I have bene shut down from my previous Apple email ID as i left my company email' server. I have move to gmail and have successfully reset my Apple ID accordingly. My iCloud, IFace etc...unfortunately pop up with the previous email address and I dont remember the password, so I cant get in and change it to gmail! First thing to try is just to sign out on all your devices. If you can do that you can just sign in with the new ID. However if you've set up 'Find My iPhone' you won't be able to.
In that event go to http://iforgot.apple.com and sign in with your iCloud login. A new password will be sent to your associated email address. If this doesn't work you will have to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click' See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'. You did not follow the proper procedure when selling the phone before resetting it to factory settings. You must help the new owner deactivate the Activation Lock or else he will have the same issue over and over when he upgrades the software or sells it to someone else.

I believe that you have an upgrade version of Adobe Acrobat Pro, in this case it will ask for the serial number of the previous qualifying version.

No, it will hurt your battery, but it is not recommended by Apple. Additionally, since you have a model with a removable battery, you should calibrate the battery once a month if you leave it plugged in at all times.

I'm trying to download sheet music and need to run sibelius scorch add-on in 32 bit model. I have a mac running lion and the latest safari. I have downloaded FireFox 6 and run it in 32 bit but still I can't see the music score to print. Can anyone help?

There are no files like that in that folder (com.apple.safari). They all have long numbers with .jpeg or .png at the end. That's what I meant by I cannot find any files like those mentioned in all the helps I read today. BTW-it's still crashing - no particular pattern to it at all.
The only two things I have downloaded recently is a new version of Flash and a Mac-driven update to Office.

iTunes 10.6.3 is as high as you can go with OSX 10.5 To use your iPhone 5 you will need iTunes 10.7 at least which in turn requires OSX 10.6.8 or higher.
1) Make sure your computer meets Snow Leopard technical specifications - http://support.apple.com/kb/SP575 This mostly means making sure it is an Intel Mac and has at least 1GB RAM (at least 2 GB is recommended). Go to the Apple in the upper left corner of any window to "About This Mac". Does it mention "PowerPC" (not Intel), or Intel? To check RAM continue to "More Info...". It should say you have at least 1GB of "memory".
2) Buy a Snow Leopard disc from Apple online
