Help!  I haven't had service all day!

iPhone support is closed both with AT&T and Apple. I have had nothing but problems. No connections either through 3g or Wifi, losing my contacts and my Calendar. I have no idea what the heck is going on, but all day today, I haven't been able to make a call even if I hold this dumb phone with 1 finger! What has happened to Apple, my favorite company? I am finally back at the computer and trying to just do a restore but this phone ***** and believe me, I have never had to complain about an Apple product before. Where is the service and the help? Everyone shuts down when they know they have problems? Anyone have a solution for this?

MobileMe has not been syncing correctly lately. I lose every new contact I add to my iPhone and this was happening with the 3Gs as well as the 4. All of my Calendar events are gone. It seems that MobileMe is only working in one direction and not from the phone to the Cloud ever. I am now restoring my phone from backup. I had no bars and couldn't make a call. I couldn't get online, nothing! Do you know when iCal syncing will be working again? I was on the phone forever with support and had to just turn off MoblileMe syncing for Contacts and iCal. My sim card is fine (no error). I did try resetting my phone and got no results. Should be done in about 5 minutes and will update this post.

    I had major issues with the iPhone 4s battery, however it’s resolved.
    The tech who set the phone up at the Apple store did so with little training.
    if you have a mobile me account. First go and move all your data to the cloud by going on your computer and logging in at me.com/move. The cloud has replaced mobile me, so there is no need for those two accounts
    Also make sure that for any of your email accounts you set them up to fetch, not push. My tech person set them all to have the email servers push data to the phone. The new iphone4s antenna is extremely strong so it will continually try to access stuff that is pushed–***** a lot of battery life doing this. It makes it worse if you have exchange 2010 accounts. Something about changes made to exchange really suck battery life from devices that access such accounts.

    Sounds like it's hardware issue. The iPhone warranty is based in the original country of purchase. Since it was bought in Korea you will need to ship the phone to someone you know in Korea to be taken in and then they will have to ship it back to you. The cost of shipping will be at your expense.

    Last night Chrome and Google 1+ locked down my pc because I disconnected plus one. I could not even get to Norton. This morning I talked to Norton and they moved my system to FF, I have two accounts Donnie p grant and Donnell Grant. I play Mafia Wars and a browser must be compatible with Client Addon. I am a gamer and had always used FF but was having trouble and switched to Chrome. When Norton moved my files back to FF she downloaded them but I can't get everything back to where it should be and I do not understand so much of it. Please help me set my FF account back up.   • Some one please help me.  I have tried all day to download adobe flash 10.3 Nothing works.

    I go through all of the required steps and get a message: Adobe Flash 10.3 successfully downloaded.  You are now running AF 10.3.  However I still can not view Youtube or any other internet clips.  I continue to be told I need to upgrade and to download 10.3.  I go through all of the steps again, but nothing works.  Is there anyone here or at Adobe who knows how to fix this?

    I cannot use Flash Player either.  It appears to install correctly, but every site that uses flash player, keeps asking to re-install it.  It is listed under manage add-ons v. 10.3.183.7 and is enabled.  I am using a 32bit IE and 64 bit Win 7.  I have downloaded the uninstaller and used it 10+ times, I tried other 3rd party installers/uninstallers and nada.  I have installed this program 100+ times over the last few months.  Its been extremeley frustrating, so I called Adobe callback support today 3 times only to have it disconnect on me when an agent finally appeared - go figure!
    ActiveX filtering is enabled (i toggled this several times over the last few months)
    I have tried several security levels all recommended by adobe sites.
    Files in the /Windows/SysWOW64/Macromed/Flash directory are Flash10w.ocx, Flashinstall.log, FlashUtil10w_ActiveX.dll, FlashUtilw_activeX.exe, and install.tu
    I thought something might have gotten corrupt in my registry, but on my 2nd computer, after a forced Adobe patch to 10.3 also, it also now doesn't work.
    Seems like so many people are having problems with this version using Win 7 and there is so little information on how to correct the problems and the hints on the Adobe sites don't offer much in help.
    I'm pretty close to just accepting that the flash player simply is broken and nothing I've done.

  • I have Windows 7 Pro, 64Bit. Itunes works fine except I can't go to the ITunes store from in the software. It starts and then goes blank page. I have tried all the fixes and had a IT group working all day on this. Not fixed. Any suggestions?

  • Help - iCal All Day Events Not Syncing on Exchange 2007

    When I enter an all day event in iCal it does not sync to my Touch Pro 2 through Exchange 2007. I see the event in OWA and also in Entourage through Sync Services but it simply does not come onto the TP2. All day events entered in Entourage or OWA DO show up in the TP2. Strange but very frustrating because I like to enter my events using Launchbar which works with iCal only.
    I don't think I had this problem with 10.5

    I've noticed a similar problem. Previously, "all day" events listed correctly in both iCal (on my Mac) and in the calendar on my iPhone. Now, all day events on the iPhone cover the entire day, set to a time of 12 am to 12 pm.
    I'm not sure if this is related to 10.6.4 or my recent update to iOS4 on the phone.

  • Outdated all-day calendar event notifications coming up daily on my new Z10 -how can I stop them? HELP!

    When I got my new z10, I used the Blackberry Desktop to transfer things like calendar entries, tasks, and memos from my old BB Bold to the new phone.  The memos transferred fine, although it took me awhile to locate them in the "remember" folder.  Many of the calendar entries transferred correctly I think, although I also use Outlook and have that sync with the Z10 calender so it's hard to tell.  But I have numerous calendar entries from 2010, 2011, 2012 that repeatedly show up as notifications every day, and when I click to edit them, the screen just flashes and goes to the next old entry -I have to go through about 30 of them every day.  At the end, I've had a few that will let me edit them -they seem to be old entries that had recurrences.  The ones that won't go away are "all day" single entries.  The calendar only shows the last 90 days and the future 90 days (which I hate -I'd love to be able to see the last two years like I used to), so I can't edit calendar entries from two years ago directly on the phone.  Any help would be appreciated!!

    Have you confirmed that you successfull purged iTunes Match by also looking on an iOS device?  If so, keep in mind that Apple's servers may be experiencing a heavy load right now.  They just added about 19 countries to the service and I've read a few accounts this morning that suggests all's not running perfectly right now.

    I can make appointments (using my mac air)  in ical if there is a time attached but not all day appointments. The all day appointment does show up in my iCloud calendar and in fact syncs to my iphone and ipad. But can't get it to be visible in ical on my mac air. Can anyone help?

    If the old account was or had been upgraded to an iCloud account as you seem to be implying, you should be able to add it back to your mac as a secondary account (system preferences > mail, calendars & contacts. This should cause both accounts calendars to show up in iCal (click the calendar button -top left corner- to confirm this. Then you should be able to copy the calendars across to your new account by following the instructions below.
    Create a new empty calendar from the iCal file menu, select which account you want to create it in.
    If you have only a few appointments you can move them individually by editing them and changing the calendar in the edit options.
    Alternatively you can copy all the appointments in one calendar to another and delete the original.
    To copy a calendar ctrl-click on it from the menu that appears when you select the calendar button (top left corner of iCal) and choose export (export it to your desktop for ease)
    Double click the exported file and choose the new empty calendar to import them into.
    Ctrl-click on the original calendar from the menu that appears when you select the calendar button and choose delete.
    I'm guessing the reason your calendars show on your phone is because that account is enabled as a secondary account there.

    My phone still has no service! If I go near a window or outside, I get ONE bar which isn't enough to do anything! It's been like this all day and many other people in my area are having the same problem. I have had no response from customer service after I answered their questions, so what are you doing about this?

    I did that Thursday on my first topic. Also the same problem happened again today and I know again that multiple people in my area had no service, even ones with a different carrier. This means it's your cell tower here and somebody needs to go fix it. If there is an emergency, no one would be able to reach any of my family members.

  • Spent all day making photo albums in iPhoto and now more than half are empty! Help!

    I've been creating photo albums from photo events all day.
    I've imported pictures from events.
    Added keywords and stars, Tagged faces and places and put the pictures in all the manual orders I wanted since I shot similar shots from multiple cameras.
    Once I made the albums I created slideshows from the albums which I exported to iTunes.
    While I was playing the slideshows back on AppleTV, I photo crashed.
    The iTunes Slideshows are there but when iPhoto re-started more than 1/2 the albums and slideshows are empty with no content.
    I am just sick.
    I spent more than 8 hours working on these albums today.
    I restarted my computer and iPhoto.
    No change.
    The events are still there... and the ratings, tags, etc., but all the pictures are of course out of the album orders and some of these albums had hundreds of pictures in them that were painstakingly ordered.
    What can I do?
    Is all this work lost forever?
    I'm really disappointed in iPhoto right now.
    Apple stuff is usually so stable.
    I am not technical.

    The answer is that bad things happen and software has bugs - so  you need to quit and backup often when you use a computer (any computer) or you will lose work - crashes wipe thing out and crashes are causes by either users errors, hardware problems or software bugs - all three exist and you need to protect yourself against them - if you do not have a backup then you have nothing to recover
