Help, I can't get into the music store, only "unknown error occurred -3221"

Everytime I go to log into the music store I get "unknown error occurred -3221." Any suggestion what the problem could be?

I can't get into the iTunes store!!!

In iTunes when I click on the button to take me to iTunes store a message comes up saying 'The item you've requested is not currently available in the UK store' and now I can't get into the iTunes store at all

I've got this as well and it seems to have affected only the Music and Home pages - do a search in the search bar and you will get to the films etc. Looks like somone goofed! If anyone from Apple checks this out, mine is the UK store. Home page and Music pages only affected.

I can't get into the itunes store through my itunes because the homepage has the add for updating to itunes 10. I tried to do it, but then realized I don't have the software for it, I need Mac OS 10.5 or higher and I have 10.4. Excellent it worked for me.
First I tunes was unable to update software so I removed then deleted installed program folder location after that properly performed clean installation for itunes64.
When tried to sign in received this message. Even restart the pc did not help.

Hey everyone I have itunes downloaded but when I click on Itunes Store from my itunes homepage it get the following message, "itunes could not connect to the itunes store. Help - I can no longer access the music store and I am rubbish on computers

I know this topic has come up before on this forum but I had trouble following it all! I just upgraded mt itunes (big mistake) and now I can't access the music store. Thanks for the help.when I went and read my own question I realized i did not give all the facts.what I ment to say is I could get on the App Store but I could not download any thing or update it would say cannot connect to iTunes Store.anyway I have sovled the problem by doing a reset suggested by another post I found.thank you guys for your help.
