.
Is there anything I can do about this to get my keypad back???
