HELP I'M AN IDIOT!!! AND I CAN'T EXPORT THIS TO MY USB

Hello I am using the trial version of Adobe Premiere Pro 5.0 and I cannot export my movie (Sequence) anywhere... I'd like to send it to a friend (who is a mac user) as an MOV file. But right now I can't even save it to my desktop. Please help as I am under a serious deadline and I have been up all night.
I need very step by step directions... I have been to a BILLION tutorials and ALL of them seem to be talking about things that are far more difficult than the simple action of saving your completed sequence (movie) to the hard drive or USB port.....
UUUUUGGGHHH!!!! Is this because I'm on the trial version?

Here's a video tutorial that covers the same material, but perhaps in a more friendly manner:

As suggested, I'd try something like a QuickTime movie with the Animation codec first, just to make sure that the basics work. (The Animation codec makes big files, but it's also a pretty standard way to make losslessly compressed intermediate movies, so it is a good choice for this little test.)
If one of the steps fails for you, tell us exactly what you're doing and exactly how it fails (complete with the exact text of any error messages).

It will update the Boot ROM version (on MB 5,1) to MB51.007D.003.
Yet I have (MB 5,1) Boot ROM version MB51.007D.B03. Weird again!

Install a software that setup an android system to your computer
Inside the "an android system", install Whatsapp
run Whatsapp, input your phone number to get the code
At this time, your phone suppose to receive your code.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache.
Note: ''This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to.''
To clear cache and cookies do the following:
#Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
#Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
#Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
#From the details list, check ''Cache'' and ''Cookies'' and uncheck everything else.
#Now click the ''Clear now'' button.

You will have to do more than simply changing settings in your moms account. To set up everything in your own account, go to Settings > iCloud > scroll down and press sign out. From this, check out this link for how to setup iCloud on all of your devices after making a new icloud account on your phone: https://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/
Before you set that up, you will have to make a new iCould account which you can simply do after you sign out of your mom's account on your devices.

Also, this is a production site that is accessible over the Internet, so we are using https therefore the WOPIZone is external-https.
Issue #3 in the above blog link does not reflect the same error I see on my servers.

Problem: You receive a "Sorry, there was a problem and we can't open this document" error when you try to view an Office document in Office Web Apps.
If you added domains to the Allow List by using the
New-OfficeWebAppsHost cmdlet, make sure you’re accessing Office Web Apps from a host domain that’s in the Allow List. To view the host domains in the Allow List, on the Office Web Apps Server open the Windows PowerShell prompt as an administrator and run
the Get-OfficeWebAppsHost cmdlet. To add a domain to the Allow List, use the
New-OfficeWebAppsHost cmdlet.
I have not added any domains to the Allow list so this did not help either. Should I add the domain?

Got the phone direct from the Apple website, so I assume it was unlocked, and it had been on giffgaff ever since but I don't see why that's a problem?
The carrier was automatically selected as Free and is up to date.
