Help!!i'm stuck!!how...
ok so i followed the instruction on the booklet...on how to import songs to itunes then to the ipod...butheres my prpoblem...
i imported songs from my cd'sto i tunes then to my ipod...
but for some reason....
the songs that featured other artists are all seperate...
ex.
beyonce feat sean paul
and
beyonce feat jay z
and
beyonce \
are all seperate instead of all being under the sub categpry beyonce....
how do i fix that????

You can still see all of the songs on the album if you search for tracks by the album title instead of the artist's name. Personally, I prefer to keep all of the artist names on the track because it helps if you're searching for all the work by a particular artist and that person was just a guest on the album. When you search for Beyonce all of the tracks she appears on will be found.

Greetings,
1. First make an iCal backup: Click on each calendar on the left hand side of iCal one at a time highlighting it's name and then going to File Export > Export and saving the resulting calendar file to a logical location for safekeeping.
2. Go to iCal > Quit iCal
3. Remove the following to the trash and restart your computer:
Home > Library > Caches > com.apple.ical
Home > Library > Calendars > Calendar Cache, Cache, Cache 1, 2, 3, etc. (Do not remove Sync Cache or Theme Cache if present)
--- NOTE: To get to "Home > Library" in Lion: Click anywhere on the desktop and then click on the "Go" menu at the top of the computer screen while holding down the "option" key on the keyboard. You will see "Library" in the menu.
4. Launch iCal and test.
If the issue persists:
1. Go to iCal > Quit iCal
2. Remove the following to the trash and restart your computer:
Home > Library > Caches > com.apple.ical
Home > Library > Calendars > Calendar Cache, Cache, Cache 1, 2, 3, etc. (Do not remove Sync Cache or Theme Cache if present)
Home > Library > Preferences > com.apple.ical (There may be more than one of these. Remove them all.)
--- NOTE: Removing these files may remove any shared (CalDAV) calendars you may have access to. You will have to re-add those calendars to iCal > Preferences > Accounts.
3. Launch iCal and test.

Can someone please just help me figure out how to update this stupid phone(iPhone 4)without losing anything? Can someone please help me figure out how to “clear” recent email addresses used in Mail? For example, as I begin typing a name/email address in the “To:” field, Mail begins suggesting addresses that I’ve previously used. I don’t want any suggestions unless they are in my contacts.
Another example: When using MS Outlook, it will also remember and suggest email accounts previously used, but I can arrow down and delete an account from the list so it won’t automatically popup or suggest in the future.
I appreciate any guidance in this matter.The iOS email app stores all email recipients in a list of previous recipients which cannot be turned off. The email address autofill feature when addressing an email pulls from contacts and from the list of previous recipients which can't be prevented. There is no option to clear the list of previous recipients - not at the present time anyway.
If you don't want any suggestions, select from contacts instead when addressing an email. -

Can anyone help me figure out how to sync my ipod with my purchased music? I have used several computer and at one point synced my ipod with a computer that only had about half of my music. My other computers are no longer working. Not sure how to get my purchased music back onto my ipod?

Your previous purchases are saved on iCloud even if you bought them on another computer. If you can't find them on your current computer, you might need to unhide them. Go to iTunes preferences, and click on Store Preferences. Then click the box for "show iTunes in the Cloud purchases". Then click on OK, and everything you've ever bought from iTunes on that Apple ID will show up in your library. You will need to download them from iCloud first before you can synch them to your iPod Classic. To do this, click on the little cloud with the arrow in it next to your song, and it will download to your computer. When you have the music that you want downloaded, plug in your iPod and synch away. Hope this helps!

Can anyone help me sync calendars from my iPhone to my Mac and help me figure out how to edit or delete lists in Reminders? I thought upgrading to Mountain Lion would work, but I'm having the same problem as before under Snow Leopard. So, here's my situation.
I'm running 10.8.2 on a Macbook Pro. I have a 3GS iPhone running 6.0.1. I can make entries on my Mac Calendar and they will show up on my iPhone, but if I make an entry on my iPhone, it never makes it to my Mac. Also, I notice that when I log in to my iCloud account on my Mac, it has a "me.com" email address as my apple i.d., but it is not my primary account i.d. and I can't figure out how to delete it. Also, my Reminders application won't allow me to delete lists I created. Contacts, on the other hand, work instantaneously regardless of where the change is initiated.On you iPhone check Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Calendar (in the calendars section). Here be sure you have selected the Calendar listed under your iCloud account ID as your default. If you haven't, make this change, then enter a new event on your phone and see if it syncs properly now.
You should be able to delete you reminders list by, from the Lists view, tapping Edit at the top, then tapping next to the list you want to delete and tapping Delete. -
