You probably need to contact Apple directly, and have a lawyer and be able to prove this is pirated audio.
Apple is not likely to take action without some sort of proof.

I have two libraries on separate computers. If i turned itunes match on in both computers would the two libraries merge? So if my iphone normally syncs with my laptop would i still only get the iphones library or would i get both as one?
Yes, the two libraries should merge. However, you need to turn on match on one computer and let it finish before adding the second library.
Once you turn march on n your phone then you don't sync it with iTunes, but the merged library will show up on the phone. If you don't turn on match on your phone and continue to sync then all of the music from both libraries should be available to sync to it.
The only bit I can't confirm is what happens if you try to sync music to the phone which isnt actually downloaded into iTunes. Im not in a position to test that, but maybe someone else can help. -
I am getting a message that the Data Execution Protection Settings are closing the itunes program. But , when I try to change the DEP settings it is not possible to do it for itunes. I have also tried to un-install and reinstall the itunes ( and apple related programs ) but that hasn't worked either. I am not sure that I have done that correctly though as I have been told it is difficult to do? Any help would be very much appreciated! Thanks!
I knew that, my question was more about the viability of using the ATV without having a TV connected and contolling it directly from an iPad to stream music.

I changed from manually managing music to create more space on my IPod and lost a lot of the my music since it synched with another library. ( I think off another long gone computer!) I HAVE to get this music back! There are songs I can no longer find! How do I get this "Cannot locate file for this song" music back on my ITunes library and IPod?

I have some videos from youtube to be used in the classroom. I downloaded them from my pc but I cannot see them in the mac because I get messages saying that I need some quicktime components. Is there any way of seiing AVI files? Or do you know the components I need?

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. The Sidebar is when you will see the iPod under Devices. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar and Control+B to show the Menu bar -

I recently changed IP providers and have changed my email account to a personal domain. I have changed the forwarding process with my domain, but the emails are still going to the old provider server. I have been checking my old email through webmail. My domain provider wants to see an email that's going to a wrong forwarding, and they want to see it with the header information. It seems that I am missing a toolbar because when I try to follow their instructions for opening the header info., the toolbar that I need is not there.

Was gifted with an iPad2. Do not have Internet service connected to it. Would like to purchase WIFi access for an upcoming trip. Am a Verizon phone customer, but was told that my iPad is not a Verizon enabled iPad. So, what should I do now? Am aware of free Wifi access in many places, but I want to be sure to have constant access and hope some of you can teach me. Thanks!
To use wifi you just need access to a wifi network (and it's password if the network is password protected). If you want to be able to get online when you don't have access to a wifi network then if you have a iPhone you might be able to use that and it's network as a personal hotspot for the iPad (if your carrier supports it), or you can get mifi devices which take sim cards (and therefore also use a cellular network) and which act as mobile hotspots - for either of those to work you would need to be in area that is covered by the phone's/mifi's network

I just bought an ipod touch 4th generation recently, found that it is very difficult to plug and unplug the USB cable from my ipod. Does anyone have this problem?
Some of the Dock connector cables have very small buttons on the rounded adge of the plug, which need to be pushed in to release the plug from the iPod. Look at the picture below, do you notice the "button" on the white connector edge? There's one on the other edge too and they both need to be pressed in to release the "evil looking spike" sticking out of the grey edge.
The shorter plugs (that I've seen) do not have the release mechanism, the plug simply pulls out. -
How can i see when someone has accessed my call/text log. (This is possible on google/gmail) I have been informed that someone has accessed my activity log and is giving my information to a third party. I believe it is a service tech, but I am not interested in persuing that further. I just need to see when my account has been accessed if possible.

Strange problem when re-launching an application
I have this program which can self-update to the latest version. What it does is downloads the new version of itself, deletes the old version, renames the new version, sets its permissions and executes it. Up until this next point, everything worked
