Help!!! i cant speak to a live person
My plan didnt renew and i had the money on my phone and now i cant speak to a live person to resolve this issue!!! I am unable to use my phone in fear it will depleat the amont of money i just put on it. Every time i call it says they are unable to connect me to a live person...this is very frustrating!!!

We want you to be able to enjoy the use of your device. Just to clarify are you speaking of issues with reaching out prepay department? What number are you calling? Do you have an alternate phone that you can call our prepay department from (888-294-6804)?

How do I speak to a live person using the prepaid 888-294-6804 customer service line?
I am trying to port an old number to Verizon and apparently need to speak with a representative directly to do so. I have listened to every option (I mean . . . I think? There are a lot of menus to go through over and over) and I only ever get sent to an automated response which then directs me back to a previous menu. If I push "0" or "#", I get "Let's try that again" and it repeats the menu. If I try it enough times, it says "We are sorry you are having trouble. Thank you. Goodbye" and disconnects.
The only workaround success I have had was using VW phone with a business account to get a rep and then get transferred over. Except that I then got disconnected after being on hold for 10 minutes.

Your right...it's not good when you can't get a live person on the phone without having to reach out to people blogging their frustrations over the same thing. Absolutely the WORST customer service auto attendant EVER! To hang up on a caller because they dialed zero is just inexcusable. It tells me Verizon Wireless could care less if I received help.
Well thanks to Jeremy1129 I was able to finally reach a live person over the phone. And I'm sure those people hate their jobs because don't you think I expressed my complete dissatisfaction with trying to reach a live person over the phone.

How do I speak to a live rep on the phone? I have a slew of charges on my account from iTunes I never purchased, and now my account have been disabled. The best I can get is an email that tells me they are looking into it. That helps..... Any tips?
Officially there is only online support unless Apple initiates a call. Unofficially you might find a number by searching but I don't know if we're supposed to post it here.

Since you are using one of the the school's Macbooks, it is quite possible that the time and date are not properly set on the computer that you are using. FaceTime will not work if you do not have the proper time zone set up for the location that you are in. This past week, there were a two other Macbook users I've helped by simply telling them to set the Date/Time properly. By the way, you described your problem very well, which makes it easier for us to help you. Hope this solves your problem -- if not, post back and I can suggest other remedies.

several verizon customer service numbers and have been on hold and transferred to the wrong department too many times to count. For some odd reason, no one is available to help.
The Prepaid customer service # is 888-294-6804, and I believe the sequence is 1 (English), mobile #, then options 4,6,4 to get to a real person.

Firefox browser won't stay open for long. I might be able to complete 1 thing - maybe. If I have to go to another screen, it crashes. says something about a plug-in missing. IE and Chrome won't even go that far.

Does a LIVE person ever pick up for Prepaid Customer Service?
In 2013 I got a prepaid phone for my 84 year old mother and put $100 on the account. She passed away in late March 2014 and I have been trying to cancel the phone ever since. I went to my local Verizon store and was told nothing could be done until the account was 6 months old (June 2014). I went back last week and now they tell me I have to call Customer Service for Prepaid phones to handle the account. I CANNOT get a live person to answer the phone. The automatic customer service is horrible and it keeps hanging up on me. Can anyone tell me HOW to talk to a live person???

You can try calling our 1-800-922-0204 number to speak to our post paid department and have them transfer you to a live person in the Prepaid department. Additionally, our store reps can call Prepaid to get a live person. Keep us posted.

First of all, I would have to say that getting in touch with you is a nightmare and I am not at all happy that I can't just email or live chat with someone who can help! I am not a technical person, I just want to be able to use Photoshop Elements and get on with it. I bought Photoshop Elements via Amazon some months ago and it worked fine. I then got a message that advised that the trial version would expire, which it subsequently has (I have been trawling your site for weeks and weeks trying to find an email or phone contact to get some assistance). Hi, My IP5 when I answer it at home makes this googling sound and the person ringing gets cut off or cant speak.
I have spoken to Virgin and their reply was if it does it again contact Apple.

This article speaks of checking the top microphone for debris. On the iPhone 5, this microphone is located on the back of the phone near the camera flash.
Also, you mentioned this happens when you answer a call at home. I interpret that as it does not happen in other locations, is this accurate? If so, then it may be network related, and you'll want to contact your carrier. If not, the steps included above should help to resolve the issue.
