HELP !! I keep changing my zoom and I don't know how I did it. Can you help me learn how to fix it ?
I am trying to leave IE for Firefox, but am having some problems. This issue is that I keep changing my zoom and I'm not sure how I've done it OR how to undo it.
I also have secondary issue on bookmarks.

This may occur if you are connected to the Internet and iTunes is trying to connect to the iTunes Store and fails for some unknown reason.
Try this:
Quit iTunes and disconnect completely from the Internet.
IF you have an iPhone (iPod etc), open iTunes. Sync the device.
Re-enable your Internet connection.
Quit iTunes.
Open iTunes again.
If this does not work, try completely uninstalling iTunes, then reinstall it according to these instructions:

You didn't indicate if it ever worked. If it NEVER did, the problem could be caused by a firewall in the router. For reasons that I do not understand, that will affect IOS (iPod/iPad) communication but will not affect computers or other devices.
You will need administrative access to the router. If a firewall is present, turn it off and test the iPod again. If it works, turn the firewall back on but weaken it a notch and test the iPod again. Repeat as required. -

I have an iPad 2 and so does my mom. We both have the app Slotomania and now all of sudden after having it for months, our games connected and we don't know how to fix it. Deleting it and reinstalling does not work.
Does the app now use iCloud, do you use iCloud and do the two of you use the same account on iCloud?

Podcasts show up three times after sync
This is a weird sync issue. Most of my groups of podcasts sync with no issue. I have one series, a nice group from Layers TV, that shows up three times in the podcast page. I delete manually in iTunes, re-sync just the series I want, but on the podca
