Help I forgot my security question answers
Hello I forgot my security question answers and I can't find the rescue email
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

HT5312 Help I forgot my security questions answers
Hello I forgot my security questions and I cannot seem to type anything in the reset page can u pls advise
What 'reset page' are you trying to type on and what are you trying to type on it ? You are using steps 1 to 5 on the HT5312 page that you posted from i.e. you've gone to https://appleid.apple.com/ and clicked 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and logged into your account ; then clicked on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side of that page is there a reset link beneath the two questions ? The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same as an alternate email address) on your account.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use steps 1 to 7 half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use -

I forgot my securtiy questions and i need help so that i can buy music on itunes
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 . Or, if it's available in your country, you could change to 2-step verification : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5570 -

How to reset your Apple ID security questions.
Go to appleid.apple.com, click on the blue button that says 'Manage Your Apple ID'.
Log in with your Apple ID and password. (If you have forgotten your Apple ID password, go to iforgot.apple.com first to reset your password with a password recovery email)
Go to the Password & Security section on the left side, and click on the link underneath the security questions that says 'Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to [email]'. This will generate an automated e-mail that will allow you to reset your security questions.
If that doesn't work, or there is no rescue email link available, then click on 'Temporary Support PIN' that is in the bottom left side, and generate a 4-digit PIN for the Apple Account Security Advisor you will be contacting later.
Next, go to https://getsupport.apple.com
(If you see a message that says 'There are no products registered to this Apple ID, simply click on 'See all products and services')
Choose 'More Products & Services', then 'Apple ID'.
A new page will open.
Choose 'Other Apple ID Topics', then 'Forgotten Apple ID Security Questions'.
Click the blue 'Continue' button.
Select the contact option that suits your needs best. -
Could you help please ? I forgot my security questions answer
Hello to evewryone ! Could you help please ? I forgot my security questions answers !
The Apple Support Communities are an international user to user technical support forum. As a man from Mexico, Spanish is my native tongue. I do not speak English very well, however, I do write in English with the aid of the Mac OS X spelling and grammar checks. I also live in a culture perhaps very very different from your own. When offering advice in the ASC, my comments are not meant to be anything more than helpful and certainly not to be taken as insults.
It is suggested that you contact Itunes Customer Support and ask that they transfer your issue to the Account Security Team to reset the questions so that you may configure them again.

Forgot my security question answers, how do I reset them?
I forgot my security question answers...... How can I reset them??? Help!!!
It's not due to lack of reading the screen. I'm getting the same thing on one of my apple id accounts. I logged in using two other accounts I have and each had a slightly different behavior. One had the "reset password by email" button above the security questions that I could modify just fine.
However, my primary account which is used for accessing other services with Apple will not allow me to see the "reset password by email" or allow me to edit my security questions. It gives me a combination of two questions out of three possible. Unless I get the answer right, it will not let me reset the password or change my security questions.
I've scanned the web pages in painful detail and am not missing any instructions or other links that might help get around this "chicken and the egg" problem.
The primary difference between the problematic Apple ID and the others I've used is that it was associated with a Family Pack mobile me/.mac account. It was the primary account. Wonder if there is some special code to protect the primary account id so that the other five Mobile Me/.Mac accounts won't get compromised. Just grasping at straws ... -
I forgot my security question answers. It's not letting me change them if I don't know them. What do I do?
Start here, and reset your password, you will receive an email with your new password, then go to manage your account > Password and Security and change your security questions.
If that doesn't help you might try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support -

Another user had success doing the following:
I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
"done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.
