[Help] How to open StickiesDatabase in my PC?

Hi guys. My IMAC died yesterday. I have the file StickiesDatabase from my post it notes, but now I only have a PC. I tried to open it with notepad, but the result is crazy.
I also tried opening in my Quick View Plus. The result is a little bit better, but all signs and special characters [´" ç, á, ã] do not show up.
Can anyone help me?

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to Restore your device...
Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and Restore...

How to open IDML in other editors, when I tried to open in Notepad it's showing as junk and also how to edit the IDML file?

IDML is a zip archive of a folder structure with an IDML extension. If
you want to examine the contents, you can just change the extension to
zip and decompress.
If you want to actually do anything useful with it, you should do a
proper expand and package of the IDML. The easiest way is with a script
from within InDesign. Here's what I use:

Any other way so that I can see the flow of data that written on wrapped store procedure?You need to see the source code which has keeped outside of database. Read a wrapped code is not common for humans...

I tend to disagree. As you can see below, when I open in Quick View Plus I can see the information. The problem is the fact that some characters like -- ã, é, ó, ç, etc -- are distorted. As you can see below, the word "Número" (number in Portuguese) becomes "N\'famero" in this system.

And there may be, but you won't likely find that here. Do some time searching Google and maybe you'll find code that someone was nice enough to make freely available, although I wouldn't count on it. Were i a programmer and took the time to read those docs and write the code, I'd want to be paid for my time. But there are a lot of programmers who swear by freeware! You may get lucky.

Go to Transaction /n/sapapo/ccr i.e.CIF Comparision/Reconcillation of Transaction Data. then Click on
Execute Comparision/Reconcillation Tab. Then Enter Parter System i.e ECC,then Proudct & Location.then Select Document to be checked like Production Order i.e Mfg Ordrs(with Reqs/Receipt , with Opernations),Planned Order,Purchase order etc. which you want to Transfer in ECC concern to the Product.Then Execute the Transaction.
You will find Transaction data & result Documnet.Open the Transaction Data i.e Mfg Orders or Planned Orders.Then double click on Requirements/Receipts or Operations.You will find the objects in right hand side.Select all the objects & push in to R/3 with Push button R/3.

You can find the Crash log in the Windows Event Viewer.
What you want to do is to get into the Windows Event Viewer. On a modern system you can hit Start then type event log into the search box, then when View event logs comes up, click it.
A Photoshop crash will be in the Windows Logs - Application section as an Application Error.
You'll want to copy the textual description, which should include the Faulting module, and paste it here. Usually the Faulting module tells us what part of your system is failing.

Have saved website as local site in computer with early version of free trial MUSE. Folder contains CSS, images, scripts & HTML files which open fine in web browser. I understand current MUSE will only open sites with .MUSE extension. Is there a way to open these files on new MUSE or is rebuilding from scratch the only option??????

Muse does not have any feature to allow importing or opening a published site i.e. html/css/js pages. You would need to recreate the site from scratch in Muse.
