HELP,HELP,HELP,HELP - PLEASE!!!

I am new to this forum and have registered to try and get this problem solved as I am finding customer services a nightmare!
The problem started acouple of days ago when I downloaded the last 2 episodes of LOST from the iTunes TV Show store. They seemed to download fine BUT on playback both episodes stopped at various places in the episode and just froze!! The scene then jumps about 2 to 3 mins later, plays for afew minutes and then freezes again. This continues at various places through both episodes! When the episode freezes I can clearly hear my hard drive in the back ground clicking away!!!!
I got a refund from customer services which was great BUT I want to be able to watch the episodes!
Anyway, I purchased 6 tracks this evening from itunes and as before they seemed to download fine, if anything abit to quickly.
On playback of the tracks I purchased, they all play to about 1min 10sec and then instantly stop and move onto the next track in the playlist!! This happens with ALL 6 purchased tracks!
A refund would be great BUT I want to be able to listen to them!
Please help with this problem!!
Is it my iBook?
Is it iTunes?
Its soooooo frustrating! Have used iTunes for years and never had a problem!

This has a very simple answer. If you DO NOT return a phone when making an Edge Up purchase, you are simply charged for the remaining payments left on your original Edge agreement. If you only had $164 left in future payments, that is what you will be charged for not returning the phone. Since you had already planned to pay that off, it will cost you nothing extra to simply keep the phone. That is my understanding of the Edge plan and not returning an Edge phone when Edging Up. Before selling the device, you should make sure that $164 charge is paid off. If not, there may be a block placed on the phone preventing someone from using it, which would not make the new owner very happy.
For future reference, you are supposed to pay off your Edge agreement before purchasing a new device, UNLESS you pay full price up front for the new device.

    Hey everyone,
         After putting of task of getting a new phone (my BB8330) I finally got it and have been tinkering with it.  And ran into several issues. . . . but this is the most important one so far!  Here goes:  Never owning such a cool phone as I do now, it wasn't hard to navigate the phone and its options and capabilities.  However, there were several media files that I quickly learned how to hide as an option under its properties tab, and in doing so, when I went back to un-click these media files, it would show up in the new media folder I created, but does not show the media? 
         I've made several attempts and at trying to re-open these files but was unsuccessful at doing so, and the message that kept prompting on my device reads as follows:
         Unable to display file/Media Card/Blackberry/pictures/XBBxMX/throbbin 3.rem
         I am at my wits end, and took the time to familiarize myself with this forum browsing through to see if anyone else had this similar problem and again, UNSUCCESSFUL!  So, I had these origional files sent from another blackberry user, saved these files in the pictures section of my phone's media card memory, clicked hide under each one's properties option, was able to un-click hide to show the media, but not able to view it!  
         Please please please, I hope some one can help me.........

    It is always helpful to receive help, to include your carrier name, so that when you have a question, that information won't need to be asked up front. Also, stating your device Operating System version is normally another common question, found on your BlackBerry at Options > About, third line down, looks like "v4.x.x.xxx"
    Likewise, you posted in the Welcomes and Introduction, not the place for asking questions.

    You have your Media Card set to encrypt your media card. Open Options > Security >  Encryption > and see the setting for Media Card. This setting could be at Options > Security > General Settings according to the operating system of your device.

    That is where the 'rem' extension is coming from. Now, if that ecrypted file is sent from another device, it is ONLY viewable ON the device on which the encryption is set. You can't move the files to another BlackBerry and view them. That's the point of the encryption.

    They error message I get is "An unexpected and unrecoverable problem has occurred. Photoshop will now exit."
    This only started after I upgraded my OS to Yosemite.

    The upgrade has been know to break Photoshop CS5 installs. An Uninstall/Reinstall may be necessary.

    With Update-Help or Save-Help you can download PowerShell help in different (any) language by use of the –UICulture parameter.
    Update-Help –UICulture en-US
    Because my Windows OS is set to use the German UI Culture and the Cmdlet Get-Help depends on it, I cannot access PowerShell help in a different Language (English) with Get-Help.
    There is still no translated German PowerShell help and even if I have installed the en-US verbose Help files I cannot use it (easily)!
    I made a suggestion on Microsoft Connect to add the –UICulture Parameter to the Get-Help Cmdlet, to make it possible to call Help in a different language then the Windows Ui Culture.
    As a workaround until then you can use the  .NET Class [System.Threading.Thread]::CurrentThread.CurrentUICulture to set the UI Culture and get Help in a different language.

    Yep, i just did it again. The entire scroll-bar widget, complete with formatted text, graphics, etc., pasted itself nicely in another book. Two different files, the same widget.
    I use the scroll-bar widgets for most of my texts. (I have audio buttons on the side, and the scripts are within the widget, to the side). My only text is within widgets, and text boxes, naturally. 
    I am following your recommendation: cleaning files, etc. I am remaking the book anew. I need to convince the EPUB bot or whatever that my file looks and works nicely on all my devices. You would expect an error message when previewing the book: 'Hey Amigo, your file is flawed, stop working on it, and get back to the drawing board." Should be able to try again next Monday.

    Have you done the obvious things to try to fix it: quit Quicktime then start it back up again, log out then back in, reboot.
    Edit: Just read one of your later posts. If VLC won't play it, this is unrelated to Quicktime and Flip4Mac. Are you sure these wmv files are okay?

    Pretty much what it says, SIri can't help you right now.  I suspect it's a location, nework and/or server issue.  Siri is currently Beta and doesn't always work.

    Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
