Help. i have to double click my SWF file to link to a page
i have two SWF files with links in them on my page the one i
have updated requires the user to double click to my link. the
other link only requires one click. i do not have the fla file to
see how this was done. can anyone let me know how i can get my swf
file to link without me having to double click??

I'm not sure what happened, but I can't leave my home screen unless I press n hold an app and move it to another page, then when i press the home button so the apps stop shaking I can stay on another page. Other than doing it that way I can't scroll from one page to another. When I click on an app a thin box appears around it, not only with apps but when I click on the time or battery or ANYTHING! In order for me to open any of the apps I have to double click on it and then when it opens I can't do anything in the app. Even when I went to settings to see if there was something in there to fix this problem I can't go anywhere or do anything. Im having this same problem an my phone is about 3 weeks old. I am not sure about the voice over part though...I have not yet figured out how to work the voice recognition part of the phone...I am such a newbie with this phone. I did the power off/on suggestion, several times. I tried leaving it off for 10 minutes. Tried to reset with the power on/off and home button pressed at the same time. Charged battery. Still makes no difference. You cannot scroll any direction. Have to double click to open apps. Have to double click letters when texting or emailing in order to get the letter in the text box. Can scroll through app choices, have to click on the line with the dots in it and move from page to page. Can't access the settings - > general - > accessibility - because it won't allow me to scroll down to "general".
Anyone help you with your fix yet? -
When i hover on stuff with my mouse, i have to double click it for it to actually work, one click to hover and another to click on the link... can someone help me ?

I can't see right my mails. I have to double-click in my mail for reading it. Otherwise, the only think I can see, is the list of my mails. Could you help me please?
Go to the right side of the list view and place your cursor over the edge until it turns into a double arrow, then click and drag to the left.
If using the Classic layout, go to the bottom of the screen and after getting the double arrow, click and drag up. -
Have trouble double clicking on a second file to open
There are really two problems here:
1) If I double click on a file, it opens in Illustrator, but it does not open with my default workspace settings. If I open the file from the file menu, my preferred workspace opens.
and
2) If I have one file open, I cannot double click on a second file and have that file open in Illustrator. I just get the little spinning circle and then it stops. I can still open a second file from the file/open menu option.
We are using CS6 and running windows 7.Brett,
The issues which you have mentioned points towards having some permissions issue on the system.
My suggestion would be to make sure that the user account which are using is Administrator.
Also, make sure you have full permission on the location mentioned in the document below:

Here are the steps to modify ownership and permissions of folders and files:
1. Right-click the file or folder, click Properties, and then click the Security tab.
2. Click Advanced, and then click the Owner tab.
3. Click Edit, and then do one of the following:
· To change the owner to a user or group that is not listed, click Other users and groups and, inEnter the object name to select (examples), type the name of the user or group, and then click OK.
· To change the owner to a user or group that is listed, in the Change owner to box, click the new owner.
4. If you want to take ownership of the contents of the folder, select the Replace owner on sub containers and objects check box.
5. Click OK, and then click Yes when you receive the following message:
You do not have permission to read the contents of directory folder name. Do you want to replace the directory permissions with permissions granting you Full Control?
All permissions will be replaced if you click Yes.
Note folder name is the name of the folder that you want to take ownership of.
6. Click OK, and then reapply the permissions and security settings that you want for the folder and its contents.
Additional considerations
· An administrator can take ownership of any file on the computer.
· Assigning ownership of a file or a folder might require you to elevate your permissions using

With Voice Over, you highlight whatever you are trying to select and then double tap anywhere on the screen to select.
So for your password of 1234 you have to
"Highlight 1, then double tap the screen, Highlight 2, the double tap the screen,... etc."
In order to remove you have 2 options:
Option# 1 – Turn off Voice Over
Go to setting by, highlight "SETTING
Double tap screen to go into settings
Use 3 fingers to (swipe) scroll of down and highlight "GENERAL"
Double tap screen to go into general
Use 3 fingers to (swipe) scroll of down and then highlight “ACCESSIBILITY”
Double tap screen to go into accessibility
Once you are in make sure that EVERYTHING in that section are shown as “OFF”
Option #2 - Reset your Phone
Go to setting by, highlight "SETTING
Double tap screen to go into settings
Use 3 fingers to (swipe) scroll of down and highlight "GENERAL"
Double tap screen to go into general
Use 3 fingers to (swipe) scroll of down and then highlight “RESET”
Double tap screen to go into reset
Select “Reset all setting” and continue to follow the instruction
(When you reset, all of your data and music WILL NOT erase. So don’t worry about that)

A text like box has appeared on the screen of my iphoe and this has to be over the app I want to use. I then have to double click on the icon for it to open. I cannot scroll across or down. I can access the apps but because it will not scroll I cannot access all of the screen. Can nayone help please???
It sounds like VoiceOver is partially on. First try triple pushing the Home button. This may turn VoiceOver off. If that doesn't work going to Settings/General/Accessibility and make sure VoiceOver is Off. Note you may have to use 3 fingers on the screen to scroll.

When I am viewing the latest message in a conversation in Mail in the preview and want to reply, I hit reply and it does not include the latest message? I have to double click the latest message to open it and then reply. I find this irritating and would like to skip this step and be able to reply from preview and include that message. Am I missing a setting to fix this?
I have found that if you have highlighted some text in the message and then hit reply, the highlighted section is the only bit included in the reply. You need to click on the message in the middle list rather than the preview pain on the righthand side and it should reply normally. To check it's doing this, select a message in the middle section of the screnn then use the down arrow to drop to the next message. Hit reply, and it should reply normally. I hope this helps.

It sounds as if you have Voiceover enabled on your iPhone. You can turn it off by going to Settings > General > Accessibility > Voiceover. See this page -

If you've turned VoiceOver on then see if triple-clicking the home button turns it off, and then change what Settings > General > Accessibility > Triple-Click Home is set to.
Otherwise, via 'the touch to select double-tap to activate' process you need to go into Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver and turn it off

So select Configure Universal Access at the bottom of the Summary tab and set Seeing to Neither -

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test. -
I am editing a bunch of wedding photos. Everything has been fine until today..... I opened up the folder, and for some of the edited photos, I have to double click in order to see the edited version. So, when I look at all the photos in the browser, some of then show my changes..... others don't. I'm worried, because I will have to post them for the bride, and I am concerned about why this is happening. I still have the images on the memory card and also have a duplicate of all the photos in iphoto..... but I've spent hours editing these photos...... and I really don't want to start all over again.
