HELP!!! How do I return my ibook?????

So some people may have seen my other posts about my non-working AC Adapter (or the part where it plugs into the ibook).
How do I contact Apple for tech support, to send in my ibook and get them to fix it/replace it/ or any parts on it...
I JUST bought it refurbished from TigerDirect with a 1 year Warranty on it, and they specify to contact Apple if I have any problems with it/want to return it etc. I HAVE NOT registered it yet, as I didn't have an ethernet connection when I first booted it up and filled out all the info. I think I know the serial #, but as it is old and a refurb, there are tons of little stickers on everything and all have different #'s on them and none say what they are for. But if the sticker is in the right location (under keyboard to the Right side -left side being Ethernet Address or something), then I can find it out. I don't have an Apple Care confirm # or whatever to "enroll" in the care through the website and why is it I can't find a single telephone number to call for anything???
I do live semi-near an Apple store location, though I do not have the time to take my ibook there right now, if I knew what I needed to do and/or that they could help me out in the store, I might be able to make time, but maybe not for another week and I think this is something that should be taken care of immediately (as I just bought it and it came this way and I can't use it at all)...
So please PLEASE help me with a phone # or something...

Ok... I had to Google Apple Tech Support Phone Numbers to be able to find it, and so I have the # for US consumers, now that its after 8pm Saturday night though, I will have to wait to try and call...
Anyone know if their phone tech is available on weekends? And how late? Since tomorrow is Sunday and then Monday is a holiday...

How do I return an unopened refurbished iBook for a complete refund?

I ordered a refurbished 14 inch ibook a while ago and it has been sitting in an unopened box ever since. It cost about $1050. I bought this before the new intel MacBook's came out, and now that they are out, they are much better than the ibook's. Plus the iBook 14 inch is a weird ratio.
How would i return my unopened ibook for a complete refund and only pay like 50 bucks more for a new macbook?

It depends on the store you bought it from. Read the policies of the store you bought it from, if they are posted on the web. Your "awhile ago" doesn't tell us anything about the number of days. If you have no idea when you bought it, but bought it by credit card, you can usually call the store and ask them with your credit card number to verify when that was. Most stores I've seen have a time limit on returns. Some do not accept refurbished products back. It is best to check with the individual store.

Well, to paraphrase the old line, "What're you gonna believe, that email or your own lying eyes?"
The first thing I'd recommend trying is to power down your iPad (press & hold Sleep/Wake until the red OFF slider appears, then slide it to shut down), and then boot it back up and try again. You're resetting a bunch of state signals by doing that and this simple action (the first of a series recommended by Apple in your Users Guide) will quite often clear up these sorts of problems.

If you bought Reader, you were swindled, because it's a free program. And it has never been able of converting PDF files to any other format.

5/2/2011. Thank you all for your replies. My iBook is in the third group of the website you referred me to. I bought it July 5, 2004 at CDW near here. It had OS 10.3.6. 1GB (GHz. Power PC G4.), opaque white case. Its screen is 14.1 inches. Soon after I bought it I had its 128 RAM raised to 640 RAM, to work with maximum capability for converting VCR recorded videos/movie into digital files and burning these onto DVDs. Later I had an Airport card installed. As time passed I opened the apple icon (upper left hand corner of the screen), and Softwate Update, and eventually had this install OS 10.5.8. At first It could only be updated to OS 10.4. But then after several years I bought Leopard OS 10.5.8 from the Apple store near here. By then Leopard had been adapted to work on iBook G4. Its specifications are described with the same Apple icon and About this Mac.
It will play You Tube and similar websites OK. But videos/movies from websites such as hulu.com, ABC, CBS and so on, it displays a pattern of flow-pause-flow-pause-flow-pause-flow and so on.
I thought first to see if this forum would have any suggestions.
I think probably that its CPU has reached its limit; later Mac laptops have greater CPUs.

I know, I always do that but I was in a rush to get somewhere and I was relying on my thousand dollar Mac to do some kind of recovery or something. I know Microsoft always keeps temporary files (I think Mac does too, part of me asking here in this forum was for someone to tell me where I can find those files) and when you go to open Office Works then it gives you the option of opening the last recent documents, saved or not saved.
I usually copy paste into my emial just in case something goes wrong with the created document but I just didn't have the time to login and do all that My loss, you live and you learn, BUT still if ANYONE got any info on this, PLEASE DO CHIME IN *keeping the hope alive*

I upgraded my iPad iTunes app the other day and now it says I can't purchase books because I'm on the iTunes US app. How to I return to iTunes canada when I click on my iBook icon? Originally I defaulted to iTunes or iBook canada when I opened the icon?

Thanks but I have no "Put Back" option when right-clicking. When I attempt to open a photo in iPhoto I receive a white exclamation point on a black background. I have restarted my PC since first encountering this problem but have not emptied trash though i appear to be out of memory. Also, iphoto library shows size as 17GB however, each photo shows 0KB. When i attempt to open a photo i receive message "Item <photo filename> is used by Mac OS X and cannot be opened." I can see the images when scrolling in iPhoto but they disappear when the screen is still. THANKS!
