Help! - I don't see an answer to this synch issue in the forum

I have a Palm TX the I have been snching to Palm desktop 6.02 on my desktop running Vista - no issues. For various reasons I must move to synching with MS outlook 2007. Initially i had no issues synching all Palm data during testing of the setup. Now the synch appears to be going fine as jusding by the Hotsynch windows during synch and no problems noted in the log. However, it doesn't appear to be actually transferring data to outlook. here is what I dd after the first test synchs where all data transferred fine. I deleted the test calendar and contact data in Outlook and emptied the deleted bin. Now when I attempt to transfer the data - the Hotsynch window progress bar spped by quickly as if there was nothing new to update and indeed the calendar and contacts remain empty. Yes, I am using the Outlook 2007 conduit, I have set the transfer options to Handheld overwrites desktop.. I do have 4 user files in outlook - 3 with different email adresses and one that is just a local storage folder area. I cannot find the transferred data in any of these locations. In fact, it seem like the Palm or Outlook rememmbers receiving the data once and will not update the outlook databse even though the calendar and contact items were all deleted. Is there a synch memory log that needs to be reset or delted and recreated? What can I do here?

Todd, have you "thrown the switch" to tell Palm Desktop to direct the data to Outlook?
Start Button/All Programs/Palm/PIM Conduit Sync/Sync with Outlook.
You said you're "using the Outlook 2007 Conduit" -- does this mean you installed the Outlook 2007 Update on top of Palm Desktop 6.2.2? If so, that may be a problem as 6.2.2 comes with 2007 compatibility built into it!
I have read several posts recently where a user made the same mistake, and it caused some problems. If throwing the switch above does not fix things, I'd uninstall/reinstall Palm Desktop, but do NOT install the Outlook 2007 patch.

Aperture has the ability to work with files in their existing location. They are called "referenced masters." When you import images, you should select the "In their current location" in the "Store Files:" drop down box. Have a read of the documentation for full specifics. Unsure how you can resolve your duplication; might be some work but next time have a read of the manual first
Information for versions is stored in the Aperture database (library file). The masters can be inside the library file itself, or they can be somewhere else.

Try to search with a Smart Album for photos and videos taken with an iPhone:
File > New > Smart Album:
Add an EXIF rule fro the "Add Rule" drop down menu: EXIF
and set it to "Camera Model includes iPhone".
Set the scope of the search to "Library"
If there are any iPhone images or videos in your library at all, this search should find them. Then ctrl-click any of the items and select "Show in Project" from the contextual menu.
Generally, Aperture should be showing your last import in the "Last Import" smart album in the "recent" section". And the "projects" view can be sorted by date, so you should see your recent imports.
You may want to check all search fields, if searches are active.

Don't see Windows NT option in authentication tab on the CMC login page

I installed BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 and installation was successful. We are using Widows NT athentication. I mapped the Window NT Users. Window NT Users group was populated under u2018users and groupu2019. Everything looks fine.The problem is that I am not able to see Windows NT option in authentication tab on the CMC login page. (I can see only Enterprise, LDAP and Windows AD). I can see Windows NT option in authentication tab on the infoview login page without problem.
I tried to reconfig the web.xml file ( I replaced 'secEnterprise' with 'secWindowsNT' but it still doesnu2019t work).
web.xml in E:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\warfiles\WebApps\CmcApp\WEB-INF is as followed now

Sherri, on page 457 of the admin guide it says:
"The CMC and other Java-based applications do not support NT
authentication."
I think it's because only windows based app supports windows NT authentication but not java based ones.
I thinkt he CMC is a java based application.

I was trying to activate my CS3 and got help from chat until he said it was an installing issue. The application opens and then closes unexpectedly.

I just got a new mac and I'm trying to download my Adobe CS3 onto it. I was able to download and then I tried to activate it. I entered the CS3 serial number and then asked for the serial number of the older version. I originally bought CS2 on disc and downloaded it onto my old mac and from there bought an upgrade to CS3. I no longer have the discs or box for CS2 and so I do not have the CS2 serial number. I contacted chat support who helped until I reached the point where I could open the application but then it would quit immediately and say "Adobe Update quit unexpectedly." Then he said it was an installing issue and turned me to the forums. Help, please?

JohnEden I would recommend running all available uninstallers to remove the current installation. The uninstallers are located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder. Once you have ran the uninstallers then please also utilize the CC Cleaner Tool for a complete removal. Your problem is light in comparison when I have open tickets that make it that I can not even get into the forums from my verizon or from the community url because of

Photoshop help: I don't know what to call this (screenshot)

Hi there,
I primarily use photoshop to paint, and today had a very odd thing happen which I do not understand in the least.
I was working on a piece, back ground later unchanged, medium grey on top of that, and a third layer set to multiply where I was drawing in black and white.
I must have hit some funny keys, because, after I use the lasso tool to select part of the drawing on the third layer (multiply) what happened was that the grey background layer moved. When I moved it there was an off light red colour underneath.

(NOTE: For the screenshot I turned off the grey layer, instead a would be white background is moving. I have no idea where it or the red colour came from.)
Another odd thing was that it seemed as though there was some sort of mask-esque situation going on, when I selected the colour black and tried to paint it cut into the white layer.

The opposite happened with the colour white.

Please, any help would be appreciated. I cannot selected anything and therefore cannot save the line sketch I mate. Granted it only took 7 to 10 min, but I would like to save it and, well, finish it.

I need to update my iOS to 5.0 and I don't see how to do this?

My iPad says I need to upgrade my adobe reader and when I try it says I need to update the iOS to a 5.0 I've read on how to do this but my iPad does not show what to do.
