HELP! I am having trouble when I try to paste a snap shot into a Word document!
When I paste the picture into the Word document, the image is blurry. What can I do to keep this from happening?
Exactly what does this have to Adobe Reader? Please give details of Reader, Word and your OS.

RonI received the file from my client. However, last week I had no trouble pasting the same file into a PSD file, as a smart object.
The color file is a label mechanical, which I place into a PSD file of the product. These are used for print ads and web graphics. The color is very critical and has worked really well for the last 4 years.
I have used the default color settings in Creative Suite and its been working fine. They are in synch and, I have no idea how to re-assign the color profile. I’m a graphic Designer, color correction is not something I would do normally.

When I try to open Firefox I get a small screen saying it is "checking compatibility of add-ons" (or something like that) which alternates with a quickly flashing window of Firefox. Neither one really stays open long enough to get a look at what is being displayed.
I had an earlier version installed which I thought might have been the problem. I uninstalled that version and today installed the updated version - still having the same problem! Any ideas?Certain Firefox problems can be solved by performing a ''Clean reinstall''. This means you remove Firefox and any leftover program files and then reinstall Firefox. iphone 5 - speaker phone and headset work properly. Cannot hear through ear speaker and callers on other end are saying they cannot hear me.

Was this from Word or OS X? What was the exact wording of the message? How much RAM is installed in your computer? What version of OS X are your running? How large is your hard drive and how much free space is on it?

I am having troubles, when I open LR I get a message that there is an error and it will try to fix the error next time it opens. LR closes on it's own, I reopen it and get that same message next time it opens, and this is going on and on where I can not use LR, any suggestions? If I click on a different set of photos in the libary before I get that message I might or might not get the message next time it oipens, but I still can not get to those photos, and it is not just one or two but most of my photos. HELP!!!!

CarolThe first thing I would suggest is for you to go to the folder containing your catalog, using your system browser. There will be a folder that has the extension .lrdata. Delete that folder, and then try to start Lightroom. If that doesn't work, replace your catalog with your most recent backup.

Help I am having trouble updating our Ipod's & Iphone. I have followed the troubleshooting on Itunes error page, but still not working.
I don't have an error number just this message - "There was a problem downloading the software for the iphone "A's iphone" the network connection was reset.
Itunes downloads the update, but at the end gives the error message. I have the latest itunes installed and Microsoft is up to date, nothing else connected via usb. This happens with our ipods as well. ThankyouOn your windows computer...

How do I change a default from feathered edge to sharp edge when I select a path?
I'm working in Photoshop CS6 on a Mac and am having trouble when I select a Path it automatically feathers the selection border. I can't seem to find any place to adjust a feather setting. Does anyone have a suggestion? I'm using paths to silhouette an image on a photograph to use in another document and I need a hard edge on it, not a feathered one.In the Paths panel, click the flyout menu (in the top right of the panel) and choose Make Selection (this option will only be available if you have a path selected). Reduce the Feather Radius to 0 (zero) and click OK. This setting will be the default even when clicking the Load Path as Selection button.

you would try to run t-code SPAD for your output device and check out the checkbox "Process requests sequentially" (ON)

Hi, I am trying to convert my resume on pages to a word document. When i export the file to to make it a word document ie(resume.doc) it messes up my whole resume on websites and pulls up a bunch of random words. Please help!
What exactly is the problem?
Your description is so muddled I am having trouble working it out.
How does your exported .doc file mess up websites? In fact what does it have to do with websites?

That does sound frustrating! It sounds as though the filename associations have become confused on your computer. You should be able to reset that easily. Here are some instructions:
