Help. I have problem with BPS variable

I have an attribute filled by USER_EXIT. When I try to start planning I get too many cells. It looks like my format has no restrict values!
I saw variable values and there were right.
What can be wrong??

can you describe exactly what is happening? f your planning layout has a characteristic in the lead column that is restricted to a single value it will default to that value for how ever many new rows are allowed rahter than simply displaying selected data...
